MI MIX 3 Global
Ok so I installed the AOSP GSI with TWRP and flashing the vbmeta.img with fast boot had that running for awhile then decided to get Arrow OS GSI and flash that onto which worked but, I just wanted Arrow OS. Somehow I messed up now I have no rom and my Solus OS and Windows computer both won't detect my phone while it's in fast boot. I tried to re-flash in TWRP the stock Global gives errors in TWRP and EU ROM it doesn't work just boots back to TWRP. I do not have access to any OS and therefore cannot enable USB debugging
UPDATE: After flashing the EU rom and Format Data I am in MIUI
Wifi doesn't work
Enabled USB debugging fast boot isn't being detected by Solus OS will try Windows tomorrow
Was able to boot into Arrow OS GSI with no wifi?
I flashed chinese dev rom have no twrp no but unlocked bootloader wifi works

I was on crDroid, and other aosp ROMs for a month, but yesterday I wanted to test MIUI 12, so I flashed CN Closed Beta miui 12, I installed miui_PHOENIX_20.5.28_ef1f0d470e_10.0! It doesn't include Gapps so I decided to install xiaomi.eu build. It stuck on Bootanimation. I couldn't go back to TWRP and install something else cause TWRP won't show any storage or data partition ( It's happening now again and again after I install any AOSP or MIUI ROM) To recover from bootloop I downloaded fastboot image (phoenix_images_V11.0.15.0.QGHCNXM) to flash with XiaomiFlash Tool. Successfully unbricking the device, I try to install EU build again but it won't just boot. And also I can't use twrp data partition again cause it somehow breaks all the partitions. I have to reflash fastboot image. I even tried to go back on Indian Build of POCO X2 but due to anti-rollback check it fails again and again. I can't boot any AOSP rom, tried a few, nor even EU builds or Indian Builds. I can only Install MIUI 12 Closed Beta or MIUI 11 stable both Chinese roms. What Went wrong and how to install AOSP roms again or flash EU builds?

After you install xiaomi.eu rom, if you are stuck at boot logo, try this
1. flash twrp again with fastboot mode and boot into twrp
2. format data partition ( you lose all data)
3. now flash xiaomi.eu rom again and reboot

When I flash any rom now, it stucks to bootloop and I can't format or flash anything on top of that, I have to flash fastboot images of Chinese Rom 11.0.15 through xiaomiflashtool, all rooms are stuck to bootanimation except miui12 CN ROM.

Remove the first few lines from the flash all.bat which does not begin with'fastboot' to overcome ARB.
i am facing the same problem after i tried to update 12.6 to 12.7 of bliss rom, found any fix?

Hi all.
Today I unlocked my phone to flash the crDroid rom. First I went into fastboot to flash mauro's twrp and that worked fine. Then I flashed the miui 12.0.3 full stock image from twrp, which might have been a mistake since I flashed the full image instead of an extracted vendor / firmware version. Then I wiped system, cache and data and flashed twrp but when I tried to boot the phone it went into an infinite boot screen. Then I wiped and flashed the whole stock miui image again in the hope that I would at least be able to boot miui but that also failed, since the phone kept booting back to recovery and there was no boot screen at all.
I have also tried flashing the stock image (ver 12.0.6) from fastboot but it fails because of the anti rollback check error. The image I tried to flash has an antirollback version of 0 while my phone has a version of 1, so "current device antirollback version is greater than this package" is what I got. Now my options are very limited because for some reason my laptop can't access the file system of the phone so I can't transfer files to the phone anymore and the ADB sideload feature from twrp is not working, so I only have fastboot (adb also won't recognize my device). What can I do to save my phone? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Flash the MIUI with MiFlash.
Had sort of the same issue...
Try using adbfastboot tool ( it's a java programme ) to swap recoveries.
I got the bootloop after installing the LOS recovery , installed twrp from adbfastboot tool and got it working.
Nice to have working recovery but since adb sideload is broken in twrp i needed LOS recovery.
Tried to reflash the LOS recovery from the tool and this time it worked
Flash with Miflash (the latest version https://xiaomiflashtool.com/ option CLEAN ALL) the rom that was on your phone when you bought it.
For the roms It is better to flash firmwares with Miflash because TWRP is not 100% functional.

Man I can't believe such a simple suggestion would work but it did thanks! Initially I did not flash with miflash because it prompted me to install drivers and it crashed when I clicked the install button, turns out all I had to do was create a folder named log in the miflash directory lol. So flashing the stock image works. And it definitely boots correctly to miui with the clean all and lock option.
But now when I try to flash crdroid or pixel experience I still end up with an infinite boot screen even when using exactly the specified firmware :/ Like you see crdroid and pixelexp boot animations correctly but it lasts forever. I must be doing something wrong with the firmware still because that's the only reason I can think of why it won't boot. After I flash the firmware in miflash I don't have to boot miui up first right? I'm using the 'save user data' option in miflash if that matters.
In my post, I specified CLEANALL, but anyway, you must format data before flashing.
Which rom do you want to install Cdroid or Pixel?

I'm now trying to flash crdroid. After flashing V12.0.3.0.QJKMIXM in miflash with flash_all, I formatted data in twrp (the one where you have to type yes) but also with a decrypt & normal factory reset I still get the same result. After the format, I flashed crdroid without magisk and gapps, and it'll just hang on the crdroid boot screen :/. The weird thing is, before I flash the crdroid rom it can boot in MIUI just fine and it'll show that it's indeed the correct 12.0.3.0 in the settings so I have no idea if it's just the crdroid ROM at this point.
Flash with miflash V12.0.3.0.QJKMIXM reboot system and go fasboot when affiche "devices is locked",flash chinesse twrp ,reboot twrp, format data reboot twrp, wipe all ecxept OTG reboot twrp, flash Cdroid format data, reboot twrp flash gapps, reboot system( take time ).

This ended up working perfectly Crdroid is now running like a charm with gapps and magisk. Thank you guys a lot for helping me out with this!
I have Lineage os installed with the lineage os recovery and everything works, however I'm looking to switch to a different ROM like HAVOC OS, however I can't flash that ROM since it's for tulip and it complains everytime that my device is twolip.
Another random issue I have is that I can't even go back to MIUI since my PC won't recognize my device when it's in fastboot mode but that's another story.
Am I just stuck with Lineage OS then forever since I can't find any other custom ROM that's not for Tulip. Do I need to install TWRP recovery for this to work?

UPDATE, I even tried an ADB sideload to flash MIUI back in hopes to then go to HAVOC OS but even with MIUI it complains about my device being twolip...

Just wipe system, vendor, data from custom recovery and flash new custom rom
I'm having trouble reverting to OOS Android 11 OB5 after trying KOSP. I'm trying to flash the stock rom via twrp but I can't install from my sdcard since I have to format data to view my storage effectively deleting the zip rom. Alternatively I've tried to revert using a fastboot rom with the AIO tool. All seems to flash fine but I get stuck on the bootloader unlocked screen and the system doesn't start. Tried also using MSM but the qualcomm port driver in device manager appears then disappears in Windows 10 and the phone goes into charge mode while connected to the PC. Keep getting stuck at every turn. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello everyone sorry i'm new here and also i don't know much about rooting my device Poco X 3 pro MIUI 13.0.3 Global and Andriod 12 .. sadly i messed up i had my boatloader unlocked fo my Poco x3 pro and i have installed custom recovery TWRP then i tried to install Magisk via the TWRP recovery but it won't work mainly because the data is encrypted and the TWRP can't acess in the internal storage so i used a OTG usb but gets error unable to mount /data/media/fox/.fox note that i tried both Orangefox and twrp still same error i assume its because the device is encrypted . also decrypt doesnt work it ask for password and i even removed all my accounts and disabled all lock screen but still not working at this point i thought that downgrading from MIUI 13 to 12 will fix this since i saw all videos who had it working used MIUI 12 and here where i messed up i used XiaoMiTool V2 then clicked custom ROM and used an offecial ROM from Xiaomi website ( miui_VAYUGlobal_V12.0.6.0.RJUMIXM_eccd7da42b_11.0.zip ) the phone booted into TWRP and started installing but ofcourse got the error first unable to mount /data/media/twrp then the process continued installing all the files then phone rebooted into TWRP LOOP now im stuck into TWRP and the USB debugging is turned off now as the phone appearntly did factory reset so i cant acess XiaoMiTool V2 again and when i try to wipe data from TWRP it says unable to wipe data ... please help im stuck on TWRP loop now
**UPDATE** i tried fastboot ROM using MiFlash tool but i get error since i'm stuck on twrp fastboot menue but after few restart it finally open the normal fastboot menue with the logo of the sitting rabbit which indecade this is miui 12 tried again to fash though Mifash tool and it worked (flashing the same version miui_VAYUGlobal_V12.0.6.0.RJUMIXM_eccd7da42b_11.0.zip but this time the fastboot version not the recovery one took few minutes then got error not catch checkpoint flash is not done then it reboot into the phone menue where i can click wipe data i click that and the phone (thankfully) opened into MIUI 12 LOGO screen
... theres an easier way to actually downgrade your MIUI using a trick through your phone only without root or pc or anything by changing the ROM file name before you click reboot wish i used that since its safer and official
omg finally Magisk installed successfully now didnt need to decrypt anything
now my last question is do i need custom ROM after rooting the device ? or does magisk mean its a custom root ? sorry first time rooting and i dont know if i need to install any apps or apply any setting or should i click update my MIUI now ?
Try the newest Unofficial TWRP from nebrassy (found in his thread here on XDA)
That supports decription.
I recommend arrowOS as custom ROM.
It's one of the oldest and works pretty well.
IMHO Stock ROM from Xiaomi is untrustworthy. Who knows what spyware they included.
Same for me now I have a question first I need a guide link how to install arrowOS or any better ROM also if I do that do I need to flash Magisk again or the device will be keep the Root ?
@Haldi4803 can you post the link of the TWRP as well ? There's many threads by nebrassy and they all seem old mine is the latest official and it doesn't work on miui 13 , I also heard of crdroid and derpfest ROMs for Poco x3 pro but I think they overheat much ? I didn't test so I'm just asking also what's the way to install a new ROM it seem little bit complicated but the ArrowOs thread doesn't explain all the steps in detail because I think it's for pro users I read on Google that there's way more steps to install a ROM

There are decent picture guides here on xda on how to unlock bootloader.
After bootloader is unlocked you can simply install TWRP via fastboot flash recovery recovery.img.
Detailed instructions here: https://twrp.me/xiaomi/xiaomipocox3pro.html
After you have installed a ROM. and gapps you can simply reboot and use the rom.
Whenever you need root you can reboot into recovery and install magisk.
