1. is fully working port of miui 10 camera to lineageos?
2. Port from miui 9 is has fuly working dual camera okhen and optical 2x zoom? (some ports camera i tested has "fake" optical zoom, make 2x zoom with main camera, a lot of seeds)

2) It's not working - Miui camera blobs were removed and oss cam hal was introduced.
In short Miui camera doesn't work on Lineage at all.

Manual focus works mostly for me, sometimes doesnt, how do get into HDR mode ? Cant see it anywhere.
I think I got some problem on ASUS Zenfone 3 (ZE520KL/ZE552KL). I can't select Resolution more than 9.4 MP (rear camera)
But Front camera is working well.

That's normal. The camera mod is from pixel devices which don't have 16mo sensors. Therefore 16mp won't work in camera ports too
Best pixel camera port, I use for since version 5. It's a major go!
Working great on my Oreo ZE552KL, just the AR stickers feature it's broken.
Only 9.4 mp max resolution, what can be done to solve this?
The hdr+ doesn't work on the arnova version though works on the BCG version. The app will often crash when a scene is dark or more than two pictures are clicked.
These observations are off the stock and custom roms both on Oreo. @Arnova8G2 I'VE attached the logs

weirdly enough still doesn't work with a few combinations Tried the combinations that used to work on my gemini(mi5).Thanks for your efforts @Arnova8G2. let me know if alog is required.
It would be nice if Google Camera HDR+ would work at full resolution with ze520kl & ze552kl.

I can not run any of the recommended GCams from version 6. I tested all suggested apks in an attempt to get the latest stable version for ZenFone 3. The version that is steadily running for this model is: "GoogleCamera-Pixel2Mod -Arnova8G2-V7beta-test-9.apk "

Having ZS570KL here. Problem with Autofocus. Currently available to be use software Pxiel2Mod V7 Beta 9. Suspecting Gcam not using Laser AF that cause this issue.

Portrait sometimes not work just switch to back cam and switch to front cam in portrait mode will work back.

Front Camera is Messed up Its now Unpredictable sometimes its works fine some time its blacked even in good lightning condition

I have tested too many times on Mcaosp Rom with derp kernel on this patch front camera
HDR+ no black image even I review the photos and come back no any issue or Extreme lowlight . but sometimes on portrait gave black image just switch to back cam and switch to front back HDR+ will work again.

Finally after months of search I found A gcam 7 which has front cam HDR working, it works fine on my havoc 3.2 android 10, only slowmotion doesn't work and too much grain in HDR+ enhanced mode, I use HDR+ only

There is no fully working anx camera as of now afaik
GCam development with BSG 8.1 and various XML and Libs (alternative NGCam for Selfie/Dark) is at a good state. Most insiders wait for the release of the Arnova GCam for PX3P (curently in closed beta). I'm looking for GCam Video EIS as smooth as Stock Cam Steady Video. So far found no GCam able to achieve that. if possible I will move away from MIUI debloated to crDroid.

You know MIUI will restrict other apps performance by default right?
Video and Photo requires a lot of calculations and adjustments.
So for GCam to be steady on MIUI, you have to go to "Game boost" and then add GCam into the "game" list. This way, GCam can use the spec of the MIUI phone in better performance.

@pl1992aw thank you very much. I suspected battery saving actions like freeze in background etc. but not that the performance of Apps in the foreground will be heavily limited. So this is new to me as this is the first time I use MIUI for a longer time and daily use.
I did add all GCams to Security > Game Turbo but did not notice a huge improvement in MGC by BSG 8.1.101 EIS - however it is difficult to reproduce videos with the same "shakiness" when not having two PX3P connected. The Stock Cam Steady Video seems still considerably "smoother" when walking the same path. For pictures and everything else I would gladly move to a CustomROM (favorite crDroid)
