Hello, i have question
is here any chance to port official touchwiz rom from s6/s7 (android 6.0.1) to cyanogenmod 13 (android 6.0.1) on GT-I9300?
i tested apps from note 7 and s7, and some of that not work

i have a samsung galaxy j7 Pro SM-j730G with android pie binary 9 .. i wanna downgrade it to oreo but i couldn't find any oreo firmware with the same binary is there any solution for this ?

No Samsung being Samsung won't let you downgrade. Best choice is for your model is to try a custom rom that is Oreo favoured ( with binary 9 ).

can i downgrade rom Samsung galaxy a12 to android 9 pie?

The galaxy A12 was shipped with Android 10 you can't downgrade because there's no firmware based in Android 9 (Applies in Custom rom or stock rom)

Only if you can get a GSI that behaves like android 9
