Anyone encountered this problem? Or have this problem on their Google assistant?
I like how I can just hold the call button on my bluetooth headset and say "call wife mobile" and it will dial my wife's phone without getting my phone from my pocket. But sometimes I'll get a message and I want google assistant to read it so I don't have to pull out my phone. I know "read my message" is the right command, but it can't read.

Nevermind, I installed Google message 4.3 and it's now working.

There is an option in the GV setup to be able to play messages from the dialer. I enabled it but still can't see any. Called and left myself a few messages to test. Is this a bug or have I got to do something else?
Like this?
Edit: My bad I had missed the part about you already enabling it. Sorry

That's the setting. But doesn't seem to work (i.e. dialer looks the same). No option for messages that I can see.
I'm under the impression that once you receive a VM you are able to play it from the dialer. I just left myself a VM and it seems to be working for me...once i select the contact I have a missed call from I can listen to the message.
Does anyone know what is the meaning of this "You should never see this notification"? I cannot open nor expand this notification, can only dismiss it.

if you turn your phone sideways, what does it says?
it looks like the answer is there: "You should never see this notification but if y--"
Damn, i locked my rotation, and forgot to use landscape mode to see the full message :/ will try it if it pops out again, thanks
Anyone else having issues like this? Not only does it look bad, but some of them are actually applied when you press them. I've tried to delete data on Samsung keyboard and Google Keyboard. It's driving me nuts!

I have this as well, I thought it was just how it was developed and they made a poor decision in icon overlapping.

It's fine on the stock keyboard. Fortunately I rarely use those, but it cannot be unseen.

Ever since I udated my Sprint Samsung Galaxy s8 firmware to 950USQU1AQGL I've been getting a prompt every time I open messages up. It ask me to start up "New messaging features" by sending me a text for confirmation yet it never actually sends me a text. It's just annoying because it prompts me every time I open it to text someone

Edit: Nevermind after rebooting my phone like 10-15 times it finally all worked like it was supposed to so if a mod wants to delete this post he can.
Is this happening to anyone else? Basically it's displaying a number inside the number that's being displayed.
So if I say, "Okay Google, turn living room lights to 100%" then it'll show a 100% and the number of 100 inside the 100%.
Weird but I feel like there should more complaints if this was wide spread. It happens on both my S10 and Pixel 3 so it's following my account if not an app issue.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Google app and nothing. I installed an old version of Google Home and it works fine.
I attached a couple pictures.
