Buy a phone with NFC.
Not really any good alternatives.
I can confirm the Australian version of the dual-SIM Moto G7 Power bought from motorola.com.au has NFC. It's model XT1955-7.

Hello I flashed XT1955-7 official firmware on my XT1955-4 just to check if the NFC was software blocked in my device but no change there is no NFC hardware in my Europe based XT1955-4

Do I need to find some specific version of the phone (an international version maybe ) or it dosent matter?

Just about to buy this handset but prefer to have the 6GB/128GB model.
Therefore I would have to buy it from China. I heard Huawei have allowed gapps again so what is the difference between the Chinese version and international?
Will every app work OK on the Chinese version?
Which should I get?

Of course all apps run well ,you can search "GMS" in huawei app store and you can get Google framework support without root your device.

Version MATE 9 MHA-AL00 6\128 GB supports many languages. Firmware is changing rapidly and more . Last firmware B135-B137 Gapps are installed via the app "GMS installer" http://appstore.huawei.com/app/C10736615 All apps are working.

I got the Chinese version (4/64) by seller "mistake" however I was able to set up Gapps through GMS and everything works fine in the USA on Tmobile network.

I would also be interested. I have the same model with 6gb of ram.

I have called Huawei in Europe today and they have told me that changing the Version from China to Europe is no problem at all and does not require to unlock the bootloader. The guarantee will not void as long as you use official huawei builds.

I have the global phone running dual SIM and latest Android 11. The SIM tray supplied is the single SIM but the 2nd slot is active, bought the dual tray from China and flashed the Singapore ex and have dual SIM.

Im looking at upgrading the S10E to the Canadian Variant of the S20 which is SM-G781W and was wondering what my options are for bootloader unlock and root Im very tired of the Samsung bloatware and being unable to remove it

currently one service can't unlock the newer firmwares and the other is on hiatus, maybe for the same reason.

service told me to keep an eye out for a certain version of bootloader so when the phone services im going to boot it up with out setup and see what version
I had to return my Canadian edition, locked bootloader.
I ended up having to buy the international model with OEM Unlock which Canadian does not.

Recently I moved to Canada, I have the international model, G781B, I was wondering if it is possible to flash the canadian variant. Reason: 5G didnt work so far, tryied everything to make it work, even manually configuration of Bell network.
Comparing at the gsmarena.com, the hardware looks like the same.
I'm almost giving up and buying a new phone.

Most likely your carries uses mmwave 5g network, and international S20 FE 5g uses the other spectrums for 5g. There is no way a software flfash can change anyting, and I do not think that you can even flash software for thw wrong phone model, as odin check the BL version prior to flashing
