[Q] Not able to flash Cyanogenmod

Hello Modders,
I wiped all my data with TeamWin Recovery under advanced wipe.
(Dalvik Cache; System; Data; Internal Storage, Cache)
When I tried to install Cyanogenmod it told me the Bootloader is not unlocked.
Of course it should be unlocked. I unlocked it without any errors.

The solution was easier than expected.
HowTo:
Get the OnePlusOne-BootUnlocker.zip from this Thread
Download a working ADB.exe with drivers to flash the zip later. (Both need to be in the same folder, the exe and zip)
Open CMD.exe and tell your computer to navigate to the folder where the ADB.exe is located, example > "cd C:/OPO/ADB.exe"
Go into your Recovery with the OnePlus One and connect it to the PC.
Flash the Zip on the OnePlus with the command > "adb push OnePlusOne-BootUnlocker.zip /sdcard"
In the Recovery just install the the zip.
Finished. > If you don't have a Costum Recovery Installed follow this tutorial

Fastboot Not Working (Blu Pure XL)

Mi Blu Pure XL is dead, No OS installed.
I tried to install the system image with fastboot, but I have the following errors.
The recovery and Boot was installed OK.

This phone has a semi unlocked bootloader. You can only flash BOOT and RECOVERY. For the rest the need to use SP Flash Tool.

Error with SP Flash Tool:
BROM Exception! ( BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054)
I see that I need flash preloader firts. But i dont have preloader.bin
Someone could share ?

Google pixel 1 stuck in fastboot!

Hello, I got a google pixel 1 stuck in fastboot, power button is not working just cicling through commands like start, restart bootloader, recovery mode, power off. Flashshing stock rom not working... android 7.1 wich is in inside this phone, android 8, android 10 nothing all of those nothing. Every flash is giving me that error. I used "flash-all.bat" inside the google factory image folder... Drivers are installed and working... Fastboot devices recognise it, Fastboot reboot reboot's the device in fastboot mode.... Device is locked and I can't unlock it... Can somebody help me please ? Thank you so much !!!

What do you mean the device is locked?
If the bootloader is locked you can not manually flash a factory image.
If the IMEI starts with 35 it is a verizon Pixel XL with a locked boot loader.
Go to this thread and try to unlock the bootloader.
If you are successful.
Download this Fastory image: 10.0.0 (QP1A.191005.007.A3, Dec 2019) from Prerequisites b.
in the guide below.
Download the latest SDK platform-tools r29.0.5 from Prerequisites c. in the guide below.
Use this guide to update to android 10 (Q). Do #4 'wipe data' then do #9 if you want to root.

Cmd command fastboot reboot and let it drain until 0% and nothing... because power button is working like a volume button...

I know I tried a lot of things to make it work... but nothing... Anyway thank you for helping me

put it in the freezer for an hour and tell me what happens, mine booted up with that, just put it in properly (all phone holes covered)

I wiped everything in trwp when I was going to install Lineage, I did the misstake to restart the recovery and now Im stuck in the bootlaoder.
I need to install the stoc firmware via fastboot/bootlaoder but can't find any img file, only zip file of the Stock firmware.
Is is possible to install a zip file via fastboot?
Fastboot recognize the phone when typing the commando fastboot devices, so I see the serial nr.
If I try to install twrp img both on boot and flash recovery commando I get this:

I have never tried msmtool, but it sounds like a driver issue. Maybe take a closer look at their instructions
You can try these fastboot flashable stock roms.

You have few options to solve your issue. Now you are in slot B. You can change switch partition to A with fastboot. Try use: fastboot --set-active=a. It will switch to partition A and then try to boot/flash recovery. Also you have try to use fastboot roms with flashall.bat. There are few availaible in forum.
If you would like to use MSM you have to connect phone in proper mode to PC. Power off and hold Vol+ then connect. Also try to install latest Qualcomm drivers.

OK:
1. First you need to root the device. Follow this guide. You will use adb to patch the boot.img file of your current firmware.
2. After you have rooted, you can install the unofficial TWRP for Android 10 Moto G8 Plus from here. The zip file will install through magisk. Works fine; I tested it last night.
