My Dear Friends
I am using HTC Touch HD running Windows Mobile 6.1 and stock ROM. I have the latest Youtube player installed to watch youtube through my wi-fi connection. However I don't like the Youtube video quality as it is a bit pixelated even on my wifi and there is no way to change it to high quality from the Youtube player. I have latest version of Skyfire too but even there I dont like the Youtube quality. Compared to this my Ipod Touch 3G plays high quality youtube on my wifi.
Is there any application which allows me to watch streaming youtube videos in high quality just like on Ipod Touch. I have searched the internet over the last couple of days but couldn't find a suitable application.
I shall be highly thankful and obliged if someone can guide towards such application for playing streaming High Quality Youtube videos
I find myself going to youtube a lot to listen to a song, but sometimes it takes forever to load and im really only interested in the audio, i could care less about the music video/slideshow made by someone.
Is there an app that will play just audio from youtube videos?
I have the NexusHD2-ICS-CM9-HWA_V2.4.zip installed on my hd2. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the crackle or netflix apps to work. Netflix has audio but no video. If not is there a way to watch videos from the browser they also have sound for about 2 sec that stops. If there is no way to view crackle or netflix videos are there any other video sites that do work. I love the ics but can't do without watching videos without saving them to sd card.:fingers-crossed:
I've tried MX Player, VLC & even the stock one & they all seem to have issues with audio synchronization. I'm trying to play 1080p MKV files & they play fine at first, but gradually the audio becomes out of sync. I have confirmed that it isn't the video. Any reasoning or solution for this would be greatly appreciated.
not seeing this with mine at all, I can even skip along and it remains in sync even with 1080p full HD high profile video. Could be a duff rip, are you ripping these yourself or downloading them?
Try BSPlayer. Best.player.ever.
You could try re-encoding the audio from multichannel down to stereo. I've found that these devices stutter and lose sync with 5.1 audio etc.
If you want instructions, I'll be glad to help.
On a not-so-unrelated-note, you could also try using 720p video instead, since the Note's max res is 800p anyway.
I have some videos on my tablet that were originally recorded on my LG G2. I can't get a video player to play them properly. Some of them play audio but no video. The ones that do play video are laggy and slow, almost like it's slowed down. I've tried the top 20 free video players in the Play Store, can't find one that works properly. Is this tablet just too slow?
For anyone that's interested, I ended up transcoding the videos using a preset for Handbrake.
