Android photo editing framework

Hello,
I would like to ask if there exist any good library (framework) for photo editing that I could embed into my android application?
Mainly, I would like to give user a feature to apply filters to his photos.
bump......
Hi, tell me some features

Best photo gallery

I've been using quickpic as my gallery app because it is fast and lightweight, but it annoys me that it will not integrate with others apps. For instance if i try to view a picture from the camera app it will not open quickpic to do so and it also will not integrate with mms for sending picture messages. Anyone know of a lightweight gallery that will integrate with other apps. Sync with online photo albums is a plus.

What Photo editing app do you recommend?

All the ones i've tried are crappy, ads-infested and have horrendous ui, Pixart, Pixlr, Retrica and a whole bunch of others. Also looking for one that can let upload photos on instagram without cropping. Please help.

Download all the effects it's free until 2/1 and so far I'm pretty satisfied with this app
Camera360 is also nice.
I do use PicsArt, Pixlr, Retrica as well. I use whatever suits me at the time. [emoji14] PicsArt's UI I hate. Pixlr's UI is pretty straight forward, to me anyways.
Snapseed, shift
VSCO Cam. It's like Adobe Lightroom on a phone.
Aviary

Aviary is usually my go to app for editing. They are offering every filter for free for a limited time.

By far my favorite app
Picsay pro contains many useful tools for editing pictures but some of its algorithms are olds and not very efficient. I use it with snapseed HDR+ algorithm and Photoshop Express "defog", "noise reduction" and "details" algorithms.
Snapseed is my go to. I'll try out others and always end up going back to SS.
