How to unlock bootloader again on stock 6.0.1

hi guy i already unlock bootloader previously and installed many rom but later i fastboot flashed MM6.0.1 stock and locked the bootloader and it show status :2 , now i want to unlock the bootloader again and want to install twrp and roor the device on stock mm 6.0.1 pls help
The process to unlock again is identical as the first time, if you still have the code you can still use the same one or go through Moto's website to get it again.
Note that some users have stated that if they unlock, then re-lock, unlocking again doesn't work (it worked fine for me though)... And I think one user had an issue where it bricked trying to unlock again but I could be foggy on that one.

Yes, your bootloader is locked.. try again via fastboot to unlock it.
You'll need the original key when you are trying it
the Command is something like "fastboot oem unlock *key*".
I know that. Have you seen my problem?? but, thank you anyway! I need to no why i get "wrong password" and what means "frp unlock".

I tried it again. It doesn't work fu****g huawei...
I have taken 4 picures when i tried it. Can you find an issue? I don't think that i have made something wrong...
Thank you
I've had the same problem and it turned out that the first bootloader code i used ( with DC unlocker) is different from the one i got on the Huawei website.
So what i did eventually was to pay for the DC unlocker again.
I also downgraded back to MM, because i did not manually relock the bootloader before updating to N, which apparently locks the bootloader in a different way.
So I suggest dowgrading to MM and unlocking there plus relocking it before updating again,
IF you are sure you have the right / original bootloader code you used before,
or
use a 3rd party tool like DC unlocker to get the code.
You might have to downgrade to MM as well with this method . Not sure
Edit: Fyi, never post your IMEI online

It should either be an exe somewhere or just a bat file.
This tool does the same thing as a command window in the sense of unlocking the bootloader.
As far as I know it won't help with your problem.
Frp ( Factory reset protection) requires you to sign with your google account if enabled or you can't use the phone. ( Theoretically that is, I'm i noob myself so no idea)
But it was "locked" ( same as in your pics that is ) for me as well anf I didn't have a problem with it.

Safety is the enemy of freedom!! -.- Sounds very complicated! (sorry for my bad english). So, i was on android 6.1 and unlocked and rooted it. Than had my problems with root again (maybe the wrong supersu file, or something) Then i have downloaded update.app from hihonor and installed it from the external sd card and everything is working fine on my phone. but i can not unlock it. maybe i have the wrong software for my location ore something like that?
FRP unlock means "You have to unlock"? if its unlocked there will be "FRP unlocked"? i am right?
Maybe i should try the whole procedure from beginning. rollback, update etc.. and then try to unlock. or should i contact huawei?
Thank you and a nice evening *cheers* ^^

For downgrade you need a rollback package..
What is your model number and build number??
I have an honor FRD-L09 with build FRD-L09C432B394
I understood that I nned to rollback to emui 4.1 (android MM), then unlock, but after this step I cannot receive ota's so how can I return back to Nougat stock? And you have a trusted download for the needed packages?
I just want to use Titanium Backup to restore all my stuff... and some modifications (pixel launcher, magisk with some modules, viper audio, ad block, something this simple), nothing usually complex!
Thank you!

For downgrade process you don't need to unlock bootloader..when you downgrade you will receive OTA updates..
To use TB you need root..which is required unlock bootloader..
Why you want to go back to MM BTW??

mi mix 2s / destroyed because of flashing - NEED HELP PLS?

hello, im new in this forum.
i have a mi mix 2s and i wanted to unlock it. mi unlock tool said: device already unlocked..
so I started the flash tool with a global and I think i forgot to switch from "clean all and lock" to "clean all"
so the phone booted in the recovery and said "this version cant be installed on this device"
now I cant do anything...i tried with
- Xiaomi Tool (doesnt works because of usb debugging isnt enabled)
-xiaomi unlock tool says i have to sign in to my account on the device
-Xiomi flash tool (Erase boot error), i tried the official gloabl and china
-adb mode knows my device but no flashing
A friend says there is now software on it. but i dont know
I CAN go to fastboot and i can go to the recovery 3.0
PLS help me! Thank you so much
Try to flash twrp, do factory reset with encryption. Then flash rom with adb sideload
If you have the XE model (which is the Chinese model) and locked your bootloader after flashing the Global ROM your phone is bricked. The Chinese model can't boot up the Global ROM with a locked bootloader. If that's what you did I don't think there is a solution. You need to unlock the bootloader again but if the unlock tool doesn't work I don't know of another option with these phones.

That's apparently true but there were also at least a half dozen people who contacted Xiaomi Support after reading that and reported that they received no help. They are currently trying to get the name of the specific support person who unlocked the bootloader.

There are threads about this issue on the MIUI Forum. Someone else said today that Xiaomi Support bound his account to his device which allowed him to use the Unlock Tool. It seems to be very hit or miss in regards to getting somebody in support who understands the issue. You should really go to the Xiaomi Forum for the MI Mix 2S. Only Xiaomi can help you and you will get better information there regarding this issue.
I want to flash my Mix 2s from Android P back to Miui 9.5. I purchased the phone with P already installed, does anyone know how I can flash it successfully? You might be able to fix your issue by flashing the ROM using the MI PC Suite Beta program. That program allows you to flash a ROM when the bootloader is locked but I don't know much about it. Someone in a similar situation as you claimed he got his phone running again using that program.

Using the MI Flash Tool on your computer is probably the easiest way. Download the latest stable ROM if you want to go back to MIUI 9.5. You need the MI Flash version that ends in extension tgz--not the fastboot version which is a zip file. Uncompress the tgz file, put your phone in fastboot mode and connect it to your computer, open the MI Flash Tool on your computer with administrative access. It should detect your phone. If it doesn't I think there is a refresh button. After your phone is detected point the program to the location of the uncompressed ROM folder. Before you flash look at the options at the very bottom. The default will relock your bootloader so you might want to change that. When you hit flash the tool does everything automatically and returns your phone to stock MIUI.

I just realized that when I boot up the phone, it shows the "Redmi by Xiaomi" and below it says unlocked, (IDK if it has any relation). But the Developer options say that BL is locked and OEM Unlocking can be enabled. What does this mean?

If i uninstall magisk it show unlocked again

Well that's cos at one point you had unlocked your bootloader and might have dirty flashed MIUI or used fastboot images, which aren't able to recognise the state. But in reality it remains unlocked and it just shows locked in the settings.

Woah. Unauthorised seller eh. Are you sure you are running the Orginal MIUI? The reason Xioami started locking away the bootloader was cos of these unauthorised sellers, unlocking the device and flashing it with an outdated ROM. You should try, Go to Developer settings, link your current Mi account and then proceed to unlock. Or if it says an acc is already linked, lock the bootloader (only if on MIUI Stock, Custom ROM would lead to a bootloop), and now go link your account. (Do take backups before proceeding)

Well, I did flash the latest MIUI Indian Global ROM a few weeks back so maybe I am running Original MIUI?
But I'm still gonna try to "unlock" it. And is there an option to keep all data after the unlock?
EDIT: I just read the Mi Unlock Tool's disclaimer and how they say some features won't work after the unlock. I mean, I know mine is unlocked but I think I'll just keep those features.

Usually the first time you unlock it wipes your internal storage , but it doesn't wipe it in the subsequent unlocks (as far as I've tried). Yep it doesn't actually affect any system functions.. everything is as smooth as before..Find my device works fine as well..the only risk is that if your device gets stolen they could easily wipe MIUI and bypass that account lock by flashing a custom ROM.

Precisely, OTA allows to update with a recovery rom, not to downgrade.
You want to brick your phone, do it, then you will have to pay to recover the phone since the bootloader is locked.

No need to post You tube videos showing that everything is possible and easily circumvented.
I know many who regret having used You tube tutorials before asking the questions on XDA.
The safest way is to unlock the bootloader.
Please note that on the video at 7 minutes 36 we see the poco padlock which is open, which means that the bootloader is unlocked.

I recommend these roms, better than stocks (call recorder, full themes, etc).

Hi, I decided to unlock my BL and willing to wait for 7 days. I just want to ask is it ok to use my current Mi account and cellphone number when unlocking my bootloader? Because, I think, I already used this account before when I unlock my Poco F1 few years ago.

Should I wait 7 days in unlocking even if I used my old MI account with history of unlocking a BL with other device before?
