My incoming and saved calls are displayed as an unknown call. have tried some custom roms, is the same problem for everyone. where there are no problems is at xiaomi. * u roms and at mi-global roms. How is the problem to fix?

So, I've been looking around to no avail, but I'm 100% certain this has been discussed before. When I use google voice to make outgoing calls on my android phone, regardless of rom, when I make a call to my contacts they are displayed as "unknown number", but when they make calls it shows their name and all that. Any idea why this is happening? thanks for the help.
I flashed i9003 with ZCKPL Chinese stock rom, due to rooting problems I had flashed in many times to sort out issues after rooting once I finally managed to root it correctly without breaking call recording & wifi I restored contacts via Super backup but incoming/outgoing calls don't show caller name at all so I don't know who is calling.
Once the call is finished I see the name in call logs missed/incoming/outgoing.
Just wondering what could be the source of this problem?

I am a Xolo Q800 user.
I had installed so many Roms.
But I didn't satisfied with those Roms.
Because I need Missed Calls Rings in Call log.
Due to this reason I love Stock Rom (4.1.2).
I need this Call Log App in any Custom Rom. So please anyone suggest me how to install this App in any Rom like Sony Xperia Z3,Project Doge, P5,etc.........

So I've had a galaxy s6 for about a month now but recently there has emerged two problems to do with making and receiving calls that have made the phone all but unusable.
1) whenever making calls to an unknown number this (http://imgur.com/DYnZZgF) is the call app that is used, it looks almost CM and I have no idea why is has changed. It doesn't show up in recents or in programs running, if I close it then I can still hear the call through the speaker but I have to restart the phone to get rid of the app.
2) whenever receiving calls from unknown numbers I hear ringing but there is no visual alert (ie nothing comes up on screen) so accepting or declining is impossible and as the call app doesn't exist to get rid of the ringing I have to simply wait until it stops. These calls do appear in the call log which I assume is a different app but the phone app doesn't appear at all.
If anyone can help me with these problems I'd be super grateful, it's making the phone all but unusable..
