Phone not turning off??

Maybe I just have never noticed this on previous Android phones because I wasn't so affected by battery life, but I noticed on my phone that even if I turn off the phone and turn it back on and look at the Battery info, it has information about my phone from when before I turned it off. I thought all that stuff was supposed to reset when I rebooted. Is this the normal behavior (tracking of usage even when turned off) or is there something wrong?

[Q] hP-touch smart tx2- dispaly stange color problem alang with power problem!!!!

Dear All,
I have a strange problem on my screen, I was reading news on a website suddonly some parts of screen changed color to a color like blue-green. some parts of icons and mostly white parts for example in word and pdf also setting wondows changed color to this strange color.
I checked the graphic card by using external monitor which was ok, then I tried to reinstall the driver but the problem was not that also. But finally I found that this is also in Boot part, and it is not just on windows.
I just changes the power mode to power safe the problem solved suddonly but just for seconds after then it came back again, I removed the battery but there is no change just when I change the battery mode it disappear for some second ang again back, along with this problem my battery shows 25 % but without alarm for battery low it turns off, before theis it had alarm on 13%.
Any suggestion? please help me....
thanks

HTC One E9+ shutdown automatically.

Dears,
i have HTC one E9+ and purchased 6-7 before from online and did not notice that device does not have warranty.
Now its started shutting down and when restart then battery goes to 1% or some time decreased 30-40% of the battery and its happen only when i start using the devise like youtube, skype or whatsapp etc but while on idle status dont face any issue.
I even did the factory reset but no improvement and then i thought could be a battery issue and then contacted HTC and they said perform below tasks and if battery above than 75% then not a battery issue.
Now i dont know what should i do to resolve this issue.
can anyone put his/her experience to fix this issue.
1 - charge the device until the LED turns green <br/>2 - turn on air plan mode
3- Go to settings > display > increase the screen time out to one hour and increase the brightness to 100%
4-then restart the device
5- Unplug it and leave it for one hour
if the battery level below 75% that is mean the battery need to be changed

Try re-flashing your stock ROM. After that do a full discharge.
Cheers

Ambient Display won't turn off

It just continually pulses so I'm afraid it's draining the battery and causing screen burnin. I even disabled the "moves" in settings. Any ideas?
I have the same problem.

AOD deactivates. How to keep it activated?

As i said. The AOD keeps deactivating itself. I have no pattern on why or when this happens.
Any ideas?
Hello. I have had this happen to me too. I think it is when your battery goes below 20% it is turned off automatically by the battery saver. Check Settings => Always-on display & Lock screen => Show items => Un-toggle "Turn off when Battery saver is on".
I hope this fixes your problem!
i dont turn on battery saver at 20%... but maybe it does it anyway... and after recharging it doesnt turn it back on again... i ve deactivated the setting. lets see what happens after next recharge.
That was it. It now doesnt turn off anymore.
Thnx
