the lastest with OCT security patch. most probably,this zip is the official firmware for india variant.because there's no difference between the gpt in this zip and the indian ota package.
Usually,if you have unlocked BL, you can flash any official-firmware's boot and system files via rsd or fastboot.
following these commands in fb;or edit the flashfile.xml, just keep the similar commands as following, then flash via rsd.

PS:If you upgrade to 7.0 via ota, or the firmware completely flashed, in a word, you will not be able to downgrade to a lower version than 7.0 in any way if you update the 7.0‘s gpt.

Friend, you upgraded to nougat from mm using above-mentioned procedure?? Everything turned out fine ?
I installed the rar to a blank wiped storage.

I had unlocked my device but now it shows locked with status code 0.
My phone doesn't boot to rom or recovery it shows invalid customer id. Device id also changed.
When I try to flash stock firmware I get hab check failed with all firmware. Devices cid status shows 0xdead in fastboot getvar all command. I have cid partition backed up. How can I restore cid partition?
I am new member so I can't create post so I asked here.

It should be that you have not unlocked successfully，it would show unlocked and status 3 after successfully unlocked.
If you have previously turned oem_unlock on, try once more to see if you can unlock it.
If you can't unlock it yet, you should flash back to the previous or a high version number of the official firmware for your model.
A review for those who want to go back to stock from custom ROMs:
I had TWRP Recovery and Nuclea ROM installed on my Moto X Style XT1572 Indian variant.
As stated in the OP, downloaded the zip from Google Drive and flashed it using adb using the same commands as stated in post #2
After reboot, my phone is running stock Nougat 7.0 with Oct, 2017 security patch.
The TWRP recovery has been replaced with stock recovery implicitly.
I referred to this method because whenever I used to restore my old Nandroid backup of stock ROM, the phone used to bootloop after passing the language selection page.
So if anyone is facing the same issue, just flash this stock ROM via ADB and you are good to go.

HI , i had MM official ROM on my moto x pure , then use this post to upgrade to Nougat NPH25.200-22, and its work great , after a while i decide to install lineage os 14.1 and did not backup my ROM and format data with TWRP , but linage os 14.1 not installed, and i use this post again to installe Nougat NPH25.200-22 , but when start fastboot flash partition gpt.bin it has error (bootloader) preflash validation failed
help me please

I unlocked the bootloader and flashed the recovery, the system booted successfully.
I tried to flash a ROM after that, it showed errors and didn't complete the flashing. since that time the phone has bootloop.

-flashed RR Os form openkirin
-instaled magisk and rebooted
now im stuck at error mode:

I can boot to fastboot and boot to erecovery but can't factory reset from erecovery (gets me back at error mode)

Hi all,
I tried three different images of TWRP
twrp-3.0.2-0-frd-rc1 (from a 2017 tutorial)
twrp-3.1.1-1-frd (reportedly works for FRD-AL00)
twrp-3.3.1-0-frd (latest version)
and all give the error:
Error: FAILED (remote: partition length get error)
I don't know how to interpret this error. And help you guys can provide is appreciated.

There's TWRP for Oreo FW in the development section.
Make sure you're using the correct command to flash recovery:
fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk TWRP.img
LE2113 is OnePlus 9 EU version. C.61 boot.img also works in C.62.

If you lost your root after an update but OEM still unlocked , you can try to recover your root by following steps:
1. reboot your phone to bootloader
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
2. load C.61 bootloader and boot. If your phone can boot into OS successfully, you can continue.
this command will NOT flash image to your phone, it's temporary.
Code:
fastboot boot C.61.img
3. go to magisk app and patch current boot slot. (Direct Install)
4. Reboot.
you can also try different way. such as use my C.62 patched image directly.
