S10 Pitaka Aramid/Kevlar Thin & Minimalist Case [Pre-Order Discount] - Samsung Galaxy S10 Accessories

Probably the best case ever, for me i have to get it whenever i get any new devices, i got it for my pixel 2 xl, s8, s9+, Note 8, iPhone 7 plus, iPhone X & iPhone Xs Max.
and i have never change to any other brands. Right now it's a good time to get the case because of the pre-order discount as it's on the pricey side. Definitely must have for thin case lovers, one of the thinnest out there but build with quality.

The case edge is cut out around the buttons.
I have one on my Note 8 and the vent car mount with Qi charging. Really the best setup I've ever had. The case isnt drop rated, but is SUPER thin and light, and not slick at all. WELL worth the $$

it should be like my s9+/note8 case cutouts for volume button but top and bottom wrapped.

Pitaka has a known problem with not covering the sides very well and also leaving the screen fully exposed. Many other manufacturers are at least providing raised lips on their cases at less than half the cost of Pitaka. They really need to start doing that. You won't be losing any thinness or aesthetics, but you'll gain face down screen protection, and enhanced protection from short distance falls/drops.
Other than that the design, look, feel, durability seems to be great.

True ..it’s mainly for like us who loves the thin profile and the flushed corners and sides.. not too particular about drop protection to be honest

I'm not 100% sure of the known issue you're mentioning. As far as the screen being fully exposed, personally I wouldn't want any of it "Not exposed". These cases aren't at all designed for drop protection, and frankly even if they did provide raised lips, the case material itself gives no drop protection at all, it's all very thin carbon fiber.
I think one of the challenges some of the case mfg's are faced with is these phones with the curved edges and the use of screen protectors. Seems like a design nightmare
I've had this case on my N8 from day 1 and as far as I'm concerned is one of the better cases I've ever owned and honestly is one of the main reasons I didn't get a N9 (they didn't make the case for it)

The goal isn't really drop protection as much as it is gaining the ability to put the phone face down on a surface and not worry about it getting scratched. If they were to increase the vertical coverage of the corners, topside, and bottomside of the case just enough so that it was raised 1mm an upper/lower lip, then the phone' glass wouldn't make contact with a flat surface like a table. If you were to take a naked phone and place it on a table face down and move it around a bit, you'd likely end up with a ton of scratches.
No worries, I'm working on my own 3D printed Galaxy S10 case that should resolve these shortcomings.
I actually contacted Pitaka 6 months ago asking them why they weren't already doing it on the iPhone X, and they mentioned that it would be much much harder for the user to apply the case to the phone. I asked them why Spigen was doing it for less than half the price, and then I was shunned away.

By far my favorite case I ever used. Have had one in my s9+ since the day pitaka became available

Agree, with the low profile and button cutouts it's awesome! Cheers

Looks great except the price. Have to use dbrand alone.

For those looking super thin cases. This is the thinnest in the market.

I got that before for my pixel 2xl, texture of the case feels like cheap plastic but true that it’s the thinnest around.

the pre-order discount would end any time soon.. save as much as possible!

It's fine if you don't drop your phone because it's junk if you want any type of real protection. I've had one in my hands and a piece of cardboard taped to the phone would offer the same protection.

My standard setup for every phone is Pitaka + Whitestone Dome screen protector. This adds roughly $90 to the cost of obtaining a new phone but for me, it's worth it.

Case or No Case?

I'll have my Nexus tomorrow. Just wondering, is the teflon coating on this thing pretty solid, or is it a good idea to get a protective case for it? I'm VERY careful with my phones. I never used a case with my MyTouch3G or my G1, and they stayed in great shape with only a few very minor scratches here and there. But if anything happened to my Nexus, I'm sure I'd be pretty pissed at myself. So... input? Thanks?

I didn't use a case for about a month, only used the sleeve. Dropped it on my mat on my rug for my computer chair several times. No marks at all. I bought a Ghost Armor body kit just in-case.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gpGAW6L5x8U
the coating seems pretty tough to me,
personally i use the sleeve it came with during pocket transportation
and from what i heard the screen can be easily scratched by aluminum, so i would avoid any situation that would cause that to rub your screen
I use the crystal gel case, its very thin an unobtrusive. I'd say go with a case and even a screen shield; better safe than sorry. Besides, when Windows Phone 7 or something else from Google comes out, you want to keep that resale value up!
Trust me... you'll be just fine with the included neoprene sleeve. What's the point of having such a svelte phone if you encumber it with a case?

If you drop it on concrete then it will scratch the case. You don't have to have a gigantic case. Just something to cover the actual phone.
I have a BSE and it's amazing.
It is made of a silicone type material that gives it a little rubbery feel [not a lot at all, just a little bit].
It makes it less vulnerable to scratches and damage to the actual phone.
It gives the phone a small bit of grip so it's not so easily dropped.
It gives it a glossy look.
It covers every inch of the phone including the screen.
It's crystal clear and doesn't get as many smudges as the normal screen.
Here's a great review on it
The only problems I had was at first it looks a little hazy but the skin just has to sit for a little while then it will look great.
And applying the skin is very tedious and takes about 30 minutes to do it right. If you do it wrong it will have bubbles and wont sit right.
Here's some pics of mine

I say get a skin as I find the phone to be too slippery without one. I have gotten used to it but I don't trust other people to use it without a skin.
@dumbestcrayon
nice skin, makes the phone look oh so sexxyy..
p.s. Glassjaw is AMAZINGG
I dropped my n1 on concrete and the scratch was enough to make me consider selling it! [I know, issues...] So now I use the stock case but get sick of taking it out all the time, its fine in the pocket without protection

Oh yeah I love it. One of the only physical flaws, IMO, was that the body isn't glossy. Now its better.
Glassjaw is pretty good. Haven't heard them in a long while. They came up on last.fm.
I would say no, but that is a pretty tasteful case posted in the forum. If you are on the fence, I say go for it. the phone is very durable, but it was a bit slick in the hands at first.
I'm all for the bse. Wish I put one on my g1
I use the Seidio belt clip case mostly for transport protection. But it's easy to remove the Nexus for use anytime as is!

I have a belt clip also. I just like the BSE because it has no flaws. It makes the phone glossy, a little grip, protects it from any scratches because it covers 99.9% of the phone [where the .1% is the tiny lines between where the pieces of the skin comes together XD]
And, it was $8. So it's 100% win for me.

Yeah, I had it for my MyTouch. When I ordered my N1 I expected to have to throw it out. It's a good quality clip that I got from some website. I forgot where. My cousin got his N1 before me so I tried his and it fit perfect. I was pretty happy about it. IT was a little bit tight at first but it stretched out a bit. It has an open spot right where the headphone jack is too. But as of today I got my Rockfish BT headset so I wont need that anymore
This headset is amazing...A2DP is great.
dumbestcrayon, have you had any experience with the Invisible Shield?
I currently have the Invisible Shield on my phone without any complaints, just wondering if you had a comparison.
Price-wise, mine was more expensive at what, 25 bucks i think, but albeit with free lifetime replacement. Dunno about performance though...

i use the Seidio innocase 2. Its awesome except the fact that it cuts up your screen protector when you slide it on. But the phone outside is fully protected.

I can't make out however, if the full body skin also covers the edge (open slit) of the screen to prevent any dust/lint from getting inside it and further into the screen.
Can you confirm please?

Momax iCase Pro : My review

Before this I had an all black TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) case. It was ok, but the back looked very plain and boring. So I was looking for something little better, but didn’t want to get one with some wired pattern. Then I came across this.
I didn’t much like the metallic bezel of the SGS, and this case covers it pretty nicely. The best thing about it is the semi transparent back. As you can see from the photos below, I inserted a small piece of paper which I printed off a normal color printer having the Google logo and Android robot; IMO it gives a nice touch. Basically you can put just about anything you like. Overall I think it’s a pretty good case, it doesn’t add much bulk and it is very discreet.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, the buttons are harder to press though.. Thats the only gripe I have against it.
Finally here are some of my photos, Enjoy :

thanks for review and photo tip nice idea... and looks very good
could You tell something about 'the grip' ? is phone still slippy ?
doublepost_sorry
does the case absorbes any impact at all?
seems very fragile compared to the mesh type case
Been using this case since I got my phone. The semi-transparent back is hard plastic while the sides are soft. The grip is definitely better than without a case, but I wouldn't say it's great since the back is somewhat smooth. Not sure about drops though.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the sides buttons are kinda hard to press, but I'm guessing thats the same with all SGS cases.

The grip is ok but not as good as with a silicon or a full TPU case (I had before) because back is made out of a hard plastic like material with a grainy textured feel to it.

Bezel (the dark black area) still has a flexible rubbery feel to it (much like TPU/Silicon based cases), so I think it can absorb some shock, maybe not as much as other 100% silicon based cases. Transparent back is harder than the black frame, but still flexible (for example when the phone is inserted and taken out you have to bend it , and it doesn't seem to me that it would break easily, you can think of the material as somewhat similar to what regular microwave safe plastic containers are made out of, hard but flexible as well). I guess if the phone falls flat on it's back maybe a full silicon based case might do a slightly better job, but then again none of the cases out there can't guarantee to protect your phone from a fall. I think they are better at keeping the phone scratch free more than protecting from drops.

Yes, buttons are hard to press. But I had the same problem with the case I had before, and I even tried out a softer casing before that , same issue.
Nice review, good looking case, but I prefere flip cases. And got a good one of thoes
---
OT To me cases are basicly just for the looks.
Since I dont intend to be throwing or dropping my phone.
It´s an expensive thing so ofc one uses care when handling it
i prefer my case, ill post a pic later
To add to the OP review, this is one nice case.
I just receive this case from my ebay purchase, installed on my SGS and really liked the case.
Seems like it protects the phone really well.
I also picked up some gel case from ebay. The gel case doesn't cover the bezel very well. This Momax case covers the entire bezel really well, and doesn't add bulk to the phone at all.
really nice case. i like my case mate tough case but it's made the phone a bit too bulky for my liking. this might be a nice compromise between tough case and no case at all.
may try this one out.
Can anyone compare this to a Case-mate barely there case?
They would seem to be on the same "class" of case.
From what I am seeing, the Barely there case would be thinner, but cover less, and also cost more.
From what I see on the casmate website its only for T-Mobile Vibrant..
hi all,
my case came today and i really like it. i have a casemate tough case and while it certainly is tough, it made the phone bulkier than i was happy with.
the momax seems to be just enough coverage to make you feel pretty comfortable with drops but slim enough not to add too much bulk. of course, some bulk is to be expected and i still find the phone more comfortable to hold with the momax case than without any case. without a case i kept thinking i was going to drop the darn thing.
very happy with this case, i will be selling my tough case.
cheers
FYI, it is a really good case and i really liked it. But not really recommend this case if you always need to take your case off.
I got a white one few months ago. Recently i found the hard part scratch the silver front edge...and i have no any method to remove those mark now. So i don't use this case anymore now until i find the best case.
Moreover, the white color seems turning pearl yellow. I think it is because the sweat of my hands.
Anybody have same experience?
Bought this Case - my take
I got this case for 12 dollars off ebay and am glad i paid the premium over the cheap gel cases!
I do not like the gel cases as they are very hard to get into and out of your pockets (especially jeans) so when i saw this case with the hard back i thought id give it a try.
The case does slide out of your pocket easier then a full gell case and seems to protect the phone well. it also hides the silver bezel which is nice since it provides some protection from a fall on a flat surface(providing theres no pebels)
its still not as easy to slide out as the phone without a case but acceptable and the protection is nice!
I have managed to put a few small scratches in the back but its prob from my keys that tend to be in the same pocket of my phone on occasion.
only downside is dust collects along the edges but a quick wipe with a cloth gets rid of it.
I think this is way better than the silicon cases. They tend to stretch and slip off when you take the phone out of the pocket
Here's another option,
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pro-Tec-PGSGSFCL-Glacier-Samsung-Galaxy/dp/B0043GW8JI
Got one in my local Vodafone shop for €12, fits great way better than those regular silicon cases, doesn't come off the phone, not discolouring either, gives a millimetre or two of clearance for the camera lens when you put it down flat.
If this is the CaseMate Barely There mentioned earlier http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pro-Tec-PGSGSFCL-Glacier-Samsung-Galaxy/dp/B0043GW8JI then it does fit the GT I9000. They had one in my local O2 shop that was for a Vibrant, (even though you can't get Vibrant's here), so I figured I'd try it. It fits beautifully, and doesn't bulk up the phone like all the other cases. I'm seriously considering one to replace the Pro-Tec, but it's €20, and wont have the clearance for the camera. Looks great on the phone though

[REVIEW] Rugged Armor Case - Love Mei: Powerful

I arrived at work this morning and I'd received a new case for my Galaxy Note 4 to review! Happy days!
I'm currently dissecting it now and will update this thread later today, but first impressions.... this thing is BIG!
I've personally never seen anything with such heavy duty protection for the Note series, that's not to say they're aren't others, it's just a new one on me.
If you're scared of damaging your device, then this robust looking thing may be right up your street.
More to follow shortly while I put this thing thru it's paces.

PACKAGING:
The packaging is pretty decent to be fair, and definitely has a premium feel to it.
THE CASE:
Straight out of the packaging, this is what you get, they've included an Alan Key, to actually get into the thing which I think is good of them.
I've had "screw in" cases before, where you end up having to search around in the spider invested drawers of your garage just to get a key or screwdriver small enough to fit these things, so definitely a positive on that front.
Open up the case here is what you get inside:
Two Lanyards
An alcohol wipe
Cloth
Spare screws
And a second Alan Key
It's simply a case of unscrewing the screws and dropping your phone in
The inside part where the phone sits is rubber, with parts of it made into a honeycomb mesh, I'd say there's about 1CM of the stuff that separates the phone from the outside world once fitted.
The other materials used are aluminum for the front and back plate and it also has it's own glass protector which states to be Gorilla Glass, I can't confirm or disprove this but it's definitely glass.
The glass itself is clear and does not impair viewing and because the glass is attached to the case and not adhered to the screen, you do not get the "halo effect" associated with the current tempered glass protectors currently on the market.
Once installed get ready to start weight lifting, the whole thing together is "HEAVY", most definitely not something you'd want to stick in the top pocket of your shirt.
The only part not covered by this case is the rear camera, but is protected to a degree, as it's set back from the surface of the case.
Because the whole phone is enclosed, you have some raised capacitive buttons, to use instead of touching the phone itself, they work really well as does the responsiveness of the screen and the S-Pen on that screen, the S-Pen doesn't work with the capacitive buttons though, not a big deal but it's something to be aware of.
The ports for the Pen, USB and headphone socket are all covered by a cap of some description, the case states to be "Weather Proof" and I think it most definitely is, everything seems to lock together well, but it's not raining here (for once) so can't test this right now.
On a side note, I'm happy to report that all the cutouts for the ports and sensors are precise, everything I can see so far makes me have a feeling they've took care in creating this case.
The back of the case has a raised rubber backing, giving it some friction to stop it sliding around.
It's not as "grippy" to my bare fingertips though.
CONCLUSION:
This case in my opinion is great for those who do a lot of outdoor activities, or work in outdoor conditions and want to protect their device the best they can, this really does feel rugged and up to the challenge, in stopping rain and dust getting to your Note 4.
I personally would use, but only when I'm going to the beach or out camping/walking in the countryside with the family, not as my daily protection, for the adventurers out there, this is thing will be a great investment.
For the average person like myself, it's just two heavy and adds a substantial amount girth to the size of the Note 4 to use full time.
My everyday protection comes in the form of a Spigen Neo Hybrid, which in itself isn't exactly slender, but providing Love Mei don't ask for it back
I'll use the Powerful when I know I'm going to be going somewhere that phones are "allergic to" as this thing feels bomb proof.
Cheapest place I could find to get this was direct from them http://www.lovemeicases.com/love-mei-powerful-bumper-for-galaxy-note-4/ at $49.99
I like he case, but the branding on the front is the big turn off for me.

I know, mental ain't it! you need to have big hands to handle this with one hand, I'm 6.1" have sizeable hands and can just manage to handle it.
These cases were originally copied from a company called Lunatik.
Lunatik really dropped the ball making anything outside of the iPhone only cases.
That Note 4 version sure looks huge. Makes the Defender look slim.
A kickstand would have been nice. If it had a holster I'd buy it. I particularly like the glass protection screen considering there isn't a glass protector that fits properly w/o a halo available and I like the water resistant feature. Did you test it making calls and know your voice doesn't sound muffled?
From a bulk standpoint it doesn't look any bulkier than any other highly protective case like the Defender for example.
I see where others are talking about seeing the case, but I don't see any pictures that are posted. Were they taken down?

We only get the black and glacier in the UK. It's a bit of pain to order from the US because I always end up paying custom fees and the case itself is pricey already. And then I don't want to buy from a reseller because I am not aware of any reputable ones. You never know whether it will be genuine. I bought one for my S4 and it was a really bad clone. Oh well!

It wouldn't maintain it's looks if you worked on a building site and dropped it on concrete [emoji12]
I always put a rugged case on my new phones for a couple of months. By then I have my eye on something new. Then I take off the bulky case and enjoy the phone for a while before I sell it.
Thanks for the detail review, firstly I'm hanging on between love mei case and lunatik takkit, now I will go for love mei to have my N4 under extreme protection....
This case seems solid on protection,no other cases will have a better performance on guard...

Phone skins are really great to add style to any phone, plus they’re not expensive, but they provide minimal protection if you happen to drop your phone. On the other end of the spectrum are cases, which are generally more expensive but offer much more protection. Cases are bulky and they don’t let the beauty of your phone show through because they often have to cover all four edges as well as the back of the phone.

That’s where CrashGuard by RhinoShield comes in. CrashGuard is essentially a bumper case, which means that it does not cover the back of your phone but only the sides (thus giving your device a more “naked” feel), but because of how it’s engineered, it provides more protection than most cases. CrashGuard is far superior to the bumpers of the past because it has been engineered to absorb impact. This is done by utilizing a proprietary polymer material that is far more shock-absorbent than plastic, and it also has a protective honeycomb structure within the bumper to disperse impact properly. In fact, within the honeycombs are compartments of pressurized air that act as airbags and deflect impact energy. If that sounds really elaborate, it is, and the net result is that you can drop your phone from a variety of heights (up to 11 feet) and if you have a CrashGuard bumper on the phone, you’re going to have a completely unmarked phone. If you want to see how incredible this protection is, watch this video from David Pogue where he does everything in his power to smash his phone by dropping it from a tall ladder.
Not only are CrashGuard bumpers durable, but they’re lightweight (with most of their bumpers coming in under 14 grams). They’re also pretty grippy thanks to the matte finish, and they come in a variety of colors. Another thing we really like about the CrashGuard line is the pricing: the Pixel XL is priced at $24.99, and you can pre-order a CrashGuard for the Pixel/Pixel XL.

Where is the blue to match VZW true blue? Anyways, good bumper, true bumper, is always welcomed!
Any pictures of the bumper? How wide is it?
Any plans for clear and or orange?
This bumper added a lot of widness/tallness on the 6P and I imagine this will be the same. It will probably be manageable due to the Pixel's smaller size (XL included), but still... I'd like to see them make a more minimalistic bumper too.

Loved the crashguard on my Nexus 6P, so I might as well get this too for my Pixel XL
I just hope this Bumper is better than the crappy one Verizon sold for the Moto Z Force. That thing really was bad. The best bumper ever was the Nexus 4 I think, the all glass Nexus. That bumper was great looking.
I gave a Rhino arriving weds. Amazon has them before Rhinos website does

I can say that this bumper is great, I have it already and it adds very little bulk to the device. I didn't like it in the 6P so much cuz it made it very wide.

You guys should try it in person, it made my 6P horrendously large and hard to hold that I returned it.
Reviews looks pretty poor on the Pixel Xl version. Is there gonna be a revised 2.0 version?

I've received mine today.
I was using a Spigen rugged armor before and the bumper feel so much nicer. It doesn't really make the phone wider and it feel good to touch the glass/metal
I've seen such mixed reviews on this bumper. Right note I'm using a cheap tpu car and it's ok but I'm looking for something more premium. My wife just dropped and shattered her iPhone today and I'm thinking I need to bump up my protection but I hate bulkiness

Yeah, I don't get it. Some are saying maybe it's the first batch that is an issue. I have such a hard time taking the bumper off and I'm even scared that I would damage my phone putting so much force on it just to remove a simple bumper. It's such a shame cause I really like having it on my 6P and it feels real nice on the Pixel except for the tight feel. You can't even put a DBrand skin on it with the bumper cause it'll scrape off the edge.
I've reached out to them to see if there was an issue with the first batch. And if they say no, then I would not recommend them to anyone.

I can confirm its pretty tight.
I tried to remove it and I couldn't. I'm also scared that it will crack my screen from the pressure needed.
Even with the bumper in, I can still use it in my daydream so I won't bother to remove it at all.

So, I just decided to buy another one but from Amazon this time, which has mix reviews. This one still has a tight fit but not as bad as the one I pre-ordered from RhinoShield. Their response to me was to make a video and direct me on how I can get it off. Did not feel like putting that one back on because it's just that dam frustrating. Don't know how many people that had issue actually emailed them but I think they should take the review more seriously and actually test it themselves. At this point, I still wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unless they want to test their luck on getting one that isn't so tight.
Those who are using this bumper, is there any problem with 3.5 mm jack? Heard that its difficult to plug in and out headphones and IEMs, is that true?

Mostly an issue with headphones with a 90 degree connector. My favorite IEM has one and I can't use it with the bumper. I am waiting on some adapters to remedy this but they will negate the benefits of the 90...

Huawei P40 Pro + Cases

Hello,
I am planning to buy P40 Pro+, but for some reason I can only find good cases for P40 Pro, not Plus.
I was wondering what cases You all are using?
I am looking for good protection as I would get with UAG for example.
I have this same question, it's crazy. Some places are claiming their cases are for both the regular pro and the pro plus.

Yeah, Best Huawei phone to date and arguably best camera setup on any flagship and no decent phone cases. Pro has different cutout hole than +, btw.
So far I was able to find this two models;
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001119168253.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.62753c00dmEyrr&mp=1
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000883454262.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.62753c00dmEyrr&mp=1
Looks decent. But there really has to be more of good options out there...
Armor-X in the US has a case that supposedly fits, but I can't confirm. Armor-X has very limited availability outside of the US anyhow.
I'm surprised Spigen didn't make anything, even though I really don't like their cases. Ringke is only supplying for the normal Pro.
This is a really good option for a slick and extremely good fit. Postage was fine and received the case within a week, no problems.

Ordered one of these, no idea if it's good.
https://www.amazon.de/gp/aw/d/B08BXGZ944/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_10?smid=A3CAFLJTEHGANG&psc=1
Was thinking of trying this, since I like the camera protection, potential help with flare, and the two-piece design, but it looks pretty bad.

Ringke and Spigen both said not planned to make cases but will pass the message onto developers.

Fujimens, I actually have this exact Honeycomb case ATM. got it locally for 15eur+shipping. Aliexpress has it for 2 and a half bucks.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001200855226.html
I'd say that it's worth 8-10. I mean it is made quite decently. Still not UAG class, but comparing it to Ringke feel, it is I'd say 2/3 as good. If that makes any sense.
But I kinda don't expect it to last more than 6 months...but hopefully I'll get some proper case by then.
Also ordered this 'fake' UAG;
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001458840169.html
Seller claims it's original, ratings are mostly positive, but the shop is a few months old, so probably fake, especially for that price.
Still, could be decent enough and better than plain silicon/TPU options out there.

The honeycomb one looks like it's one layer as opposed to the variant I showed with camera protection. Any details?
I got the other one yesterday. It more or less feels more sturdy than the Spigen and has a textured surface, so no slipping. Finish is ok, phone arrives today and I will update about the fit. Wish it was in black, though.

Got the honeycomb case, too. It is a hard plastic, a black soft liner on the edges and over the camera. Overall, not recommended unless you want a case that DOESN'T have raised edges around the screen. The other one I mentioned is much better, with the only real issue I have is that there's a polished surface around the camera module and it appears to be creating glare. The telephoto is really suseptible anyhow. The honeycomb one has a covering for the camera, which is why I got it, which helps with contrast and reducing glare. It's already kind of stretching, though, but I might take it off and apply it with a weak adhesive and use it with the more rugged case. Then I have the most perfect combination currently available.
I ordered the Spigen camera protection film, BUT they didn't punch holes for the cameras, so I returned it. They do make the wet application films for the display which are cheaper than Crocfol in Berlin. Crocfol offers a film for the camera module, but will not reply on whether holes are cut out for the camera. It's a big no-no to put films on if you are concerned about quality.

Just received Xundd one and I will not be using it. (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001119168253.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.62753c00dmEyrr&mp=1)
Black part feels nicer to the touch than much cheaper honeycomb option, but it actually makes the case noticeable more slippery. :/
Front side is protected kinda similar. So I am staying with honeycomb.
Also am at the point where I am just considering getting something for P40 and cut a bigger hole for a camera...
I have this one and it's amazing.
