All in one software for Rom removal / flash - General Questions and Answers

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a great Christmas,
I am a Mac user and have an android tablet, and I am wanting to remove the ROM and install my custom ROM onto it.
Is there any software that helps you do this as an all in one software. As I'm not too familiar with android?
All the best
David

We might be able to help but you need to post your model number, without that information we won't know what you can or can't use on your device or tell you how to do it.
Android isn't like PC, you can't just wipe it and install whatever you want.
You can only install ROMs that are specifically built for your specific device model number.
Do you know if there are any custom ROMs for your specific model number? If not, do a Google search for:
"Custom ROMs for (your model number)"
If any exist for your device, that should find it/them. If it doesn't find anything for your specific model number then there probably aren't any ROMs for your model number.

You need to choose the firmware for your model number and your region/country/carrier. There may be different android versions for your model and region such as KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, etc.. Just choose which one you want, the newer the better.

New Sprint S7... goal is to unlock Hotspot with or w/out rerooting?

I just bought a S7. I rerooted my previous S4 years ago and unlocked hotspot/tethering.
Im wanting to know the easiest most effective way to unlock the hotspot/tethering for my S7. Is it possible w/o rooting?
If the only option is w-rerooting. What rooting method is currently the safest?
Build Number: NRD90M.G930PVPU4BQAA
Boot Loader & PDA Version G930PVPU4BQAA
Android Version: 7.0
Anyone

Rooting is the best option, without root then PDAnet is about your only option.
As for the best way to root, do a Google search for:
"How to root (your model number)"

No
S7 is the device name
Build number designates which firmware you have.
I mean your model number. Go to system settings>about phone>model number
system settings>about phone>device info>model number

Leke chinese smartphone

A relative of my have a Leke smartphone (a friend of his bring it to him from China directly).I do not know the model of the phone(although it is not the Q8)because my relative's phone have back fingerprint.Anyway, the phone has a custom rom based on Android 5.3 and I want to flash Android Nougat or Marshmallow on it and I want to ask where I can download those roms and If features will work after the update?(camera, fingerprint etc.).
In sum,I want to flash pure android and Leke's custom android if possible.

You'll have to find the model number(not the device name, it's model number can be found in settings>about and then do some google searching for:
"Marshmallow for (your model number)"
Or
"Nougat for (your model number)"
If you can't specifically identify the device then you're wasting your time looking for something to flash.
Most likely, it won't have anything available for it. A very large majority of low end, cheap chinese devices don't have stock or custom support.

Models PCDM10 vs CPH1979?

What is the difference between them?
Can I use cph1979 rom for PCDM10 model?
The PCDM10 is the Chinese model.
The CPH1979 is the International model. (Overseas).

Firmware are model number specific.
Generally speaking, 99% of the time, you can't just flash a firmware from a different model number, even if they are similar devices and/or even if the two devices have the same device name. The model number is what truly matters, not the device name.
