Downgrade from Android 9.0 Pie to Oreo?

Hey XDA Community
I've running Android Pie with a custom rom on my Galaxy S8 Plus. Is there a way to downgrade the System back to Oreo?
Should I flash a old Oreo bootloader or would it work with the Pie one? Or is this not a good idea?
What are your Experiences?
Thanks in advance!

The bootloader version in that ROM is version 5, "U5". If you can find a nougat or mallow ROM at version 5 or above then yes you can downgrade.

You can grab your official firmware from Sammobile and flash it using a PC with Odin. It's quite simple, just look it up on YouTube. :fingers-crossed:
