How to Root:
Download files from thread :
boot+recovery.zip (18.22 MB)
MT65XX USB VCOM drivers.zip (17.38 MB)
Magisk-v19.1.zip (4.73 MB)
Download last rom v1.7 for Kiano 5.1
Download spflashtool
Rooting:
1.Open spflashtool and check actual rom (uncheck userdata)
2.Turn off your device and press download on spflashtool
3.Press vol+ and connect usb
4.Your device need drivers - Don't release vol+ , find and install driver for vcom (unpack zip file)
5.OK - if you do install drivers correct your device to be start update rom
6.Turn on device after update software - after correct update turn off device
7.Repleace boot.img and recoveery.img in folder with rom
8.Uncheck all in spflashtool and check only recovery and boot and press download
9.Press vol+ and connect device
10.Your device get new boot and recovery
READY !!!!
Don't Panic bootlogo is not active now . If you want to get root you need magisk manager app and flashed magisk zip .
How to enter to recovery and flash zip :
1.Turn off device and wait one minut ...
2.Press vol+ and power
3.Don't release vol+ . If you show 3 options please check recovery and confirm possibly vol+
4.Wait for twrp - TWRP is ported from other device , I don't test this recovery , I do this recovery only for install correct zip . Not more only .
5.Now you can flash zip with magisk or other zip .
READY - your system is correct patched by magisk
System tested and work ok . Recovery with install files too . Boot.img have two small bugs: 1.First boot little longer 2.No boot logo (kiano logo) - black screen . Don't panic and wait

2-3 minutes to install. After installation go back and reboot the device and its done...Enjoy and give your
feed back...

How to install CWM recovery:
For rooted/non-rooted A25:
1. Download SPFlashTool and extract it.
2. Extract CWMR_6003_A25_Update1.zip
3. Run Flash_tool.exe.

WARNING: Don't put tick "PRELOADER" & "DSP_BL" (those red ones)...
5. Then, goto "Options" --> "DA Download All" --> Click on "Disable DA Download All". Now, you are ready to flash recovery...
6. Turn off your phone. Remove battery for some seconds. Put battery and attach usb cable to phone(don't turn on phone).

8. Attach usb to computer... SPFlashTool will show a dialog box showing downloaded and a green circle. Close the SPFlashTool.
9. You are done. Disconnect usb.

what's the error you are getting in CWM while mounting sd-ext or taking nandroid backup...

i think i have got semi bricked phone ....micromax a25
it is detected by computer and make us port..
as the steps mentioned by u i launch flash tool ----> load scatter file ---->then disable da download all.--->
then it gives me error that recovery image is not in valid da format...
do iam doing something wrong...

the recovery is likely to be original ,but works great b'coz of this i flashed micromax a52 custom roms and it worked for me

So finally here the solution,custom recovery & root is available fo Samsung Galaxy J2 2O16.

Requirements:-
-Windows running PC
-Data Cable
-Odin
-Samsung Drivers
-Super SU zip
-TWRP Recovery
-Common Sence
Downloads:-

All files are in a single zip.
Instructions:-
-Install Samsung drivers
-Turn off SM-J210F and press Volume down+Home+Power keys together then a window will appear,press Volume up for continuing.
-Connect the data cable with your device.
-Open Odin.exe and select “AP” then choose the “recovery.tar” and start the flash process.If succesfully done,you will see a ‘PASS’ massage.
-So we have done with fashing TWRP Custom recovery.Now disconnect the data cable.
-Open recovery mode by pressing Volume UP+Home+Power keys together.
-Select Install tab and flash SuperSU Zip,then reboot.
-Reboot,Done!

dear aditya, i could successfully flash twrp by odin. but then when i enter recovery mode to flash supersu, odin mode comes again instead of twrp, so i cannot install supersu.. what can i do. plz help.

First of all thanks for the post.
I had flashed the recovery file given in the link but I found out that it is not a TWRP recovery but CWM recovery (I'm totally new to flashing).
I then tried to install the SuperSu file through a SD card but it always failed. Can you please help so that I'm able to get out and complete the rooting process?
( I've tried flashing to flash other TWRP files through odin in the same method but nothing changes)

TWRP for CN3L
INSTALL SP Flash tool Drivers and MTK Drivers - Now Reboot.
Create a new folder name it TWRP and paste "recovery.img" and "MT6753_Android_scatter.txt" files into thisl folder.
Extract Spflashtool
Now right click on "flash_tool.exe" and run as administrater,after flashtool start,click on "scatter loading" and select "MT6753_Android_scatter.txt" .
Click on "download"(on left top side with green colour icon in spflash tool).
Now switch off phone and connect to Pc via USB cable
If everything fine then you will see a pop up with green tick.
Disconnect phone from PC.
Press Volume up and Power button till recovery comes on the screen(This is important step,don't boot into normal mode,after flashing recovery you have to direclty go to recovery mode by pressing Volume up + Power button similtaneously).
If you get Unmodified System Partition warning then swipe right to allow modifications.
Select "Install"
Select SuperSU-v2.78.zip ( System less Super SU )
Swipe right to confirm flash
Reboot the device.
Note:- if you found no superSU app on reboot,then reboot to recovery and flash superSU again.
Done , Your Device is Rooted.
Steps for driver installation in windows 8,8.1 and 10 users:
**Click the Start Start menu and select Settings.
**Click Update and Security.
**Click on Recovery.
**Click Restart now under Advanced Startup.
**Click Troubleshoot.
**Click Advanced options.
**Click Startup Settings.
**Click on Restart.
**On the Startup Settings screen press 7 or F7 to disable driver signature enforcement.
Your computer will restart and you will be able to install non-digitally signed drivers. If you restart your computer again the driver signature enforcement will be re-enabled.so don't restart again before successful installation of both drivers

[Tools, Tips & Tutorials] New TWRP 3.1.1-1-aqua (support OTA update)

i just ported twrp 3.1.1-1 from libra to aqua, and it suport for OTA update
how to install :
- with adb fastboot :1. turn ur HH to fastboot mode
2. plug ur usb
3. open cmd on ur adb file directory
4. write "fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-1-aqua.img"
5. fastboot reboot
- with twrp(if u have installed twrp before)
1. save the recovery to ur sdcard
2. turn your recovery mode (press volume up + power button)
3. tap on install
4. tap on image
5. select the new recovery
*if u have stuck on logo install this
1. turn ur hh to fastboot mode
2. on cmd write "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
3. write on cmd "fastboot reboot"
