I only have version .109 and no updates show up (Germany).
Edit: I just connected my P30 to my PC after I installed Hi Suite and the update to version .124 showed up in Hi Suite. I am now downloading it.
The 124 is available OTA on my side since this morning.

It does but I have found that they don't always show up and sometimes seem to disappear from the AOD even if they have not been read.
It still needs some work I think. Need to be able to customise it more
People who have the .124, could you please try to do a stress test with Antutu and tell if the phone correctly complete it at 100% or if it crash and reboot before?

Yup i got a july update. but mine was different mine was from sammy and included a feature in the navagation bar. Now i have the option to hide nav bar. Im sure it included some other fixes but im not sure what they said.

I was only offered this update OTA this morning.
But one thing I noticed right away - the Trusted Places unlock is now working as it should. Previously it was very hit and miss.

I woke up in the morning found one update first saying it got WhatsApp notification fix. Then after some time I got another one saying Google security patches(from December)
But good thing about this update is that I have got a recycle bin on the gallery app with moving picture on the and mirror effect on the camera App

Got this on the L02 a week back. Did notice the gallery recycle bin, neat. The best thing is when a WhatsApp notification pops up while using another app, it automatically gives an icon to switch to multi window without needing to pause what you were doing.

I don't think so lol, just checked my phone details and I'm already running B389
So I heard about the lockscreen notifications bugs on updates above .106. I updated from .106 ( which was good ) to .110. of course notifications are broken now.
Something else I noticed is that phone crashed 2 times already after this update. It freezes completely then restarts.
Anyone else had this? Did anyone try to contact Huawei? I tried via live chat and it connected me with UK and they said no one in UK Has this issue and that I have to message my country support...

So I just contacted support. Didn't have time to argue with the live support but they seemed to be tripping balls.
They told me the feature got removed or it's something with overall privacy settings. (Which isn't the case cuz I checked everything and I already told them before I have 'show notifications content' turned on.)
Also they told me the only thing available is to view notifications content - which I also told them earlier is impossible in my case.
I'll try tomorrow with a different rep..

We need developers who are willing to spend a lot of time and resources on this phone. The development for this phone has been marginal and things are unlikely to change much.
The newer Mate 20 running Android 9 has to this day still not been rootable .... everything pointing to one single thing: if you buy a Huawei phone you get stuck to Emui and unrootable phone. I myself plan to stay on 8.1 forever unless root and twrp become available.
Got OTA today. The problems with sound distortion that I had when streaming using LDAC and HWA at the highest bitrate are gone. They added the gesture navigation from Mate 20 Pro but this still need work as it's not smooth enough.

Looks like c432 and the package size is too small I think to be updated from oreo correct me if I am wrong. So I think he was on beta.

Yes, I'm in the beta and this is the first update since the initial release. The model is CTL-L29.
I think they are close to releasing the final version and I heard that this will happen this month.

Hello, can you confirm or deny if the P20 Pro get Master AI 2.0 like the Mate 20 series has? Master AI 1.0 was over the top in processing and color. Thanks.

I don't think there is a way to check per say, but you should see big differences in how it processes images. For instance Blue Sky or Greenery will not be over the top like in P20 Pro. The Mate 20's version of Master AI is much improved over the P20 series.
I hope this version would help fix some historical problems, especially the one with smart unlock stop working that really piss me off.
Said this, I hope at the time Huawei will release the OTA it will be stable enough to don't let me regret Oreo.
Just for fun, in Italy sometimes major updates appeared before on branded models, I think this is merely due to the attempt to please the operators.

Was thinking exactly the same, this disappearing Smart Lock issue is very annoying.

Woops, yep! HiCare.
I've always thought that was bloatware so that was one of the apps I disabled instantly the moment I got my Mate 30 Pro. I'll keep it going forward and will use that to check for updates instead now.

That only applies to the P30 Pro for now, as confirmed by the users in this thread. I can't find any information on "10.0.0.160" for the Mate 30 Pro.
