[Boot Animation] Energy Star PC BIOS (original by Caferacer) - OnePlus 6 Questions & Answers

I edited Caferacer's boot animation and updated it to fit the Oneplus 6's specs, however there is a white line to the left of the screen during part0. I figured out what is causing this problem. An issue with transparency? I plan on making various versions with correct specs for all of the Oneplus 6 models.

I didn't see a way to attach a file.
Once I have the white bar problem solved I will make all of the versions of it.

Hi,
does anyone have a working version for op6

This would be awesome if you cold modify it to the 6/8gb ram models

it would be nice if it were also for android9 and as a module for magisk

Also works on Pie..
And a Magisk module for a simple boot animation?
Manual installation is faster...?

I wasn't aware there was a difference. I know different ROMs have the bootanimation.zip in different folders.

Using Root Explorer/Astro/etc go to the file. Make sure you are mounted in r/w mode, press and hold the file, selct "permissions" from the menu that pops up, and select the appropriate check boxes, then "ok" out of the menu.

[Theme TWRP] Updated 11/6/15 STEEL & COLOR ICON TWRP for NOTE 5

Here's a theme for TWRP
FYI, The colors in the icon version are not correct. This is due to the method used to capture the screen shot.
11/6/15
Sorry for updates coming back to back. But after looking at the screen I felt I could do better. So here you go!
Better size in the fonts and alignment of text.
Instructions
1. Download and check MD5
2. Make a folder on the storage in the TWRP directory called "theme"(lower case)
3. Rename the download zip file to ui.zip and copy the file to the theme folder.
4. Now boot into recovery to verify the screen looks just like the pictures.
Your TWRP folder should look just like this \TWRP\theme\ui.zip

I do believe so, I think it's running on my wife's note 4. Or what was mine before I upgrades. I did this for several previous versions of TWRP. Its just GUI, I may have one button missing in the newest release.

Man u are a John Wayne to last 2 months. I am lucky to make it a week. I don't think a theme would be reason for me to root. But hey bud, whatever gets going. Getting rid of all bloat is what gets me. And doing a small theme to get rid of the Android green, worse color ever.

We can set aside UI for now. EMUI 5 looks clean for me. What's important is the new delicious features from O.

This thread is in a wrong section, it should be in news since that you don't need any kind of help with this thread. You're a member of XDA from a while now, you should be aware of these basic and easy rules...
I don't like this. They should at least move away from mimicking iOS.

Prob with phones with low ram, I have not noticed any slow down at all, even on my op3, u will be fine using the rooted version. Also it's talking about the app being laggy not ur phone
