I have seen multiple ppl with a FRP custom binary lock, And im a bit stuck as well so i was wondering if anyone could help me out as well.
What had happend
My mobiledata stopped working (first i tried turning mobile data off and on did nothing) when i got home yesterday i did call my provider, for a solution because maybe there was a blackout or something. Also nothing going on there. so i was thinking maybe a reboot will do the trick and sins then it has been in FRP custom binary lock .
Trying to fix it my self
I tried to flash a dif firmware on the phone using odin3 3.13.1
my phone's download screen says i have (rp swrev: b:1 k:0 s:0) model : SM-G930F
so i got from sammobile the firmware : G930FXXU1DOJ3 .... should be the correct one i think
Added the AP, Bl,CP and CSC in there corresponding slots last one it says userdata only have Home_CSC left but dont think it should be in there so i leave it empty
but odin wont continue past initialization stage for like an hour any idea's ? or did i miss something ?
Best regards,
DarkDevel
okey a small update
so i have been trying it for the last few hours and tried different orders of adding the files now the following had happened it finally got past the initialization stage it went into downloading the files now it failed at the system files and a new screen is showing when i try to power it an error has occurred while updating the device software . use the emergency recovery function in smart switch pc software but the program does not recognize my phone
when you go into download mode, what is your current build?
I have the fix for about 85% of the verizon builds.

Hello all,
I recently got a Galaxy S6, rooted it, and flashed a custom ROM (XtreStoLite Odexed 1.4)
It changed my model number to SM-G925I
I got in a bootloop trying to modify the build.prop, and I'm trying to ODIN to stock, but ODIN doesn't recognize my phone!
I've tried different USB ports, different cables, different versions of ODIN, and installing/uninstalling the drivers/kies
When i get into download mode, it says
ODIN MODE
product name: SM-G920AZ (it's a cricket phone)
current binary: Samsung Official
system status: custom
reactivation lock: off
secure download: enabled
knox warranty void: 0 (0x0000)
RP swrev: 1
kernel rp swrev: 1
HELP! I want to get this phone working again! is there anything else i can try in ODIN?
Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me here.
I wanted to switch from CarphoneWarehouse branded firmware (XEU) to EE branded (EVR) to get access to WiFi Calling.
I do not want to root my phone, just don't feel comfortable with it due to Knox.
So I was on stock 5.0.1 and I flashed via Odin, 5.0.1 EE firmware.
Odin failed on hidden.img, phone now stuck in bootloop but will boot into download mode
So I tried 5.1.1 BTU firmware, same problem, Odin failed on hidden.img, bootloop, recovery works
I searched XDA and found this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/help/solved-stuck-download-mode-failed-odin-t3104736
I followed those instructions but the my-recovery-img.tar isn't available. So I made my own by extracting recovery.img from the 5.1.1 BTU firmware. But now Odin won't actually flash anything when the phone is in download mode!
Any ideas? This is what I see in download mode:
ODIN MODE

you can use the smart swith (more > Emergency software recovery and initialisation > software update and initialization give it your model SM-G920F and your S/N you can find it on its box it will restore the latest firmware available for your phone, i have tried something similare to change my rom but it turn instable somehow or ussd has being unactive, this restore turn it back to whatever rom it was on
Flash this new, updated, latest stock 5.1.1 ROM via odin to solve all your problems.

That's a French ROM, will that matter? I'd still like to eventually get to EE branded firmware for the WiFi calling feature, but right now just want to get my phone back!
I'm going to try Smart Switch from a different PC
It does not matter as long as its G920F it will work. Just wait for the official 5.1.1 OTA update.
So I think I know why I can't use Smart Switch, because I've upgraded partially to 5.1.1 (just failed at hidden.img). You can't downgrade back to 5.0.2 from 5.1.1, but Smart Switch has 5.0.2 as the latest software for my carrier unbranded phone.
Any ideas? Can I trick Smart Switch to use a different firmware? Can I do it using Kies? Odin just doesn't want to do it, and I'm not the only person with this problem, I just can't get out of the bootloop
Hello all,
My general question is that I have in my possession a SM-P9000ZKVXAR (cellular south) unit, we had RMA'd the machine due to a charging issue. When we received it we had noticed that when booting to ODIN mode, the language was in Chinese, and ODIN screen on the tablet showed the following:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-P900-CHN
CURRENT BINARY: CUSTOM
SYSTEM STATUS: OFFICIAL
SECURE DOWNLOAD: ENABLED
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 1(0x0000)
RP SWREV: A1
I had used ODIN to flash the correct ROM to it (XAR) but the unit is still showing Chinese on it in ODIN mode, as well as in Manual Restore Mode.
How am I able to reset this?
We have gotten it working again, we ended up doing a restore in MRM and it came back in English. Thanks Beut

If you flashed the correct US or UK version, the language should be in English. I knew that because I had flashed the Korean version to fix the bluetooth issue, it shows Korean in Download Mode, but when US released the fixed version, I flashed back to US version, then it shows English as a default language in Odin Mode.
Hello!
Ive found phone,
but isnt booting into system,
but i can turn on download mode.
Samsung switch wont work in emergency,
how do i get name of brand and later update througt odin?
The phone's model number will be shown in download mode.
Flashing a stock ROM may not help if the phone has frp or reactivation lock enabled.
