Does anyone know if this phone can be set so that the power comes on when power is connected to usb? And power go off when it is disconnected?

Hello, i have a trouble with my phone, is a z3 d6643.
The phone down in the floor and shutdown alone, now not power on.
In ac charger the red LED stays on, but phone not charging, and pc not recognize.
Some things not work for me :
Phone charging on ac charger, left a few hours .
Plugged on pc, with vol + and vol -.
Pressing power button and vol + for 30 seconds.
Pressing button reset located on the side of SIM.
I not find a answer about this, only help is welcome.
Some suggestion?
1 Turn off the device completly
2 Before turning on, prepare the charger and the cable itself. The cable must be connected to the charger, but not to the device
3 Squeeze the plus volume button
4 And most importantly, don't miss those milliseconds of pressing the power button and connecting the charging cable
5 Now you press the power button and as soon as it passes the vibrate, immediately connect the charging cable (pre-connected to the charger) and release the button
6 Once the screen is grey, the plus key can be released

as stated, i got my power button broken probably due to water (not that waterproof huh?). The power button has worked for a few weeks, sometimes it was really sloppy and unresponsive, and stopped completely, and when my battery completely depleted i am now unable to power it on. I am able to get into download mode from where there is an option to restart the phone but of course it requires to press vol down + power button.
Have you got any magic tricks to turn on a turned off s10e with the power button broken ?
Hello! The solution: press volume down + bixby button and now plug usb c data cable (computer->phone), wait 3-5 seconds and phone starting in download mode. From download mode you can restart the phone with volume down button.
