OneUI - Alarm goes off on S3 when not connected to phone via BT. Possible to disable? - Samsung Gear S3

Ever since the new OneUI update I've noticed that when I set an alarm on my S10 phone, that same alarm is also automatically set on my Gear S3. When the phone and watch are within range and synced via Bluetooth, only the phone alarm rings, which is what I want and is what would previously occur. The problem after the update is that when the watch and phone are not within BT range, which is usually the case for me, BOTH the watch and the phone alarms go off at the same time. Is there any way to entirely disable the alarm feature on the Gear S3 so that I don't have 2 alarms going off at the same time? I'd even be happy if there was a way to remove the OneUI update. Thanks in advance.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy S alarm and reminder at the same time

I have a strange problem with my Samsung Galaxy S phone: if I set an alarm (from the clock) and i also set a calendar reminder to ring at the same time, only the reminder notification sound will play.
For reminders i have a very short sound (I don't need to phone to make a lot of noise for every reminder), so if this happens in the morning when i have to wake up, I end up sleeping though it with no problems at all.
The even stranger thing is that I have asked a few friends with the same type of phone to test this, and the alarms sounds when they do this.
Does anybody have any idea how to fix this for my phone?
I have the following software:
PDA: I9000XFJP7
PHONE: I9000XXJPP
CSC: I9000XFJP6

[Q] Multiple Alarms & Reminders

Greetings,
My wife and I both have the Samsung Focus S phones on AT&T running the 7720.68 build. Mine is dev. unlocked and hers is stock.
Both of our phones duplicate alarms and reminders. For instance, if I set a calender reminder for 1:00 today, when 1 comes around my phone will alert me. I then have to dismiss at least 2 of the same reminders; usually there are 4.
My wife's phone does the same with alarms that she sets. Additionally, hers will not snooze an alarm. Pressing snooze does silent the alarm, but half of the time the alarm never goes off again.
Does anyone else have the same problems? Is this a known issue? Are there any solutions (other than throwing the phone in the river)?
Thanks.

sync alarms between Gear and S7

Hi folks,
Is there a way to synchronize alarms between and Gear smartwatch (actually have Gear Sport, but know there are a lot more S3 users out there) and my S7?
Ideally looking to end up with alarms sounding via my phone and vibration on the Gear Sport.
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Cheers for now,
John
For me, alarm set on the phone (Note 4) goes off on the watch as well, ringing on the phone and vibrating on the watch (even when not worn) - which seems to be exactly what you`re after, and without any special synchronization needed.
On the other hand, alarm set on the watch seems to be active on the watch only, not sure if there`s any option/app to synchronize that one to trigger the phone, too.
That tallies with what I found last night. Would ideally like to be able to set alarms on the watch and have them sync to the phone.

Huawei watch 2 unable to set alarms by voice

In the last month or so since I've updated the watch, I've been unable to set alarms by voice. I used to be able to say "ok Google set an alarm for 1000" and a check mark would appear, and the alarm would go off as scheduled. Now I say the same thing, and the watch just vibrates, and goes back to the watch face without setting the alarm. Anyone else experience this? Any fix?

Question Automatic Weather Update

I can't get my weather complications or widget to automatically update. I can manually update the weather and it will automatically update if I am connected with WiFi but not with bluetooth. I have already set locations to be always on and the Samsung Wear app on the phone is set to not be optimized for battery. Anyone else have this issue and figured out what settings I need to change?

I too have noticed that my Samsung Watch 4 Classic weather app does not automatically update the temperature readings. This watch OS software seems to have bugs. I have it set to auto refresh every 1 hour. I have allow location always enabled. Tried rebooting watch several times and no fix. I have to manually update the weather app each time I want the current temperature reading. BAD! Another bug I notice is the watches speaker call volume is very very low. It seems to get stuck at a very low volume when I get a call and I can hardly hear the other party speaking! The watch dial shows the blue volume ring turned all the way up to max volume. Still low speaker volume on calls. BAD! They need to give us a software update to fix these quirks.

I fixed by issue by adding the Weather widget to one of my home screens. Once I did that, the weather on my phone auto updated.
