[Completed] Is there a way to delete a thread

I accidentally created a thread on the same topic as another user and want to know if there is a way for me to delete/remove the thread that I created? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Simply click the triangle icon with the exclamation mark and report your opening post and ask for it to be deleted by a moderator. ?
(Can only do this from a mobile browser or computer...not tapatalk or XDA app.)

How can i add thread on "Paid Software Announcement and Discussion"?
When i try to add new thread it says to me "Sorry, in order to create a new post in the Paid Apps Forum you must have been a XDA member for more than 1 year and have more than 50 posts."
And already i have more 50 posts and I have been a XDA member for more than 1 year!
What is the problem then ?!

Yes, i have already red it but i thought once i have more 50 posts and been member for more 1 year i will be authorized automatically!

So by closing my thread are you saying users at XDA are banned from discussing their issues of the Sicksky app just because the developer doesn't want to be involved in discussions?

No that isn't what I'm saying, you misunderstood me, sir. I was simply saying that the developer has chosen not to host a place to discuss his app. You're more than welcome to create a thread if you'd like a place to discuss the app, but XDA Assist isn't the place for it.
Let me confirm with my colleagues exactly where you can place your thread, I'll get back to you asap.

There's another way to get moderator's attention, report the post you want to close. I'll do it for you this time on your duplicate post, do it on this post (because it's not useful anymore)

How to delete a question from the forum?

I asked a question on the xda forum but i want to delete it now. How can I delete it?
