Ok. Installing after my backup finishes. I'll let you know in 24 hrs how it's looking.
Here's my update after 1 full day of use. At first it started acting funky but after settling in, it's running pretty damn good. Everything seems to work fine. No apps crashing and experiencing no lag. I'm using the latest stable Lamda Kernel where my battery life is superb.
Update: One bug I'm finding. I can't get weather provider services to work even though I have two weather apps installed.

I will wait for XOSP to push out an update, and if it still there I shall investigate. Also, go on the main XOSP thread for LG G2 Android development to post replies, as I have now released the build to the public
Thanks
Tried it on my D801 and as soon as it loaded majority of the Xperia apps including Xperia home crashed. Not sure if I missed anything . . . . . Any suggestions

Hi World,
I've been building a ROM nightly, pulling from LineageOS, LineageOMS, and SultanXDA.
It's been fine for me, so I thought I'd share it for others to use too.
This is my first go at posting this kind of thing, so please go easy on me.

Thanks I didn't realise there was already a similar ROM, which is why I built this one.
It looks like the other is adding other features, whereas I'm sticking to the sources for now, so that's be the difference between the two.
I'll get the change log in the reserved post
Hi! Thank you for your work!
Please consider taking features from this unofficial Sultan's build by @matssa as, according to him, he will stop building for OP3 as OP5 comes out.
Would be awesome if your rom kinda 'inherited' his work into the future

Hi @Nezorflame, I didn't realise this ROM existed until yesterday! Looks interesting, and definitely more involved than what I'm currently doing. I won't be implementing anything from that ROM until development ceases on it. If/when that happens, I'll definitely look into it

Looking forward to it! One thing would be nice though, even if we forget about the features - OTA update
Started using your builds as Matssa is about stop supporting his builds. Got no issues, runs stable and smooth. Looking forward to future updates. Update notes would definitely help this rom grow, ota as well
Switching to this ROM as well as matssa will do only one, final build. @prmcmanus please consider my previous request
Would be really cool if this Dev picks up right where Matsaa leaves off.

I think calling me a Dev might be overly-generous at this point, but I'll learn as I go and do what I can.
I work a 4-on 4-off shift pattern, so I'll look into Matssa's ROM more in a couple of days, and I aim to pick it up.

That's good news! Matssa managed to get lock screen blur working like on official Lineage. Sultan's builds and your current builds don't have this feature so I'm looking forward to see you pick his ROM up.

'Cos it's the first ROM I've shared and I don't know what everyone wants to know
I've been a bit suspicious of the fact all the builds are coming out at a very similar size, so I've started from a clean slate on the last two builds and they still turn out similar.
Not had a chance to look at Matssa's build properly yet.
OTA will be the first thing I implement, given that it's what is being requested

I'm trying to make sense of their Roadmap, but we all know how those things work out... hmm
In 2018, we plan to release the system as an “installable ROM”
Well it's Sept., and I assumed based on the site; August 2018: /e/ OS beta (MVP) release with several web services (search, app store), maybe that's the ROM release...
Anyone have Telegram can check them out? I posted the Telegram channels on the original post.
If you read carefully, they will be selling devices built with the OS first, then after a trial period it will become public. It does not fully work just yet as a daily....

Well if it's made with the payload.bin there are several extractor apps for Windows & Linux.
In Linux I use extract_android_ota_payload;
https://github.com/cyxx/extract_android_ota_payload
Then you'll have your boot/system/vendor images and then you can fastboot flash them, which is nice in case of TWRP issues, or just wanting to fastboot flash...

20200307 build: 4.9.214 and 4.9.215 kernel updates
AOSP-9-F5321-20200307-4.9.214brcmfmac.zip
An updated clean build with 4.9.214 kernel (boot.img), and proposed 4.9.215 update (boot-4.9.215.img).
Please test 4.9.215 in priority, and in case of problem fallback to 4.9.214.
Both kernels have proposed wifi/brcmfmac update.
Not sure if flashing only the boot img over previous build will work: in case it doesn't, please do a complete/clean flash...
Is there anyhow fast charge available?
Hi everyone,
I am currently using AOSP 9.0-r46 with the 4.9.213 kernel. I compiled the image by myself following the build instructions provided by sony, so my problem meight not be reletated to the build of vknecht. Anyways, I have problems with the camera. No matter what app I am using (OpenCamera, AOSP-Camera or PhotoDirector) the auto focus fails to focus far away objects under bad light conditions. Objects near by can be focused without any problems. Also the focus of an landscape fails when it gets to dark.
I guess this is related to the proximity sensor, since the focus always fails if I cover it.
Does anyone have experienced the same problem or can reproduce it?

I haven't come across this issue before. Are you only experiencing it with AOSP? Is your phone case or rear cover perhaps blocking the sensor in any way?

Hey yes this is a known issue. Might be related to the kernel not sure. The previous aosp 10 from minextu has the same problem.
