Looks like a pretty nice start, although I don't like an app hiding my status bar.
The plus buttons for income and expense look the same. I think in the current UI expense should have the right part of the + red and income should have the left part red, to differentaite them.
Also, kinda crashes when turning my phone to the side, screen keeps going on and off with the blue-ish tutorial circle.
Also, actually crashes when makingadvanced reports

May be you are right. Before finding HoloEverywhere library, i can't make Holo theme on low OS version. I'll try it if it can make new style on my app.

About the full screen issue: Totally forgot about the menu button, I have a phone without a menu button and long press is menu, so I keep forgetting to check in non-Holo apps

Oh, i dont know that Holo apps execute without menu button. You can use sliding menu to show its options but some functions like change user or input transactions from template cant be opened without menu button.

All Holo apps have the 3 dot overflow button if your device doesn't have menu.

I and many others use the Galaxy Note devices. And we would love it if you could implement pen features with the ability to block out hand and finger touches on command. If not, it's understanable. Also, good job on the app regardless of my desired features or not.

Very nice. Been looking for something like this.
When I select import notes all I see is the internal sd card. How do I mport from the external sd card? And How do I save my notes to external sd card directly?
Add a share button functionality such as send via SMS, email, Bluetooth, etc.
Overall very impressive. Great job

Dark theme would be good, easy on the eyes and battery.

Some things I've noticed:
-Weather icons needs resizing (MDPI)
-Manual location isn't working properly (at least for me)
And one little recommendation.. If the app is still in beta, there shouldn't be in-app purchases already for those little things like weather.. I'm not saying that having them is bad idea, but not for these kind of things..

A small part of ifo is missing: what's free and what's paid.

Beautiful! But:
1) why is the weather still there when I disable it?
2) To my surprise, almost no calendar app handles google tasks. I find it so handy to have it in one app and one widget (like "day by day"-app)
From organizational point of view, there is a big difference between a task and a date.

Is there a plan for adding a dark theme to the app in the future?

Nice looking app with a nice concept..now, what i do not like:
- too much weather information on the first screen
would like to see the first panel and then the calendar. For more information about weather, would be nice to scroll the first panel or click on it.

Swiping is definitely something that should be one the cards (see what I did there?) A google now approach would be cool with regards to these cards methinks- maybe some way to swipe to change options? 9Perhaps personalisation of Sports updates?) Dunno how hard that is to code though...

AMOLED screens use less power on black walppapers/themes + it's a lot easier on the eyes if you're looking at it in a dark room. You don't have to implement anything, I was just asking.
Apple is doing well because their products are fool proof and have no option of optimisation nor customisation. You can't miss what you don't have.

Please, please, PLEASE, add the following features :
- month view / 4 week view with actual event text labels (and not just colored rectangulars like the AOSP / Google Calendar app)
- Google tasks within calendar views (especially monthly / 4 week views). The only current app I know which supports google calendar & google tasks is the old fashion looking jorte calendar (which has horrendous UI)

First, Better Diary is a clone of all three apps. Therefore, two of them may clone the other, and your app released after two others, does your app is a clone of the two?
Second, Better Diary offers certain features that does't exist on these apps, such as "Circle", custom font selector, etc.

Vague? Better Diary's icon is just a combination of Menote's (feather icon) and Diaro's earlier icon. What about naming of atlas? Don't tell me that it is just a mere coincidence. I would have let this go. But coming from a senior XDA developers, I think that it is pretty embarrassing...

Thanks for the feedback. The features that can be purchased were split up so that the user only has to pay for what they want, so it's not exactly "expensive", so to speak.
I will be adding the pull down to refresh action, and a feed filter in the next release.

needs google calandar support so your events and reminders show on the feed.

and an option for 24 clock, but overall it looks great, will test for a while

This was actually supposed to be in the initial release, but I forgot to implement it. It will be available in the next update.

Planned for a future release. I initially debated against this, because it would have been redundant to have app notifications showing up in both the notifications area and the feed, but it looks like some users might want this option. It will be implemented as an opt-in setting.

Looking forward to the next few releases so

Add tasks like Business Calendar from Google Tasks and the option to have the feed as the default page and you'll have my vote. I tired of having to have a widget here, and here, and here. I just want simplicity.

I would use it if:
- it gets 24 hour support (i know it's coming)
- it gets iconpack support
- it gets the possibility to hide icons from the app drawer

Exactly my feeling.
Magnesium offers a breath of fresh air in the contextual launcher arena - quite lightweight & offers additional features as compared to other contextual launchers like KISS Launcher (or Flow, Aviate, Blur, etc ...) - I really miss Slidescreen
Areas for improvement:
- customizable default screen (drawer or feed)
- searches should be decoupled from screens & should work the same regardless of the screen they're operated in, for example, searches in the app drawer should also go through contacts etc.
- inability to deselect web searches in the free version makes the search feature useless, as web searches swamp the results & are often prioritized as compared to device results
- the search engine should be configurable due to privacy concerns (most common ones should be added: for example duckduckgo, startpage, bing, google, yandex)
- the free/paid model should be revised - as mentioned by @SuperNès90, I have a feeling you're too bent on monetizing the app/features.
Still, keep up the good job! I'm curious how this launcher will mature.

specially the free/paid model should be revised. I think it tends to scare free users to even try your work.

Any news on this launcher ?
