thank you for the firmware, i have the OTA for this, an i want to share it.
flash the update.zip with the stock recovery before root the phone with the instrucctios of this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-a7/how-to/root-a750fn-u1aric-build-t3863628 , and you get the last version with the November 2018 security patch.
Option 2: before flash the OTA update.zip with the stock recovery you can flash the custom recovery of this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-a7/development/recovery-twrp-3-2-3-1-galaxy-a7-2018-t3876798 , and follow the instruccions.

These are not full speed downloads. They are capped at 150 kB/s for unpaid members. A google drive or mega link would have been much better.

Instructions For Flashing Firmware:
- Extract (unzip) the firmware file
- Download Odin3 v3.09 (From Mod Edit on links. or here)
- Extract Odin .ZIP file
- Open Odin3 v3.09
- Restart phone in download mode (Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons)
- Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
- Add - Add I9505XXUFNA1_I9505OXAFNA1_I9505XXUFNA1_HOME.tar.md5 to AP
- Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
- Click start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
- If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)
- Then choose reboot and you should be good to go!

Waiting for CWM before testing it out. Really happy with GE for the time being, but if this brings major performance improvements I just might switch back (until 4.4 that is).

If you install it through recovery(when a recovery version is released) you will be able to do whatever you want.as long as you have not already install a locked boatloader.

Cauntion:
Phone Bootloader Update must tick at PC Odin3 v3.09, without updating the bootloader, the phone won't success boot to recovery for completing the flashing.
Not suitable to try out if you plan on virgin after root without tripping the KNOX as since MJ7 bootloader will trip the KNOX once root.
Seems no root for the moment as well, the root for leak S4 ROM not working as XDA member post, I haven't try that yet. (Edit: Root already available)
Overall Impression:
Smooth! It is far better than Android 4.3, I am dirty flash.

Hi,
Thanks for your report, could you clarify this point about Knox, i don't understand what you said. I'm still knox 0x0 and don't want to triggered it by flashing new firmware. AFAIK, flashing an official firmware doesn't trigger knox?!

Flashing Official will not trip your KNOX. Has been confirmed to be fine.

As long you not plan to root, the Knox will still be 0x0, it only happen if you root it as since bootloader start from MJ7 ROM will trigger the knox once root.

I downloaded and installed the Spanish version of NE5 from Sammobile. It's still in English, works fine, and I rooted it with no problems either.

Only difference is that you can get root. Root will work for ND8 and NDD as well.

Can you post a screenshot?
Also do you have usb debugging mode turned on? That would deny you root.

If you are on NDD you need to flash the NDD rootf_s files fibs provides. If you flashed the NE5 they will not work.

So im running
Device: Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910C

Then using Package Disabler Pro to kill below
its not ideal as i cant remove sfinder and such from the pulldown
& add hosts file etc but its the best of a bad situation
and ofc the dalvic-cache gets generated for all that bloat in the system rom
so it uses around 2gb more of the data partition in comparison to my images
If anyone wants N910CXXU2DPG8 with the BTU Multi CSC Cache Partition here's a link
If your are coming from any other CSC it will default to XEO (Poland Unbranded)
If you are coming from any of my images it will default to BTU (UK Unbranded)
I have included my disabledpackages.xml that you can import with Package Disabler Pro
to disable all the bloat
I believe XEO (Poland CSC) Comes with 1 polish bloat app
so i advise you are on one of my BTU Images before updating to ensure you get a BTU (UK) CSC
This shouldnt trip the knox bootloader marker but its untested as im already tripped

Yes you can downgrade to any 5.1.1 image that has a 2 in the revision N910CXX*2****

i added the cache package from the xeo rom which is also btu
so if you come from my older btu roms it will default to btu or xeo if coming from any other csc
ROM is very, very good but I have one problem.
First I installed XEO. Was a bug.
Then changed XEO to BTU. Now there is no LTE
Any advice?

Hello, Shonk can you update to latest rom, today is released european version DPI7 with september security patch and much higher changelist, for lot of countries.
If possible pls make one version like 511, stock debloated and rooted by default..
