I just got a new phone LG G7 ThinQ and I feel gorgeous and updated now, leaving my old Galaxy Nexus (i9250) for other usages. It is second hand, about 1 month of use from the activation. There is no problems with the phone, it's just like a brand new. However, I did receive the tax invoice document, for getting 11 months of the total 12 months of the LG warranty we have in Brazil. Curiously, I was not able to validate the access key of that invoice, it says the registered number of the company is not valid. So I wonder if the real phone activation data is really the data on the tax invoice. OK. Check the datas below:
1. On the box of the phone is registered: 07/2018 (manufacturing date)
2. Data registered on the tax invoice: day 28, month 10, year 2018.
3. Data I just got the phone: day 21, month 11, year 2018.
There is one more data I found that is the most curious. I did access the service mode of the phone (typing *#546368#*710#) and got this on the VersionInfo:

Both Kernel Version and Factory Version have the data 17 SEPTEMBER 2018.
Questions: would be this data 17 SEPTEMBER 2018 the real activation data of the phone? Or is it just the last LG update? Would I have access for the warranty with a tax invoice not valid (I guess the LG staff here wouldo not check it and I really think I would not need the warranty its all OK it was a good deal and I do not know personally the seller guy)

Hi everyone. I have a slightly awkward situation which I'm sure someone has been in - and I'm hoping for some advice.
I've preordered the HTC One in black on Three. Problem is, their delivery estimate is end of April. So let's say 30th April at the latest. Now, I want to port my existing number from O2 - no problem, I know how to arrange all that.
So here is where I'm less sure. My current O2 contract ends on 27th April, i.e. just before I might get the new phone. So, will my PAC code remain valid after I go out of contract with O2? Will I have to keep with O2 and take out a pay and go or month to month just to hold onto the number?

I bought a contract phone in june 2012 from at&t so instead of me waiting till june 2014 on march 1 2014 i can upgrade my device? Let say iphone 5s is still $199 on contract on at&t. If on March 1 2014 i can go to at&t store upgrade my device and get the iphone 5s for 199 dollars? then in 2015 march 1 can get another upgrade?

I'm 17 and I currently have a Galaxy Nexus on Verizon. My contract expires in March 2015. With the LG G3 coming out, or already out, I would like to know what carrier I should go with (I'm 17 so I can't sign any contracts legally) and still get the G3? Right now, to exit my contract and get the G3, I'd spend $350 roughly. $200 ETF and $100 for the upgrade. But because I'm so close to 18, my dad won't let me upgrade.
I had a 2013 Nexus 7 32GB which I sold to get the G3. As of now I have just enough to get the G3 off contract, but I'd prefer NOT to.
My thought:
T-Mobile with the base plan and pay the phone off over 24 months. BUT, because I'm 17, I can't do that. I'd have to go with a no credit check plan and I can't pay the phone off over time, I have to get the phone unlocked.
Many stuck, much option.

TLDR: OnePlus has lost my device after I shipped it for an RMA, 2 month ago. Customer Support is awful, answering me that everything is fine.
I don't know what to do, looking for new ways to improve the situation.
5 month ago (mid-January), my OnePlus One started to have troubles with the microphone.
At first, I though it was a cell network issue, but it became clear that people couldn't hear me if I didn't use the speaker.
After a few emails with OnePlus customer service, they've created an RMA to repair my device.
It took a while but eventually, March 29th, my device was shipped to their facility (somewhere in Germany) by UPS.
UPS tracking number confirmed that the device arrived without any problem.
April 9th, following a phone call, OnePlus notified me about a huge volume of tickets to process causing an unexpected delay.
April 20th, made a new phone call, I'm notified that my device is now under repair.
April 25th, sent an email to request an update, I'm notified 1 day later that my device is fixed. With a UPS tracking number.
April 27th, the tracking number indicates that my device has been delivered in Belgium (Chimay). I live in France (Paris), nothing in my OnePlus account mentions an address in Belgium. I've called them ask what was going on. They confirmed that my device was shipped to the wrong address. Escalating my ticket to a higher support.
May 7th, another communication tells me that my device is still in repair.
May 13th, my device was sent to a wrong address.
May 16th, my ticket is escalated to a logistic specialist.
May 20th, my ticket is tagged to a priority list.
May 26th, they are scaling up their support team.
June 2nd, they are humby asking for my patience.
I kind of gave up emailing to request updates, I feel bull****ed everytime they answer me.
I'm running out of ideas, is there some kind of legal procedure I could trigger to improve the situation?
