I ordered an oppo findx2 pro but when i activated i see the chinese version on it so please how can i change it to the global ROM version

search the forums. this has been discussed many times. It's impossible to flash the Global on the Cn version (for the moment)

Its impossible to flash intertational version. But you can uninstall chinese software via adb bridge. And phone works perfect, only one problem, autostart only 5 apps.

asking for tips

hi guys i have a mi note 10 with global eu rom! the rom is MIUI Global 12.0.1.0 (QFDEUXM)
Now i saw there's some laggy moment and the interface isn't fast as the miui 11... i saw there's global update (not EEA) with MIUI 12.0.2 ... can i install through fastboot installer and without unlock the bootloader into my actuall rom? and there's some difference between those two version in terms of speed (little faster is welcome) or other? thank's so much for the replyes <3
glad to recieve some tips because i'm back on the Xiaomi devices after some other models ^_^

When miui 12 is not an update then u have to unlock it bootloader. Xiaomi.eu is my favourite with unlocked bootloader. Faster not really

I am new just new to this. Currenty I have Realme GT Neo 2 (chinese/china version).
How do I changehis china rom to other rom like India or Global?

I would recommend staying on it.
Chinese are far ahead in terms of update than global/Indian rom.

I dont think so that you will get the updates first.
Which version are you on, A.05 or A.08/09?

I am in the A03 global. That is why I wanted to flash the Indian Rom, the A05 to have access to the updates to UI 3.0

Noone except Chinese have got access to RUI3.0 for neo2...

Convert China ROM to India ROM
Back up your data before do this because all of your data will be gone. No more question. 1, Unlock bootloader. If you are on China ROM, install Deep Test and install it...

Question Redmi Note 11 Pro (China version) - Unable to find global ROM

I dont know where to post this appropriately as i cant find any forum for this phone on this website. Anyways...
I like to upgrade my Redmi Note 11 Pro (Model 21091116C) with China rom to Global rom.
I have tried various places to download ROM (both recovery as well as fastboot) but none worked for me.
I have Redmi Note 11 Pro (with MTK Dimensity 920) from China with Chinese ROM with MIUI 12.5.18
Recovery ROM loading says - unable to confirm or read the package (something like this but error at 0%)
when tried with flashboot, i first got anti Rollback error, one removing line of codes for anti rollback i got different error. I have also tried "viva_global_images_V13.0.3.0.RGDMIXM_20220211.0000.00_11.0_global_fd7a0232e9" ROM from this Xiaomi website but it doesnt work either.
i have also treid "pissarro_in_global_images_V12.5.5.0.RKTINXM_20220308.0000.00_11.0_in_b2c989e9b4"
as well as following revcovery ROMs too.
Version: V13.0.5.0.RKCMIXM ()
Version: V13.0.4.0.RGDMIXM ()
Version: V13.0.3.0.RKCEUXM ()
Nothing works - Can someone please provide me link to the global ROM for this phone, please.

Thanks for reply. True, it has MediaTek 920 Dimensity. But still there has to be some compatible global ROM for it.

I don't think there will be a global ROM for the china version.
there is a global version of the 11 pro and in 2 versions with 2 different processors.

I am sure there is one as the same phone is being sold with global rom when I was buying but it was taking 2 weeks longer to get delivered.
The one I have is with dimensity 920 processor...

I'm interested too, isn't the global china phone on India ROM ?

If you insist to try while waiting for global version to officially come, you may install Global ROM from India. I just got mine installed today thru fastboot and it's working perfectly. At least it could fixed the google service issues that deal with notification problem.

Thanks. Let's hope this rumour will be good. I have the same Model 21091116C. Can you please provide the exact title of the India ROM ? And ideally a link to it. If u have installed india rom then I think it's good enough for me to try as well.
On the other hand I will wait to see what is announced though Q1 is finished.

Well this post was made in a thread for peux/veux which if you look again, is listed there. Means we've got MIUI eu ROM which is awesome news

Perhaps i am too daft.. cant spot redmi note 11 pro (china version) in the list... can u help and copy paste details here...thanks.

You're not daft, I just assumed you had the same device as the forum you posted in peux/veux - my mistake for assuming that I guess... Normally mediatek devices don't really get much love on the development front

good point, i noted that i have posted in wrong forum, i think at the time of posting i couldnt find any better forum. I will double check, thank you. and also thanks for highlight about the love of developer to MediaTek devices.

Redmi Note 11 Pro & Redmi Note 11 Pro+ in China are identical to the Redmi Note 11 Pro+, which was released in Europe before some days. It should be possible to install the Global ROM on both devices via Fastboot. I will give it a try in a few days when Xiaomi releases the Fastboot ROM for Note 11 Pro+ and then give you an update.

Yep, ive done so recently. Unlocking bootloader and installing the global rom... It was pretty straight forward but I ran into a lot of problems thanks to windows with my ADB drivers and miflash works. If u run into errors there's heaps of good guides on youtube you can look at based on your error type.

that's why it's not working.
No trust with this seller.
BtW the Chinese model does not have all the 4g bands.

I do not recommend it, the solution would be to root and use Magisk hide without being sure to have a result but for the moment it is not possible on MIUI 13
