when i want make photo with flash , i cannt open it.
In gallery i see only [!].
In phone have got supersensation 6.0.0 ICS
Can somebody help me?
I'd try some different ROM, like ARHD or InsertCoin.
I am try reinstal rom or use other romm but nothing.
If i use flash and camera, pitures save with error (resolution -1x-1)
and video fall donw. Can anybody help me ??

Have you tried wiping all the data and cache under settings, manage applications, all? Go to the camera and gallery apps settings and clear them all. Do not worry, this does not delete your photos. Just the data to run the applications. GL
I am use full wipe and format sd card. Nothing hellp me :/

I have this problem with Whatsapp Plus. I googled and tried several solutions but nothing worked. So I reinstalled the custom rom (CM11) after a wiping cache, sytem, and data. Installed Whatsapp from the Google store and tryed: it worked. I was able to send images. Then i uninstalled whatsapp and installed Whatsapp Plus.
Ops, i'm stucked again at the same point. I can send old images but not news pics. Can anyone help me?

See the folder /sdcard/WhatsApp if it contains too much, you may have to delete some old media since you have too much media files

Whatsapp+ is banned from the site so you will find no help here.

From 2017/07/01, we will stop uploading service and only provide retrieval service.
Please retrieve your backup data including contacts, photos, texts, phone record, and other records before 2017/10/01.
After that, we will delete backup data on cloud service.

I got the same message too... I am surised as Cm comany is not small company and offer many services which me & many others use several of them including cm backup,cm keyboard,......so they shouldnt have any problem to continue such good service...i still dont know which alternative i should turn to...
Yes it is closing. I had seen someone on another website post a screenshot from his phone saying the same thing while on the app.

The message was that CM backup was being closed , then On CM CLoud , there is a picture downloader software to back up down to PC.
Hello-- I just decided to use the quickpic cm could service and it seemed to back everything up 'someplace' but now I have no idea where...and for some reason it also removed all of the images from my phone...I tried to access from my gmail account and there is nothing at all. Their site sent me an email that my account was activated but nothing is there.

You can go the website : cloud.cmcm.com and login with your account. This website contains all photos backed up from Quickpic and CM backup.

I am new here and am looking for the same help as MistyMountainsCold. I have tried logging in to the site suggested but I get nothing. I just want to retrieve my pictures from tge vloud storage site. My apologies if I am posting in the incorrect space. Thank you.

The email said you wouldnt be able to get your pics back after the first of October. So your pictures are history. This is the risk you run when you store them on someone else's server.
I understand, quite a bit too late, that I my photos are gone, but I still had a ton a storage space left that I had purchased. How can I still access that? Any help appreciated.

From the sounds of it. It's all gone. You would t be able to access anything. That is just what I am getting from the email.
I have several CM accounts, never got any message for any of them, and the primary account just closed down while the others are still allowing uploads. Fact that it is run by Cheetah and their login page is in Chinese should tell you everything you need to know! Lesson learned
I just had the same email - does it only refer to the Cloud storage? If so, I don't use it (I don't use any cloud storage) so presumably I'm OK. It's the best app IMO and I don't want to lose my 1000s of pics from my phone!!!
