Try windows 7 x86 edition (32-bit)
There's problem with MTK drivers and detection of some MTK chipset phones on Win 10
Install drivers by MTK driver auto installer file or install PDA.net software and allow installation of drivers by it.
You'll surely get your phone detected on your laptop and on SP Flash tools
Plz upvote (or press thanks) the answer if you find it helpful.
Remove screen conector from pcb. Then disconnect battery, then reconnect battery, Connecticut phone to charger and leave IT for half of hour. Then disconnect from charger, connect screening and start your phone.

hi guys, (LG-P920 is my Phone)
yesterday i installed ROM MANAGER to install CWRMOD (or something like that).
Then i choose my Phone Type and flashed it. After that my phone permanent restarts in 1 second,
showing LG Logo and restart, restart restart nonstop.
I understand that i ****ed it up with flashing that recovery mod. So i decided to Plug into my PC
and install everything new, but when i connect my phone to PC , it detects a unknown device every second and does it permanently too. I tried the "Battery out, Volume Button UP and connect" trick, then it stops acting weird but my PC
dont recognise my phone as OMAP, it is just an unknown device
What should i do guys? i tried installing LG Support Tool, LG Mobile Driver, and i read all the Instruction to UNBRICK your phone.
But all the Instruction starts with a successful regocnition of OMAP driver, but my PC dont even recognise it as OMAP.
PLS HELP
ok i fixed it, it was a really complicated move to 0.1 sec click that omap and install while my Phone was permanent restarting.
Recently i tried flashing cwm recovery using sp flash tools. I followed an online tutorial which asked me to specifically download the boot. Img (patched) and recovery. Img, which was cwm. I insatlled all the drivers as asked then I turned off my device as asked and connected the device using usb cable after pressing the download button on sp flash tools. After a few seconds i saw the red line which is the starting of the flashing process, and then i received an error 'b_rom error" or something like that... I forgot, i dont have screenshot .
The phone is not responding since then, but when i connect the phone to my laptop the phone is recognised as 'mediatek da com port' but this driver doesnt work if i want to flash the stock rom using the sp flash tools, the internet says that i need the 'mediatek preloader driver' which is supposed to appear for 2 seconds in the device manager section and dissapear, but alas this doesnt appear in my case, and i guess this is really important for flashing the stock rom using sp flash tools. I tried many ways to install the mtk preloader driver but even of it installs it is not compatible with my device. I cant find this driver and hence i cant bring my phone back from the dead
If any member could help me here i would be really thankful , i have the stock rom downloaded and all the drivers as asked in various tutorials so i am helpless now. Please someone respond to this thread...
My device is xolo 8x 1000i with mediatek 6592 octacore chip.
Thankx ahead

If you can see DA VCOM port when u connect the phone that means there is no need of mtk preloader to appear. You can try flashing the stock firmware.
If you really want to see mtk preloader 65xx, then right click on DA vcom port and click uninstall drivers. Then you will see mtk preloader 65xx for 2 seconds everytime you connect the phone.
Gud luck

Hi,
I'm new in this forum , and I'am a total newbie.
I bought a LETV X500 ans it last only a day , after reaching 4% battery , it shutted dow, since then the screen remain black , only the red led is on when I plug it to a computer or a laptop ( but it do not charge)
I managed to follow several tutorials.
I try to install mtk vcom drivers on 3 different laptops (Win 8 , XP , Vista)
the result is each time the same , I only have MTK USB PORT (COM X) When I connect my phone.
I read in the forum thatI must have Mediatek preloader usb vcom port to be able to flash a stock rom , however i do not have it.
When I connect flashtools ,and after cliking the download button , the phone connects and disconnects after half a second. So I am not able to flash any rom.
I tried to only donwload the preloader , by unticking every all items , but it seem the MTK usb port is too slow to load the preloader in my phone , and I have a timeout....
What can I do?
thanks for your help
come on guys , help a poor lad
Hello my Lenovo A850 blew off its own software, it just did in the middle of a call, that has happened before as far as the old owner told me, I am trying to install the drivers to flash it with flashtool but it just doens't work, I even forcefully installed the drivers but it still does not recognie the phone. I connect the phone via USB and the red led turns on, but apart from that, nothing. Any advice?
Hi everyone,
I have a second device as LG_G2 D802 and i gave it to a my friend. He said he rooted it and after a while bricked it.
Phone is not turning on normally, lights green and blue, LG logo appears and after a short while the phone is restarting. I can only enter download mode.
I've tried some options with using XDA topics but i couldn't solve it unfortunately. The last situation is: pc doesn't detect phone in download mode.
With short circuit, sometimes it seems as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006, sometimes Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 in device manager.
I used SRK TOOL for 9006, it finished successfully but when i unplugged phone and plug battery and plug usb and enter in download mode, pc didn't detect phone, any devide, etc.
I used Boarddiag for 9008, AP TEST: Successful EMMC TEST: Successful SDRAM TEST: Successful, all process is successful. But again, in download mode, PC doesn't detect anything of the phone.
In the videos I watched, after successful SRK TOOL or Boarddiag processes, pc must detect phone in download mode but the same thing didn't happen to me
I used Win 8.1 64 bit and Win 7 X86, but same thing happened. Stuck in pc detecting problem in download mode. I installed drivers, too.
Is there anything that can be done about it?
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks.
