Factory reset might be the only option.

Hi all
I'm currently on Android 4.4.2 (1.21.401.3) and no matter what I do - I cannot get the Android 5.0 download and installed.. keep getting the following error :Update is corrupted (screenshot attached)
Have been into Apps>All>Updater and force stopped, cleared cache and defaults... and tried again (with a restart of handset and without) - same error!... very frustrating... It's downloaded so many times but every time I get the same issue
Any ideas?

Hello,
Today my rooted xperia z3 suddenly keep popping up "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" error after i soft reset
the problem is there is only one ok button on that error dialog. and if i press ok it keep showing the same error again and again
i google it and tried some suggestion like clearing facebook cache, disabling and renable the download manager, i even tried to clear the cache and dalvik cache in the recovery tools. but it still the same,
so i'm forced to reset to factory setting my xperia because i need to use whatsapp urgently
but after reset to factory setting it still show up the gapps stopped error in the language chooser, and i can't past that language chooser since i cant click continue without the error dialog keep popping up.
so is there something i could to remove this error dialog, currently im gonna try to reflash the newer rooted rom and see if that could fix the error
btw since a week or two ago, my xperia sometime pop up play store stopped working error, but it disappear after i clicked ok
my device is xperia z3 using the rooted original rom (i have used it for couple month)
Hi,
I am running official android 5.1 on my LGG4 international and just did an ota update and now i get the message "unfortunately, smart settings has stopped" when i hit ok it just keeps coming back up.... i have about 200 milliseconds to tap things in the background but i cant diable smart settings.
Have performed a factory reset but still comes up. Cant seems to boot into recovery for some reason... booting into safe mode comes up with the same message.

Finally fixed it using lg bridge and the recovery function
My phone turned off and at restart displays "Logging" at startup screen and bootloop with "Unfortunately system ui has stopped" message, etc. I've tried factory reset but nothing change. After downloading firmware from here, I've tried a flash which ended successfully but problem persists. How to fix this ? thanks

looks like you are flashing wrong firmware and/or OS.
Make sure you have One A9s and not A9
Hello
I have had an AGMX X3 which I can not use - it will after booting up work for a few minutes if I am lucky , then it reboots.
This has been ongoing for over a year
Phone has never been modified in anyway and the manufacturer has not responded to my request for help
Android 8.1 .0 (no further updates available)
What I have tried so far.........
Factory reset phone
Factory reset phone , & disabled all apps that can be disabled , (no third part apps installed)
A clue below perhaps ?
In the Android recovery menu at the bottom of the screen There is a message
"E: write _file: open file failed!
Supported API: 3"
Do you think this can be fixed ?
Sadly I think your phone is bricked.
This looks like an error when the system tries to write to the eMMC.
You can confirm it by trting to reflash a stock ROM on it, it should fail.
Ok , thanks,
I will give it a shot
