Which Roms are based on CAF (CodeAurora Forum) or do most use components of it? - OnePlus 6 Questions & Answers

As in title. Thanks

OxygenOS (not sure), ParanoidAndroid, older builds of Pixel Experience

SyberiaOS have some CAF commits too.

MOB30H vs. MTC19T

There are two different build numbers. One is used by stock Nexus 5 ROM while the other is used by PureNexus custom ROM.
What are the differences between the two?
AOSP Branch the dev has used to build the rom.
AFAIK there's not a specific changelog between these builds but you can find others there.

AOSP-based CAF build, possible ?

Hello guys, i've been searching this for sometime, but still can't find the answer. I'm quite new to Nexus 5, and i didn't know the history about how CAF branch was made beside aosp branch in hammerhead. The only think i know is, CAF commits was once merged by cm to aosp, but introduce many bugs. So it was divided into two branch like now. I like CAF build (the reality, i like experimental builds ) but i only found cm based roms for CAF build
TL;DR is it possible to build AOSP roms based on CAF branch ?
Thanks !

Rom differences ?

Hello, i'd like to know the difference between RROS, AOSPA, LineageOS and AICP roms.
What's the difference ? Is it software, UI ?
Hello
The difference of RROS, it's a better version of LineageOS based CyanogenMod with more features. For AOSPA, it's a rom based AOSP, a pure version of Android (Snapchat and Pokemon GO work in this rom )
What are these added features RROS have ? I've been looking around but I couldn't find.
The main difference in RROS is customizing buttons (if hardware ones), and modifications of every element in the UI (time, clock, recents...etc) unlike AOSPA which is close to pure android (what google have on pixel) with less features added on top.

RROS and Lineage have their own bases. RR is LineageOS based. Both of them have more features than AOSP(Android Open Source Project) AOSPA(Paranoid Android) is based off AOSP. AOSP based ROMs are smoother, have better battery in general but have less features.

Kernel source for Xiaomi 5X is avalible now

Xiaomi has just released kernel sources for tiffany(Mi 5x ). the official github page is:
https://github.com/micode/xiaomi_kernel_opensource/tree/tiffany-n-oss
Just as on tissot N, Xiaomi have squashed all their changes and applied over wrong CAF tag.
I took the proper caf base (LA.UM.5.6.r1-06100-89xx.0) and applied Xiaomi changes over it with some cleanups here.
If any devs are interested in it: https://github.com/Flex1911/tiffany

I got a question
Will unofficial stuff like Lineage os or Twrp Recovery develop into Official builds? I mean Official builds are powered by individual maintainer right?
