After you fastboot flash recovery don't let the phone boot into system it will rewrite to stock recovery. Instead boot immediately into recovery by holding volume down and power.
Thank you for your reply
but but precisely
fastboot flash recovery img. don't work do not want to load the recovery
it's ok now !!
good!
thanks

What exactly happens after you fastboot flash recovery?
You didn't accidentally name the file recovery.IMG.IMG?
You could also try a toolkit http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/development/toolbox-oneplus-one-toolbox-t2808987

I'm wondering...
If you accidentally overwrote your /boot (happened to me once) by fastboot flash boot XXX.img
be sure to flash again by fastboot flash boot boot.img before you ever need reboot your phone.

Hi there..
In fastboot mode, are you seeing "Phone unlocked".. if so then your phone has been unlocked successfully...
Also i dont think you can boot into TWRP by pressing a combination of Power and volume buttons.. You will have use the ADB commands to get in to TWRP. If you are able to boot normally into the phone.. Use ADB commands to boot to recovery.. that will help you install Magisk or SuperSu to root your device
ADB command is - adb reboot recovery.. this will allow you to get into TWRP (if it is installed without any problems)
Hope it helps!
Hi there?
Actually i have tried the command {fastboot reboot recovery} it goes on the screen where I'm stuck right now. Adn my is working as it do but I'm just not able to go to recovery. I don't know what to and we all know without recovery i can't get root and i really need Root.
Thanks Help if u can
I'll be thankful to you

Is it the Openkirin's version of TWRP? Regular TWRP doesn't work too well on Honor 8.

Can u try posting the screenshot of Ur fastboot as well as the screen u land on when u run the fastboot reboot recovery
So I've got a weird issue here, and after a sleepless night of Googling and using the MSM download tool, I still haven't figured this out. Basically, something got royally FUBARed while I was trying to flash LineageOS 16 to my OP6, and my phone got stuck in a point where not even TWRP would boot, and fastboot only brought up a black screen with a blue LED. After a bit of searching, I ended up using the MSM download tool to re-flash the stock ROM and recovery. I attempted to install TWRP after unlocking the bootloader, but every time I try to fastboot boot TWRP, it brings up that same black screen with blue LED, whether I use the official TWRP image or the blue_spark TWRP image.
TLDR; I got bricked, fastboot flashed back to stock, and now I can't boot TWRP to flash TWRP to my OP6. Anybody out there know what I should do?
Cheers,

With MSM tool your oneplus 6 is locked again...Maybe you should look if bootloader is locked!
Unlock BL
After its done you'll have to enable debug in developer options
Then fastboot boot twrp
Flash twrp

Did you enable debug?
Sounds like you may have the active slot set to an unbootable OS. Check the active slot with fastboot getvar all, then use this to change to the other slot.
fastboot --set_active=[a or b depending on which is inactive]
Was this the end of this? I'm in the same boat. I was recovering from a google account remove device wipe and so I went to restore my TWRP back-up and it succeeds so I reboot. Device is bricked into fastboot mode only. So I msm restore and boot system, enable debugging, unlock bootloader, still can't get into TWRP or versions that worked before, just that taunting blue light.. I found this and changed my active slot but the issue is the same and I'm kind of at a dead end, any help would be appreciated. I can boot into 5.1.5 OOS and stock recovery fine.
Nevermind I had to incrementally update the ROM

fastboot flash boot twrp-3.4.0-1-enchilada-Q-mauronofrio.img instead of fastboot boot .
That will work

i was bored during this corona stay home days and decided to try new room.
My System was: Oneplus6 latest OxygenOs 10.3.2 with Magisk and Twrp

after flash procces finished i had a bootloop. my phone boot to fastboot mode all the time.
-Then i decided to flash twrp in fastboot mode and after i flash lineageos. My phone was working again with lineageos and then i decided to revert back to oxygenos and i flash back oxygenos. Bootloop again!
When i start my phone i get error: Qualcomm Crush Dump Mode
i can reach fastboot mode....i try to flash twrp in promtshell with comand line: fastboot boot twrp.img but phone dosnt boot to twrp after.

Your bootloader needs to be unlocked to use a fastboot ROM.
Is it unlocked?

Yes it’s unlocked , any help
Search on the fast boot rom thread for the fast boot rom version you were last on, i have used this many times and it worked.
One thing to note, after it flashed everything , I ended up in crash dump error. I went into stock recovery and wiped/formatted my device and it boot up great.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/msm-tool-guac-for-all.3934691/ - just follow this guide
One thing that worked for me is when your phone is plugged into your pc open a command prompt and type fastboot boot twrp-*.img (make sure it is the .img not .zip), and from there download the twrp installer .zip and flash that, reboot to recovery, and install the OTA for your device (OTAs can be found at this thread).
If it fails to boot and gives you an error, try fastboot getvar all to see which slot is currently active then do fastboot --set-active=*inactive slot letter* then fastboot --set-active=*original active slot letter* then try to boot to the twrp .img from fastboot again. If fastboot doesn't detect your device at all, try seeing if adb devices outputs anything, and if it does type adb reboot bootloader
