How about mic volumes? (Mic volume when recording a video or the call volume of the other person) This seems to be a recurring problem with some other Mi4i MM roms

Did you first Flash MIUI6.6.10 ? If no, please first Flash the said version and then try installing again. I did the same and it worked like a charm.

I'm from Mokee...
Not necessary to flash that ROM, right? As I'm not on MIUI 7 or above anymore.
Also, I'm currently running on AOSP-OMS, and it's boot perfectly.

First thing: Its *Nihhaar.
Second thing: No OTA updates for any ROMS here(OTA's are only for official).
Third thing: What update do u want(if there are no problems at all)?

It's necessary bro. Always try to do clean flash and clean flash always require miui6.6.10 or short sized file firmware lp6.6.10.

It's not extraordinary but ok since it has tons of features(like RR rom). But the performance is very good though.

It goes for around 16-18hrs may be.(Power user)

Well. Amazing.
Smooth, seemingly bug free.
Only thing: Heating issue, different from PacMan ROM which was nice and cool.
No dirty flash, I did a complete clean install.

Right now there is no CM theme engine in this ROM. I dont know why its removed. I think its not possible with default launcher to change icon packs.

After your pac man marshmallow rom i was waiting for your nougat rom and thanks you made it bro!! I notice a battery drain slightly and slow charging and heats some what! Hope you fix it in future updates... Will be waiting for updates...... Once again thanx a lot! :good:

Thanks a lot Nihhaar for this wonderful ROM. However, i am facing a problem that Play store app downloads and other kinds of downloads (like Whatsapp Backup data download) are not working on Mobile Data while on Roaming. I am using a Jio SIM of Mumbai in Gujarat and it is not working properly. However, when I changed to a Local SIM, Play Store started downloading and updating all the apps. @Nihhaar could you please look into this issue.
NB: Previously I installed "ResurrectionRemix 5.8.0 by haikalizz" and found the same problem.

The problem is in second slot. No signals for the second slot. Its there in every ROM(nougat) for now. @Rohan purohit will fix it soon

Bugs And Workarounds
No Signal/SIM icon on Statusbar when using dual SIMs
It is just a SystemUI bug, SIMs are actually working. This is a bug of MIUI PatchROM source so cannot be fixed from my side.
Workaround: Just change the default SIM for Data through settings or use the provided FixSignal app.
Cannot set up pattern lock in Second Space (though PIN and Password lock works)
This is a bug of MIUI PatchROM source so cannot be fixed from my side.

PTP not working (MTP works though)
No fix yet.

No signal bug is Rom source issue so can't be solved by my side
Some apps show chinese becoz its a patch rom mixup of Global + china Rom
(Google play store only download in wifi) this is not any error or bug go to downloads/settings & set "Download using mobile data" to unlimited
Also,

there are no such^^ issues facing by other users

Its working fine
Flash VolteModem

The rom is butter smooth and better than stock
RAM optimization is good (no lag) .
Battery backup is nice an and everything else is working fine

Tried flashing VoLTE-patch-yuphoria-by-huboinc but Volte is not appearing and also I am not able make calls via my Jio SIM.
Kindly guide by Sharing Link

GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your K20 Pro, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

For the european users that are wondering: Yes, this rom runs just fine on our EEA vendor, no need for any vendor flashings.
Oh and FYI: I flashed rom, gapps AND Magisk in OrangeFox in one go on my first install (without booting into system first) and everything worked fine anyway :victory:
Great rom with a nice amount of optimizations - keep up the great job (and don't forget to add our NFC :angel :good:

One of the best custom ROMs I have ever used
Also what is the required firmware in case of chinese k20 pro ?

great job .... but I have a problem when I use the fod the brightness remains at maximum and I can not lower it. the only solution is to turn off the screen. try to resolve as soon as possible.Thanks

Yeah, that's a good question. The answer should go to OP as well.
Also, just to find out - when you take a picture with leanage / crdroid can you choose 12 mpix as output or is it only the default 48 mpix as the matrix gives?

No such issues here - todays build, dirty flashed over the last one and todays gapps + Magisk also flashed, all in 1 go. Wifi is turned on and working too, see screenshot :good:
No idea about the fingerprint since I don't use that. Please edit your post next time btw, instead of making 2 posts in a row

I just tried and added 1 without any issues :victory:
No idea what's wrong with yours then - did you clean or dirty flash? Mine was dirty over the old installed build.

OK, that's 1 thing I won't test, so don't even ask
Only thing I'd suggest is doing it again - wipe system, data, both caches and then flash rom, gapps, Magisk all in 1 go. That's how I did it the first time a few weeks ago and haven't had any issues yet.

please try to do a clean flash again and report me with log & tell me your flashing procedure too & what modules you flashed. it will be helpful for me to find issue and fix it asap.

Just flashed the rom..So far so good..
I love the customizations..smooth and beautiful UI..The developer actually did something to improve the UI and highly appreciate that..I was so tired of clean pixel UI.....feels like a new phone
.. Gcam works well..Gapps included..
So thanks for the brand new rom and hope the developer will give updates regularly .
Plz help me to henable the battery % setting on the status bar.... couldn't find it yet..

For battery percentage navigate to Octavi Lab> Status bar> Battery Styles

Settings -> Octavi lab -> status bar (fourth at bottom)-> sonfigure SB in QS battery mode -> battery percentage.

Proximity sensor seems to be broken. Anyone else facing the same?
One more thing, the volume on bluetooth earphone is pretty low (tried with 2 of my earphones and the low volume issue seems to exist).
Hope to see a fix for these.

i've flashed this and played with it a bit. seems very nice. some cool options.
one thing tho, i can't seem to set a different wallpaper for home and lock screens. the system thinks they are set differently, but in reality the lock screen just shows the home screen wallpaper. seems like this might have something to do with the octavi lab over rides, but there's no setting in there for it?

Great! Will it need to be reflashed? Or can such updates be done through the OS?
I also noticed the lock screen rotates which seems weird.
I'm glad to have an OS with security updates! It's running great. Keep up the good work.

Great rom. Looks nice, it's very smooth and seems to be working ok. I just can't get it to pass the safetynet test because of the CTS profile. I installed MagiskHide Props Config and messed with it but it still didn't help.
BTW, how is this rom booting so fast???

I've got Dalvik / ART cache, System, Cache, Data, Internal Storage.
Just check them all ?

I went from 9 to 11 and didn't wipe internal. Also, don't wipe vendor.
EDIT: Solved the CTS profile issue and SafetyNet is working fine. Just flash this:

You can wipe everything, if you have pc to transfer files. But wiping Internal storage is optionally, you can keep Internal storage.

Does this ROM has double tap to sleep feature on home screen?
because it was missing on most of the latest android 11 ROMs which has annoyed me a little.
one more thing is BHIM and other UPI platforms are working?
nonetheless looking forward to try it.

I tried out the rom. I really like it. But i am having this issue of sim one just stopping to work. What could be the problem.

Using this rom since 23/01 , and its pretty good actually. Found only the wallpaper bug where I can't change lockscreen and deskstop separately. The developer agreed to fix that bug in the next update..
So far so goog.. battery life is good.
