I am a watch lover especially automatic movements.
I had Gear S3 classic with me and trying to conclude my will by designing watch faces for the watch i can't afford .
Here i will try to make the watch face on request once a week in my free time.(As I am working as a 3D Artist)

This is the Background. I'd like the circle at the top smaller but its part of the img file and would also like a way to add a silver raised trim around it.

First of all congrats for the Hublot Big Bang face !!! Really great
I have a real one (lucky me) with a complete dark (black) backgroung and I tried to modify your backgroung manualy to get the same effect but with a poooor result.
Could you please be so kind to make one with a black dark backgroung (instead of the squared pattern) ?
And could you please just let me know how you handled the calendar numbers at the bottom right small window of your watch face as there is no correponding ressources image in the posted zip file ?

Would you be able to make a replica of the Nike+ Sport watchface? I can't seem to find one that has the information I'd like on the screen.
Something like this, only steps where the Nike tick is, keep the activity rings in the middle and calories where the weather is. Maybe change last run to the day and date?

Anyone capable of making a watch face with AOD seconds hand/ motion just like the ones that come with the watch?
This is what truly makes a watch just like a real one.

I am obviously not clued in on how you are designing watch faces. So please forgive me for asking this question: How do I install this watch face to my Gear S3 Frontier? What app are you using to upload this watch face to Gear S3? Thank you and again forgive my ignorance.

I did some research and discovered that I could make the watch using the graphics that you supplied using the Mr Timemaker website and apps. The website's watchmaking application did not allow me to upload the sub_hand that you supplied. I was able to transfer the watch to my Gear S3 Frontier, but like I said it doesn't have the sub_hands. Thus I am having to ask my previous question what app did you use to compile this custom watch face and transfer it to your watch? Thank you!

Hi i know this is an old thread but i just got the watch...anyway you could help me out with cartier faces i cant seem to find them anywhere. Maybe the ronde solo de cartier , calibre de cartier or ballon blue. I could donate for this...Thanks a lot.
I am looking for this watch face but to be modified... Instead of the weather app icon in the bottom right I would prefer it to be the "find my phone" quick access. And instead of the floor counter in the top left I would like a real-time weather icon... Obviously the design can't be identical but a similiar design with colour options would be great. I can like the watchface for reference if needed

I just tested com.samsung.stopwatch-wc1 and com.samsung.timer.wc1 and they both worked. Hopefully these are the same for everyone.
For anyone who is wondering, attached is a list of the apps in /usr/apps and /opt/usr/apps. They have a lot of the same, but there are some in each that are not in the other.

Thanks for this. Am also wondering if it could be as simple as saying Settings > Connections for example to open connections inside the settings app following the nomenclature of S-health > Steps etc as provided by Samsung.
I am unable to test this because SDB is not able to bind to its port on my macbook pro for some reason and hence am unable to test it on the watch.

from the list that stranula posted, you just need to type the folder name in the action field. gwd takes care of the rest.

As Mr neutron said, you just need to type them into GWD. The list comes from the watch itself.

i'm not sophisticated enough to grab screenshots of GWD, so lets see if i can describe it well enough:
1. click on either background or complication
2. place object in desired position and resize if needed
3. look at the top right portion of the properties window and click on dropdown that looks like 3 stacked dashes
4. click set as button
5. click action tab
6. in action portion click on the +
7. click on the dropdown where it says none, then click open app
8. in the action detail section click the none dropdown and scroll to the bottom of the list where you will see --custom-- click custom
9. in the app id field type the (you guessed it) app id from stranula' s list, et voila.

Any luck on this? I know the complication has not been released yet, but there has to be something that can be used. Numerous watch faces does it like Gear O'Clock Digital Sense......

have not tried this yet. was waiting for v1.0.1 to be released because this feature was supposed to be included, but no dice. if v 1.0.0 was a piece of crap, v1.0.1 is a worthless piece of crap. i stayed on 1.0.0 since several others were noting that GWD went from beta to alpha with this newest version.
time now to experiment...

Maybe I miss read/understood but this only let's you shortcut to an app... any way to display the timer on the watch face... a running count down..

When will the English speaking countries use 24h (military time) and metric system, like the rest of the world?
Great one with the Division Watchface .. wait on the game as well. If you can swap away the logo on top I think it will be meaybe more perfect
Just my opinion.
Can you maybe implement a version with analog style as well ? Not just digital ?
Maybe it will be as well more division style if you can create a little bit thicker outline if you see everywhere the wallpapers and screenshots from game and the orange button on the shoulder of the "soldiers"

- Weather icon shortcut (does not show actual weather. its only a shortcut button)
- Added a logo
- Corrected color of stepps goal achievement. Now it will correctly turn green when goal is acheived

I currently reside in the same country as you but am originally from the UK where 24h format is pretty much the norm! Measurements we use a mix of all 'tis very confusing to non-natives :cyclops:

Samsung is taking too much time to approve it on store. Dont know why. Its now with the message "Test Confirmation Delayed" dont know why.
Its free, i mention that Ubisoft has registered trademarks on The Division name and logos, so dont really see the problem. there is already another division watchface at store
Waiting patiently for it to be approved
but looks like this on my watch

Easy just copy the .ttf font file to C:\Program Files (x86)\GearWatchDesigner\font
For Blue health watch face, i made the font in photoshop. used some effects and saved each number as a .png file, and then on gear watch designer you have the option to select Bitmap font and choose each image for each letter. harder but you can make nicer fonts

Hello there,
I'd like to present my first military watchface (native app) with a realistic luminophore light and a ticking sound.
Initially I created it for myself, because I didn't find anything that would satifsy me in the Galaxy Apps store. So now I'd like to share it with people.
I'm a big fan of devices with a luminophore, so I wanted to recreate this thing for my Gear S3 because this device (as so the rest Gear devices) has an integrated ambient light sensor, so adjusting the watchface image based on the light sensor was definitely an option.
I also decided to add a watch ticking sound (you can disable it on the Settings screen) to make it feel like a real watch.
Right now you can launch three apps from the watchface: built-in calendar, timer (Samsung Timer App, make sure it's installed), and a battery percentage screen.
This is a first version of the watchface. Please check it and share your opinion, I would appreciate that, because my goal is to collect some feedback.
The app will work on Gear S2 (lo-color AOD mode supported), Gear S3, Galaxy Watch, and on everything with 360x360px resolution.
The watchface is a paid app, but I'd like to share free coupons for people who will post here until the end of the week.
Samsung has a really weird coupons system, so I have to send coupons individually (if I understand that corrrectly).
So everyone who wants a free install please reach me out here or using a PM and share your country (yes, for some reason coupons work only for specific countries, "thanks" to Samsung) and I will PM you back with a coupon code.

I very much like this watch face, its clean yet functional, and the transition from bright ambient to dark ambient is very cool. I'm not sure I'm going to be thrilled with the optional tick, but thank you for making it optional!

XDA has a limitation for new users, so I can't post the external links for the app.
The model name for this watch face is MILSIM A-1.
I created this watch face based on IWC and Fortis designs (and some soviet military watches like ACHS-1).
Try to google IWC Top Gun, Fortis B-42 Marinemaster and ACHS-1 (soviet aircraft watch)
My watchface is not a full copy, but an exclusive design based on top of these three watches.
I'm not sure about Watchmaker, but you probably won't be able to create this transition effect in GWD and Watchmaker because they don't provide such capabilities. That was the reason why I made it as a Tizen Native app.
Please rate the app if you like it! I'd like to collect as much feedback as possible to understand what I can improve

I created this watch face based on IWC and Fortis designs (and some soviet military watches like ACHS-1).
Try to google IWC Top Gun, Fortis B-42 Marinemaster and ACHS-1 (soviet aircraft watch)
My watchface is not a full copy, but an exclusive desing based on top of these three watches.
I'm not sure about Watchmaker, but you probably won't be able to create this transition effect in GWD and Watchmaker because they don't provide such capabilities. That was the reason why I made it as a Tizen Native app.
Please rate the app if you like it! I'd like to collect as much feedback as possible to understand what I can improve

Excellent work on this one. It looks great! And I commend you on working in Tizen, it looks a little overwhelming to me
It looks really good. It is nice to see people developing in tizen, GWD is quite limited in complications, access to sensors, etc. Good work.

1 tip for improvement:
When I touch the screen and drag to the right side (to see the pending notifications) the battery status screen is opened. The program should be able to distinguish a touch from a drag event.
Being living with it for a week and it is great. The luminescence effect is super smooth and, believe it or not, doesn't affect battery life too much.
The ticking sound is something interesting ... to try for half an hour.... It is dependent on the media volume, so it is usually too loud. Oh, and it is on while charging.
Other than that, perfect. It will be my default watchface for a while.

I wanted the same thing and no one answer me.
There is a possible way.
First You need to download samsung watch face studio and connect the phone to it(takes 5 min with cmd there are isntructions all over the internet).
Then you can go to watchland website and look for breitling faces or what ever you want (all of them are "gwd" file from old tizen watch.
At the warch face studio select "file" and then "import gwd resource" and run it on the watch.
Worked for me,i have tested someting like 30 faces and most of them worked perfect
Ay, a great hint, Gt-2992. As I haven't found, who's the producer of that watchface, I have been looking since yesterday, how to port the Hwgt- watchface into a SGW4 watchface, by hand. I Will try that today, as you wrote and then post the result here. Do I have to be careful in any steps of your hints?

I don't think so.
the "cmd" only for the ip adress so the watch face studio can connect to your watch4. Thats the "hard part".
The watch face studio came from samsung.
I know that you cant import "watch" file from watchmaker app to gwd or other like this

Here's the watchfaces ported preview, running on my sgw4 yet as test-version. Calories counter had to be switched to a supported complication.

I downloaded and extracted the hwgt2-one and then extracted the gfx, put them together in watch face studio, changed some gfx with paint.net, mixed them in watch face studio, changed the calories counter and gfx, changed some specs with the several hands, and created the copy as *.wfs for sgw4. Adb worked fine for me also. So not too hard to get it work.

I know it came from tag heuer connected 2020 3rd generation.
I don't have a link but i found it also in watchmaker app.
But i don't like watchfcss apps because they make it laggy and uses more battery

~~~ What is this about...? ~~~I started a hobby of making watchfaces using watch face studio, and I kind of find it very relaxing to be honest and so I made few watchfaces, I'd build them whenever I wanna de-stress so it's kinda a win-win situation where I make something and you guys can enjoy using by getting them from playstore...
I plan to release a watchface every week or two, they will show as pre-registration first before rolling out, because I love to give some excitement to you guys and myself when you guys pre-register lol...
I have no plans on putting ads, subscriptions, data collection or charges, it will be just a watchface you install and enjoy...
I hope none of you would be disappointed, I'm always eager to listen to your feedbacks...
But don't forget, these watchfaces were created using WatchFaceStudio, so the complications in the watchface are limited to the watch alone...

I go by the developer name GeminiMan. How I came up with it...? Honestly, I kept thinking of a name, and I wanted it to be unique and maybe artistic or inspiring. Then I remembered my previous developer name was TheGeminiBros from college days with my friend. He was a Gemini too, and best thing, I was born on 3rd of June and he was on 4th of June. We were besties like bros, but life decided to split our paths, anyway, that's where it hit me, I can be GeminiMan, and I was thinking of logo designs and made the simplest design that I believe looks neat...

I did state the watchfaces are developed using WatchFaceStudio, if I developed it using Android studio, I could make things more flexible in such the user can remove any of the complications on the screen...
Otherwise, they're there, I believe the user can customize things and remove it or put an app shortcut but can't change it into things like weather, phone battery and so...
I didn't do that, I just kept it as static, the only changes a user can do is changing colors...

I did mention that it seems to be playstore bug, you can open the link in a browser, you can search playstore for geminiman on your phone or watch, they will show up...
