Selling - Xiaomi Mi MIX Accessories

My Mi MIX 256 is a month old and I love it, but I'm a LARGE phone fan, so I've just ordered the Mi Max 3. I flashed TWRP and the eu.xiaomi 8.8.9 Oreo 8 MIUI 10 ROM. Original case, box, etc including leather case. US$300 plus shipping (which should be about $20).

There is Fake M4 on sale, Be careful of your order.

The Fake Xiaomi Mi4 on sale about 1 month ago. The ROM is MIUI but CPU is MTK. So be careful if you buy from ebay or aliexpress, especially aliexpress. Better ask seller give you IMEI number with your shipping bill togther.
Fake Mi4
I got one from aliexpress seller. the good thing is I found it out early because its a bit slower than usaual snapdragon phones so i decided to install an app which reads system information and confirmed that its a fake mi4 with MTK processor, 1GB ram, and 720p resolution.
and now I sent back the phone to seller and have to pay the return shipment. so disappointing.

Ooh, better not to buy from anywhere else either than real resellers.
I bought mine from http://xiaomishop.com. They seem to be the only ones that have an EU Warehouse with express shipping, so that if you live in EU you can avoid all the import tax crap. However the shipping charge for me was $48 which is a bit much IMO but it is a 1-2 day service.
Another 2 good ones are: Oppomart (http://oppomart.com) and Xiaomiworld (http://xiaomiworld.com).
xiaomishop.it is also working if you live in EU, shipping to Sweden in 3 days.

http://xiaomishop.com is the official online footprint for Xiaomi. Very helpful, fairly quick response times to queries. My only issue was shipping to South Africa had no courier option.
Can anyone comment on Xiomiworld?

That is to pity. Fake Xiaomi device is quite common in China, the quality of it is very bad. There is a good way to devide fake things: enter the recovery of your Mi4, if there is a "Mi Flash", it can't be fake.

I also got a fake, or perhaps it was a horribly refurbished and rooted used device built from scraps. It was loaded with bloatware (and probably spyware), but all the stat monitors seemed to say it has legit specs except for the the battery which was 2400mAh and discharged almost faster than it could charge. Interestingly it was all VERY well packaged like it came from a factory and everything looked 100% genuine on the outside, but when I removed the back cover I could see that it had been worked on and the plastic parts and battery were in horrible condition... so always buy Xiaomi from a reputable dealer if you want the real thing.
Phone Original Rom is duplicate

I bought from banggood.com. Its a magical phone for that price. but Rom is customized..they installed international ROM with lot of adware and unnecessary apps. It has not atleast mi Store. I installed mi store after. I want to change it but model is mi4 LTE-CT (China Telecom). This china telecom version does not support normal Global mi4 ROM. I did not root any phone before. this is a very rare phone to my country. bangood is good. but their OS Customising is very bad.

Where to buy the original flip case for Redmi note 3

I have been using this amazing device for almost 1.5 years. I bought a case alongwith the device from Mi.com, it was awesome, but after serving for all this time, it gave out and broke. I wanted to re-buy it. Couldn't find it on Mi.com (they've discontinued it) or any other selling website (all have a collection of cheap rip-offs).
Where can I buy it? Any suggestions will be welcome.
To be honest I usually look on aliexpress, but I've bought 2 completely different cases so far and they never seem to fit my phone. Always too small. Hope you can find something official though because the copies are generally terrible in my experience.
You want to search on aliexpress, but way less is available then some months ago. If you have kate device, add "152" or "pro se" to the keywords and triple check that you choose the right product. I just ordered some and hope that a part of them will fit to my device because I want to use it for a year more at least and with a right case.
The process is the same with tempered glass screen protector.
+1 for the flip cover. Xiaomi does not care for it's old customers. A new model every couple of months and as soon as it releases, it discontinues it's old products and accessories.

It is my personal opinion that 256GB is an overkill. 64GB and above should be good. I have been using mobiles in that capacity for quite sometime now and have never run out of space. But if you are an avid video/photo shooter then it may make sense.
Tempered Glass and Case for S9+ in India
I have booked for a S9+ and waiting to lay my hands on it. Any suggestions on the tempered glass and case for the same? Samsung website has listed some accessories (cases) for S9. But looking out for options. Thanks in advance.

On the contrary, I am interested in the 256gb S9+ only! As my 128gb sdcard is almost full with photos and videos, books and docs (work related stuff) and I can't use two sim slots along with the sdcard on my note 8 (which i really need to). I am a bit disappointed in samsung.. they didn't bring the higher memory note 8 to india!

Flipkart offered me a whopping 8.7k for a 2.5 year old oneplus x, with total savings of around 18k. Samsung exchange ain't available at my place. I'll have to stick with the 64gb version. Seems it won't be enough since my i7+ 128gb is almost out of space. Glad Samsung offers a card slot. Another reason is that the versions with higher storage are significantly faster. I've seen that in case of i7+ 128 and 256gb versions.

Great deal indeed.
For Samsung mobiles you get more exchange rates. I thought of exchanging my current S7. For S7 its 14220 off on exchange. To me, its not a good exchnage rate. Meanwhile, my brother needs a phone. S7 is still a great phone. So, I'm givin this to him. I'll get S9 plus and my brother will get S7. All happies
Flipkart's S9+ deal was too good to miss out. Put in my oneplus 3 for 13k. Paid 46k overall. Can't wait for this beautiful phone!

Oneplus 7 8/256GB worth it for 609€ on Amazon?

As the title say I'm probably buying the non pro version due to the huge price difference (140€), what do you guys think? Ah I'm coming from a OnePlus 6, yesterday unfortunately I've discovered that the type c is kind loose and now the cable slips away if I slightly move the device...
Thanks in advance for the help!
7t should be out in 2 months time. Might be worthwhile waiting for it.

Probably an inexpensive fix. Won't you need to get it fixed if you plan on selling the phone at some stage?
I'd get it repaired and wait for the 7t.
Might find the 7pro gets heavily discounted soon too.
I've got the 7pro and it is fantastic! The 90hz screen is unlike anything I've ever used on a smartphone. Not sure the 7/7t will have a 90hz display.

It depends on Amazon answer on that, sometimes they refund it if it's not available. Anyway I'll do as you advised, I'll wait for the T version hoping to not break the port :fingers-crossed:

NO!
Oneplus 7 is worth buying in China, because you spend 200€ less money (about 400€ for a new 8/256GB) and you keep Oneplus official warranty for 1 year.
Ok you lose just 1 year, but the price is the same as a Mi 9T Pro
Or if you are lucky enough (just as me), you could find in Amazon Warehouse Deals, an OP7 used in perfect condition, paying the same as a new one in China market, but with a perfect phone and Amazon warranty (and you can give it back if it is not good enough for you).
I found a French OP7: same as the others OP, but in France it is mandatory to include earphones into the package (usb-c earphones worth 20€ in Oneplus shopping page)
I ordered the OP7 with 256Gb/8GB Ram for 390€ at Gearbest during flashsale. Pretty good deal in my opinion ? I hope the delivery doesn't take too long...

I ordered my OnePlus 7 8/256 from Aliexpress for $440 so no, Amazon's current price of 600 euros is not a good deal.
For that kind of money you would get the 7 Pro on Aliexpress.
No, this device not worth such money!
I have it for 3 month already and no single custom rom, I would wait little bit for release of 7t pro and buy the 7 pro version.
Have you tried maybe the usb plugs from ali like quick connect..

I personally advise to purchase the OP7. It's my best best phone so far (dual speakers, same ufs3, same main camera...).
But... I've paid 381€ for the 8/256 chinese version in a much nicer red colour. There's no important difference between global and chinese versions (charger plug, instructions language...). You've even got 1 year official warranty!
Joan Tur (OP7)
Do you guys recommend buying the OnePlus 7 now? I can get a pre-owned 6GB with 10 months warranty with insurance remaining. Around 75% of that price I can get a 6T with a few months warranty remaining. Also I can't afford a 7T. Which phone do you guys recommend?
Tbh I wouldnt get either phone
Theres a lot more phones coming out this year with better specs

The Realme 5i doesn't offer a case and that's a big shame

Consider that the Redmi 9, the Realme 5i's closest competitor, includes a case in the box, and the two are about the same price (at least in Singapore). Many devices by Chinese companies also include cases out of the box. The Realme 5i is an exception, though. WHY?!?!?! It just feels like a little bit of a ripoff to not include a case in the box, especially given that the Realme 5 included a case in the box. Not a particularly good one, but it was there.
