My wife has a gear fit 2 pro and the band keeps coming loose from the watch. We have replaced the band but the new band comes off also. After putting it on we tug to make sure it is secure but it keeps coming off. I read where the screws on the inside of the band--where it connects--might be loose but that does not seem to be the case here. Anyone else ran into this and have a fix? Thanks.

Hey guys,
Im looking into changing the band on my gear 2 and get a nice metal band. I've noticed that the includes rubber band sits very tight. Will a metal band cause scratches?
Also will i need anything else? Any tools to removw or add metal bands?

Have had mine on for about 2 weeks and regularly swap it out with 3 other watch bands. Gear is in mint condition.
Check out my XDA link. Photos are int the first post, then scroll down to post 4 for further details in the following link. Good Luck.

Simply put, do they make a replacement metal band for the gear s2. Not the classic. Just s2. I can't seem to find any. I do like the way the classic looks with a metal band but its just not my style at the moment.
Have had my Samsung Gear S2 SM-R720 Smartwatch from new for 6 weeks. Last night I got up from my chair, returned to sit down and saw my Watch lying on the chair, could have happened outside the house, anywhere... The Rubber Vulcanizing, or Glue? manufacturing process, to the stainless steel fixing clip had come adrift. I did manage after a while to get the fixing clip off the Watch. Apparently I am not alone with this fault and hope that Samsung has now opened a Data Base on this recurring Design Fault and that it is not a "Water" etc problem.
Has anyone found a more reliable Strap on the market please? Donny5
The non Samsung silicone ones on Ebay have worked great for me. Picked one up for like $10.

Have found another good supplier of Watchstrap for my Samsung Gear S2 , it's MoKo from Amazon. I had a hassle with Samsung, have to book in and return whole watch for a known common fault on the strap link with the Watch.
TIP: Before you connect the new strap put the slighest smear of Vaseline on the oblong fixing hole associated small plunger. I hope that Samsung have a Data Base set up and and are recording all these known mechanical faults.

This looks like the one I got. Mine did not come with the pieces to attach it to the watch itself. Had to order those separately and they took forever to get to me. When I got them, they would not clip on to the watch. I had to frankenstein them with pieces from my original band. As far as the band itself, I loved the look of it. It was exactly what I was looking for but the clasp is in a terrible place. Every time I would bend my wrist inward, the clasp would undo. It took very little pressure to open the clasp. I think it would be perfect if they would change the clasp or put a clasp that takes more pressure to open it on the band. Hope this reaches you in time and helps.
I bought one on ebay, black, same type of model. Very good for the price, all parts included and using it for months now
Has anyone replaced the stock band with a Milanese Loop Band, with Magnetic clasp
Most of these 22mm band list the classic model but not the sport I’m concerned about the straight lung ends of the most bands The stock band ends looked curved."
It's straight. I have aftermarket strap on mine with straight ones.
