The bezel on my Gear S2 is all scratched up so I'm thinking on replacing it. Found the specific part for it (GH98-38190A) but does anyone know if the bezel for the Gear S2 Classic R732 (GH98-37996A) will fit on it?

Simply put, do they make a replacement metal band for the gear s2. Not the classic. Just s2. I can't seem to find any. I do like the way the classic looks with a metal band but its just not my style at the moment.
I hope to find an stick on watch face for the non classic gear s2. I made one but it's good for now
You mean a sticker for the bezel? Not sure I follow...

Yes stickers of watch faces to make it look better. Mine is a real watch face of an old watch I had and it fits just right and it looks classic. I can remove it and stick it back on any time. But sticker would look good too.

Looks cool! Just so you know, the wheel that turns is called a "bezel". The part on the wheel that has numbers and markings is called a "bezel insert", and a "watch face" on a smartwatch is the type of dial you choose in the app store or on your watch. Mixing up the terms can get confusing. So...did you replace the entire bezel on the gear s2 with another one from a real watch (including the bezel insert), or did you keep the original bezel and just added a bezel insert from another watch?

Thanks for clearing that for me. I'll change the title and no I didn't replaced the bezel I just stick on an older watch bezel that I remove it from. I had to trim it thin to stick it on to the gear s2. I added ne pictures.
Have had my Samsung Gear S2 SM-R720 Smartwatch from new for 6 weeks. Last night I got up from my chair, returned to sit down and saw my Watch lying on the chair, could have happened outside the house, anywhere... The Rubber Vulcanizing, or Glue? manufacturing process, to the stainless steel fixing clip had come adrift. I did manage after a while to get the fixing clip off the Watch. Apparently I am not alone with this fault and hope that Samsung has now opened a Data Base on this recurring Design Fault and that it is not a "Water" etc problem.
Has anyone found a more reliable Strap on the market please? Donny5
The non Samsung silicone ones on Ebay have worked great for me. Picked one up for like $10.

Have found another good supplier of Watchstrap for my Samsung Gear S2 , it's MoKo from Amazon. I had a hassle with Samsung, have to book in and return whole watch for a known common fault on the strap link with the Watch.
TIP: Before you connect the new strap put the slighest smear of Vaseline on the oblong fixing hole associated small plunger. I hope that Samsung have a Data Base set up and and are recording all these known mechanical faults.

Hi,
Anyone replaced their bezel yet on Gear S3 classic or frontier? I have the classic and have got a few scratches and so would be nice to have a new one then maybe try to protect it for future use.
Can't seem to see any guides to diy. Spoke to samsung and they said I could send it in but I image this would probably be a rip off for what could be a simple exchange?
Scratched the bezel within a few days on my Frontier. I hit them with a Sharpie for a quick fix, but it worked so well I can't even find the scratches unless I'm in the right lighting. Not worth the hassle of a more professional fix at this point.

There is a description of this DIY repair over in the Samsung US forum. Seemingly pretty straight forward to do. Would love to see a youtube of someone doing it. The Sharpy marker fixes only work up to a point.
Don't think a sharpie will help for the classic. Sounds easy enough to change it but like you say would be a lot more confident seeing a video of someone doing it
Hey guys, a few months later and I have found this. Thought I'd share...

You can buy some stickers from the internet to cover or protect the bezel.

Anyone had any luck finding replacement bezels stateside? I'm hoping to pay less than like $40 with shipping for this if possible.
