Yeah guys like the topic says how can i root this update?? Or is there a chance i can go back to froyo without being rooted?
Find a guide to flash clockworkmod recovery using NVFlash. Download a froyo rom and flash/restore it.

No, you cannot flash another ROM without being rooted. If you ran LG's updater than CWM has been replaced with the stock recovery.
Root again using NVFlash: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...hlight=nvflash
Once you're rooted, the rooted version of 2.3.3 that can be flashed in CWM can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1179748
If you are install stock ROM and after flashed CWM, TWRP or Amon-RA, and you want back on stock Recovery, you it can with this Recovery.zip.

Hi,
Since the OP is asking how to return to stock kernel I doubt he know how to fasboot flash...
Take a look here for a flashable stock kernel via recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2518816.
Why would you want to?

You could flash a recovery and then another Custom ROM or reflash the stock ROM and then reroot it.
My nexus was bootloader unlocked and rooted while on 4.4.2.
I OTA updated to 4.4.3 and lost my root.
Is there a way to re-root the phone without losing all my data or having to wipe?
Thanks in advance for the info.
Yes, flash a custom recovery or just boot into it and flash the supersu.zip.

Yeah Philz for life! lol.
Well it seems like for some reason it reverted back to stock android recovery.
Could I still flash a custom recovery and go from there?

The reason is the OTA contained a recovery. You have to flash a recovery as already mentioned earlier in the thread
