HELP: Phone can't recognize sim card after flashing supersu - General Questions and Answers

I have the lenovo k6 note. I installed twrp in order to root it, followed instructions on another thread made for this phone specifically, when something went wrong and i had to completely erase my os and re install it using one based on the stock i found here on xda. It installed just fine, i booted it up and it was working like before, supersu was deleted though, so i entered twrp to flash it again, when i rebooted after that the root worked fine, but my sim couldn't be recognized. In the lock screen it says "Sim card is not ready". Now the weird thing is, i can receive calls, but I can't make them. And the icon on the top right of the screen shows that the sim card isn't working

Galaxy Note 10.1 n8013 system problem

Hello all. I have the Galaxy note 10.1 n8013. It's rooted and I am using the CM Unofficial Rom and TWRP recovery 2.8.7.0. This all I know. It was running fine and one afternoon I looked over and there was a blue android head with a white pulsing circle behind it. It just sat there. Every time I try to reboot it goes back to the same thing. Tried reinstalling the rom but no matter what I do in recovery I keep getting the same error that E: Unable to stat 'data/media' I see it trying to mount it but there is an error that appears that when it tries to mount the system it says no such volume. I've literally tried everything in recovery even repair and change the file types. Nothing seems to get me past that data/media problem. When I plug it into my computer I can see the ext sd card and internal storage. I can do nothing to the internal storage via my computer I can open it. It's empty. I try to create a folder or past something there and it says the device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected.
Anyone out there have this problem? I realize it's an older tablet so many of the links I've clicked on to get zips etc are broken.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately all the links in the first thread you sent are dead (the problem persists). Will check out what people have said in the other two and hopefully it can help me out.

J7-Perx stuck in bootloop

Recently I tried to root my phone by installing twrp recovery onto my J7 perx (j727p). I was able to succesfully install twrp, but shortly after the installation my phone got stuck in a boot loop. I've searched the internet and so far these are the methods I have tried: factory reset, wiping caches, and PIT file. I have also tried to flash the stock firmware but it fails every time. Also, when I charge my phone, instead of showing the battery percentage it simply displays a battery with a lightning bolt in the center.
I would love to hear and appreciate any ideas that could potentially help fix my problem.
From,
A very frustrated homosapien

I don't have this device and there's much more to it than what you did. TWRP won't install if the Bootloader is not unlocked.
You should be able to obtain some member guidance within the following thread that's specific to your device.

[MOD] Is there a way to root Umidigi C2?

Hi All,
I have this phone and I have installed the cutom ROM provided by Umidigi admins, but this does give any recovery capabilities.
When I boot to recovery I see an Android fellow lying belly up.
I am asking because I have to recover my files from the data partition after accidental factory reset. I have pulled up my phone from the pocket and voila! I have no idea how this happened. I had situations where somehow the user was switching itself in the pocket, but this time it was a proper factory reset.
To use any recovery software I have to 1st root it.
I have enabled USB debugging and enabled Unlocking in Settings, but I cannot unlock it from fastboot saying "unknown command", but fastboot is reporting: unlocked: no
Even if I want to clone the data partition using DD command the phone has to be rooted.
For quite some time I cannot post anything on Umidigi crappy message board.
Please advise.
Best regards,

Thank you for pointing this out.
It looks like I am stuck for now.
And you know what?
I took my smart phone to the park (same location) and it factory reset itself again.
I am taking it out from my pocket and voila I see a setup wizard screen!
All lost again! Crazy.
I am just under the impression that while it was in my pocket some keyboard combination has made this happen.

LG G4 Bricked

Good day to you all
so Ive got a problem here when trying to install custom ROM in my phone,
so I have my old phone LG g4( h815 EU Version)which are not used anymore and I thought of giving it a new life by wanting to use custom ROM (Lineage OS) and using the android orei(8.1)
So I've read here and there and decide to try it,so here's what I've done until my phone is finally bricked.
I managed to unlock the boot-loader of my phone officially using the LG set ups
then I managed to get into the TWRP Recovery
so after then I wipe the data and cache in my phone using TWRP, and the next thing I do is to install the LineAge os that Ive download right? ,the problem Is I zipped the Lineage OS files and put it into my Phone Internal Storage, so when I want to install the OS I Choose the "Install by Image" in TWRP and choose the "boot.img" and after that I reboot the phone because It seems it was stuck on TWRP loading screen. Then now my phone is stuck on the LG Boot screen with "bootloader unlocked " on top of the screen. I've tried to try the recovery mode but it just wont do anything, I cant do fastboot also because somehow even though connected with usb cable and installing other adb drivers the devices just wont be recognized, so now I am stuck in these booting screen with no way of getting out.
So my question is, is there any way I can either factory reset them or anything, I dont need to save any data as it was already factory unlocked before i tried this method and Ive saved all the data before, but is my phone still could be saved or there's nothing I could do with it and regard this as a very foolish experience because of my negligence, any feedback would be appreciated.
Thank you very much
