I've tried core only mode, uninstalling/reinstalling but SafetyNet keeps failing (it worked yesterday but today it fails). Anyone know how to fix?

Enable usb debugging in developer options.
Sometimes you have to toggle it multiple times before it will stick when you exit the settings

Hi,
I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P3100) that has it in a constant boot loop. PLEASE NOTE: I have gone through and tried all the different fixes here and from youtube and nothing seems to work.
TRIED:
- I have tried a hard reset & have wiped cache- to no avail.
- I am not able to uninstall NoRoot firewall or the AVG anti-virus or any application. I suspect that it has something to do with the NoRoot firewall, but even if I uninstall it in the few minutes between boot loops, when it reboots this as well as all the other apps I uninstalled and their cache are intact!
- I have tried changing the developer option to "USB debugging" and "use mock locations", however the moment it reboots or I am in download or recovery mode the setting is back to normal.
- I have flashed different recoveries using Odin but to no avail.
The recovery packages I have used:
1) P3100_CWM_RECOVERY-6.0.1.3_SUPERSU-0.96_BUSYBOX-1.20.2.tar.md5
2) philz_touch_6.57.8-p3100.tar.md5
3) CF-Auto-Root-espressorf-espressorfxx-gtp3100
4) kyleopen-cwm5-v3.tar.md5
Another thing that might be of help is that if I try to install a recovery from external storage, I get the error "E:signature not verified".
Seriously frustrated now! Could someone please help me sort this out?
Thanks a lot!

In cases of constant bootloops, I go back to stock and do all over again. Maybe something is corrupted there.
After installing Xposed Framework, I also installed many modules as one might assume. After enabling all modules, I restarted my device. The device booted up all the way to the AT&T animation and then froze. The LED is also flashing blue. I have tried booting into safe mode, taking out and leaving out the battery and still no luck. Would greatly appreciate a solution without resetting my phone.
When you say you tried booting into safe mode, do you mean Xposed's safe mode?

So, i recently tried install the Xposed framework and got stuck booting up, so i thought ok, this easy, go into download mode and flash, but when it came to booting into download, it didnt work, then i tried recovery and got the same result. Ive tried rebooting into these modes with ADB but get $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS not set, even though i am COMPLETELY positive that i enabled allow USB debugging, as i was testing builds of some apps that i made on this device.
The device will show that it is charging when plugged in and will get stuck on boot forever.
tried all the boot combinations and nothing.
tried ADB on mac and pc and same $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS not set error
downloaded and updated every driver imaginable
used different cables
any support would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem when i downgrade to Android 9, although flashing to 10 from edl mode fix the problem.
I was working on getting an app not to fail since it kept seeing rooted apps on the phone.
Uninstalled LS exposed and updated current magisk stable.
Went to Zygisk and it didnt work. So I rebooted. It got stuck and finally after a few restarts came back.
installed a safety net fix since that was failing and a hide my apps.
Then I went to update ad-away and it failed.
Double checked modules on magisk and then restarted again.
Well now it is not booting again and stuck on the splash screen.
I am able to get into fastboot and did try rm -rf /data/adb/modules.
But that didnt seem to help, now trying to restart again and again to get it going at least.
Anyone have any idea on what to do?
P.S. I do not have TWRP installed just current magisk and some modules.
Update I wiped the cache and it didnt make a difference
Ok another update, I got it booted. But think it was from plugging my phone into PC with adb active maybe..
Tried to remove modules through adb but it didnt go . but all modules are inactive now.

How did you get it booted? Just connect the phone to a PC with adb?
I dont remember, but it was something about being plugged in. It was almost 3 months ago but if I remember it was when I unplugged the phone from the PC
Ah, too bad then, was hoping to get more info in case my phone does it again, thanks for replying anyways!
Update: Not sure if it's exactly what's causing the issue, but I realized after I stopped using Lucky Patxher, I stopped getting this issue.
