Details
Pluvius is an all-in-one solution for device theming. It works on top of OverlayManagementSystem that lies inside of every Android starting from 8.0.
Pluvius reacts when you change wallpaper and then adapts whole systemUi theme following the palette of your wallpaper. Pluvius is highly customizable so you can specify many different aspects of behavior or even set themes manually.
In order to work, currently Pluvius requires root access, as many of needed apis are restricted.
Pluvius works on Android 8.0, 8.1 and 9.0.
Pluvius is provided as a trial software, with trial being 14 days long. After trial runtime will be disabled and your stock systemUi look will be restored unless PRO-unlock was activated. PRO unlock can be bought from inside of the app.

Depends what you call stock rom. Theoretically it should work on every rom with android 8.0 and newer. However I only tested on the roms that are close in their looks and behavior to AOSP (aka stock Android).

I wouldn't exactly call it early stages. I've been developing it since October. App is almost bugless since the march. It only looks early because of public release, but internally it's been long 9 month

Will this conflict with substratum?
On the last step of the start wizard there is the option to deactivate incompatible Substratum overlays.
For me when activated Pluvius crashes. Tried with Native & System Modifications root.

Why would you include it in the initial release if it's not a priority?
Stuck on this step (select runtime method). I tried first and 2nd option, nothing works. Only the progression bar below continues to scroll.
I have Redmi Note 3 with Nitrogen OS on 8.1 and rooted via Magisk 16.0.

Now for the feedback:
The pro here is the feature set. It looks like it could rival Nova and maybe even Lightning in terms of features within a few updates. I particularly like how you can easily change how the app drawer is organized. Very cool.
The main con is the appearance. It brought me back to Froyo. When I first unlocked the screen, I nearly switched back to Nova just from looking at it. Nothing's done in Material Design, or even in Holo. The Windows logo is asinine and out of place on an Android device. (Probably not legal either. I'd remove that ASAP)
Point is, it's a really ugly launcher that could be a great competitor to the old standbys if it were cleaned up to look nice. I really hope you do so.

Where are the screenshots or actual information besides "it's a launcher that needs root". Why does it need to be installed as a /system app? Why will it replace Trebuchet? What if the user doesn't have Trebuchet, will it still work?

It requires it because the launcher has a issue with installing as normal and yes if you dont have it itll still work

What do you mean "has an issue with installing as normal"? There is no reason a user should have to replace a /system app to use a third party launcher.
You still haven't put up screenshots either. This whole thing sound extremely fishy.

Device Support
Device support depends on a variety of factors, including your specific device model, Android version, installed (custom) ROM, used root provider (su binary), and SELinux configuration. This app includes options to deal with different configurations of some of those factors. Please let me know if this app does not work on your device.
Notes
The widget is passive. Thus, it has to request root every time it is refreshed. Although the battery impact is negligible, this usually results in frequent (Toast) messages indicating that the app was granted root rights. Please refer to your superuser management app if you'd like to disable those messages specifically for this app.
Other Issues: When reporting any issues please include the following info in your post: Device, ROM and ROM version, exact version number of this app you use (don't just write "latest"), superuser management app (e.g., SuperSU) and version, content of any shown error messages. I've currently no test device to test Android N (preview). Does the free version work for you? If it does then I'd expect the pro version to work as well. Anyway, in case you purchase it, there's a refund period (cf. app description on Google Play).

After LineageOS has been merged with Android-7.1.2_R8, new builds feature several changes, including an all-new browser called Jelly. It mainly targets low-end Android devices and replaces the older AOSP browser. I came to know about it out after compiling the new source for building a ROM. Yeah, Gello is a different browser. Although is it also designed for Qualcomm based devices for optimised performance, but it is not supposed to be in the new builds of LineageOS.
Though it wholly upon the maintainer of your device. If your maintainer decides to ship Gello, this will replace the new default browser Jelly.

The main reason I left OnePlus in the 1st place. The UI was too Spartan with lack of theming support because of the OnePlus optimisations. Always ended up running MIUI patch ROMs on my OP3. I was further infuriated with the Oreo update. My phone still looked like Lollipop. Ended up skipping the 5 and 5T because of this. But then more Substratum themes started to support OOS on Oreo due to native support and that's how I bought the 6 at launch. Am glad that OnePlus is making these changes.

I am happy to announce, that I have successfully ported stable Oxygen OS to the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 and 4 Plus!:victory:
Using a custom OOS vendor I was able to fix bugs and bring this smooth and stable OS to our device.
Features
-Based on latest OnePlus 7 OxygenOS Open Beta 15
-Fast and working face unlock
-All OOS icon packs included
-Debloated
-Google Camera Go

Everything else is working as far as I know
ROM DOWNLOAD (No need for Gapps as they are already included)
Installation
Required Firmware (MIUI China Dev 9.8.29)
Recommend Recovery (OrangeFox)
1. Make sure your storage is not encrypted and you are using the correct firmware
2. Wipe Dalvik, Data, Cache, System and Vendor
3. Flash the rom zip
4. Reboot
5. IMPORTANT Install activity launcher, launch demo mode and disable always on ambient display or you will experience an issue with a black light in sleep mode. Also remember to hide notch in settings or your UI will look weird.
5. (Optional) Reboot to recovery and root with magisk
6. Enjoy OOS!!

This is a bug that occurs only when hiding gesture bar, I will fix in the next build as this is an early test build.

I have an OP7 Pro and acutely aware of all the shady stuff that comes baked into stock OOS. I'm not sure what all has already been debloated

PM me about the Shady stuff and I will remove it, I have never used a OnePlus device so I am unaware of this. Since this port is based on a GSI it may have already been removed but I'd rather be safe.
