Hi all itzyaboi back again with another big miss that I've made...
So let me give you a quick story of what happened...
I tried flashing a custom kernal in my galaxy s6 edge sm-g925i and ended up flashing the wrong one without even taking a backup :silly::silly:
so it got bricked real nice I tried flashing stock firmware no luck it gave me "SW check fail device 4 binary 3" error
So after loads of research I found out the appropriate firmware sorta.....
I flashed it every thing looked great then all of a sudden Drk error pops up.
I fixed it by flashing twrp because that's the only fix I found and that's the only thing working then when phone turns on I keep getting this one error whenever I tried to change my password the setting crashes and I'm not able to use any of the stuff in the setting...
it only happens when I try to change password or add fingerprint.... :crying::crying:
Any kind of help regarding the fix would be appreciated :
Edit: I was also wondering is there anyway to go full stock now?
Thanks XDA

hi, in the past I had a huawei y511 and because I had this problem I've changed my phone now, but I want to fix it. plz help me.
Previously I could root my phone easily using framaroot 1.8, and I tried to root my phone to do some things then after things got ok, I unrooted it and this was done several times, but the latest time I wanted to root, it didn't allow me and I installed framaroot 1.9 and rooted successfully. but the problem started from here, after a couple of days, constant force closes came and without any they started force closing, clicking ok and the next one was there! sometimes restarting could fix my problem but in some situations restarting the phone was not the solution and I was made to enter recovery mode to full wipe, then everything could get ok again! firstly I thought the problem is from updated gaps, so I tried keeping them outdated to see if it was relating to this, but no nothing changed, although no apps was updated, these errors came again! I even flashed my phone (but I hadn't unlocked it's bootloader) to the stock rom to see if it could fix but NO, even in this rom problem existed and already exists! I googled a lot but couldn't find any working solution so i ask my question here! I do not know that may either unlocking bootloader or just installing a custom rom fix my problem?!?!?! plz help me this is really annoying!

PLZ PLZ PLZ SOMEONE HELP!
hey all
I did a basic root on my samsung galaxy s6 a few days ago. just installed superSu and gave me root access. after that I installed TWRP which I then used to try and install the xposed framework. From then on my phone is stuck on the samsung screen saying kernel is not seandroid enforcing. I downloaded the stock rom for my phone (sm-g920F on 6.01) and attempted to flash it via odin 3.07 but it always failed after the sboot.
i have searched to try and find a solution but nothing I can find will work. can anyone help?
so i got my s6 working after flashing a full stock firmware i found via a link on this forum (i forget which one...sorry)
it gave me BL_G920FXXU3DPBG_CL7086820_QB8626574_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5
AP_G920FXXU3DPBG_CL7086820_QB8626574_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5
CP_G920FXXU3DPB6_CL7086820_QB8569466_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5
CSC_BTU_G920FBTU3DPB1_CL7140831_QB8460122_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5
it also recommended that I flash the pit file ZEROFLTE_EUR_OPEN.pit.
this was all done via the latest version of odin. initially, the flashing failed at cm.bin so I reflashed omitting the bootloader and all seemed to be well.
My phone set up fine and then I realised that it will not recognise my sim...or any sim for that matter. in settings under sim card status...every entry is listed as unavailable. IMEI is unknown as is baseband version.
i realise that I have obviously messed up big time with the initial flashing (uhuh....backup...backup....backup) but I would really like some help to get my phone back up and running as a ...well...phone.
any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
thanks in advance x

Try smart switch. Not sure if it could restore the imei but it could bring the phone back to original csc when you bought it.
Sent from my SM-G925F

i had tried several times to connect to smart switch but it would not recognise my phone. after a lot of faffing about I finally managed to get it to do an emergency recovery and all seems well so far. it even restored my imei number so thanks for that suggestion Rosli. much appreciated xx
When u install xposed did u ude the special wanam version of the framework
Would say whipe cashe and wait a little while for stock roms like 40 minutes after first time install
I am asking for help if anybody here can spare the time. I had my J700P Virgin Mobile rooted and xpose installed. I had notification that I had missed at least one update and wanted to go back to original firmware. I flashed back to original version of firmware no problem and the phone took the update. After the update I was unable to get wifi working again so I tried to reflash the original firmware. Phone flashed fine but when trying to reboot the phone is stuck in bootloop. I have reflashed the original firmware and the new updated firmware several times, tried to restore 3 TWRP backups, everything I can think of and all bootloop. I get the bootup screen - galaxy J7 then it goes to the samsung screen then to the Virgin Mobile screen then loops over and over. Every so many loops it goes to android starting up screen optimizing various numbers of apks, usually 1 of 1. I can do pretty much anything needed, use odin, access adb ect. Any other info needed please let me know. I am at the end of my knowledge on what to do-----HELP!!!!!!! Thanks.

restoring a twrp backup breaks the phone. go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j7/development/twrp-3-0-2-0-beta-j700p-2016-fixed-t3485766 and follow the steps for fixing your efs. then you could flash stock rom again.
Bootloop fix
That did the trick!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are the wizard of the day. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I'm trying everyday to learn because I like to tinker with these expensive toys. You saved me a lot of scouring over endless piles of info.
So I messed up big time messing around with my phone thinking I knew how to do something that I obviously didn't!!
So here I am without an imei and could not recover or repair it because for some reason my phone wasn't able to boot into stock and would only work on SM-N920T or C ROMs. Actually worked perfect with lineage ROMs and older. Anyways moving on.... I pulled my efs folder to modify it after reading some post on another web site and I pushed it back, set the correct permissions and rebooted my device.. well that's when all hell broke loose and my note 5 started going A-Wall!!! Some how FRP lock was activated or Reactivation lock (not sure if there is a difference or not?) Then to top it off stock recovery started displaying " DM-Verity failed need to check DRK first ". So unable to flash TWRP to perform a restore , unable to flash any stock modified without getting "FRP LOCK (bootloader, kernel, recovery and so on). I've done almost every worthy post on the first 10 pages of Google and have yet to fix this. Any tips or preferably exactly what to do would make my day and be very appreciated
any luck?
YES! I tried *#2336#
I have NO SIM cards. When I dial that code, I get an error message and cannot update my TSP. And NO, I do not have access to any other person's SIM card.
For search sakes, I get this error:
USSD Code running
Connection problem or invalid MMI code
What I did. I stupidly did not check a kernel and I flashed a Edge Kernel instead of the normal one. I to be more precise, I installed the kernel here:
Stock_kernel_edge.zip
I tried installing many other kernels and it did not work. My left screen clicks on the right and right clicks on left...You get my point, the screen touch is reversed.
I have also tried this APP - Phone INFO *Sam*
And it still does not work.
Can someone please help me out?
I am updated to latest TWRP for my phone. I am really lost and I am getting crazy over this issue! I spent hours re-installing different roms and other alternatives and nothing worked up to now.
**EDIT**: The Phone INFO SAM worked. I had problems getting to the right section, but I got it to work with that app. So anyone having the same issues, Phone INFO *SAM* was my solution.
hey i have the exact same problem on the same phone do u still remember what you did to fix it? ive tried so many different things and i cant figure out what you did in phone info *sam* app
EDIT: I FIXED IT!!!! u have to do *#2663# then tap TSP FW update and it was fixed after that
