When I try to find a music player which have shake-to-swtich function and contain no
uneccessay functions,I only can find some with advertisement banner. Or It contains
a lot of useless functions like music visualization, lyrices and etc. After a long
period of searching, I finally find a suitable music player. However, when I was listening
music on the street, the music player will always shake-to-swithc music when I was walking:crying:.
It is very annoying. Lastly, rather than waiting for a suitable music player, I try to make
my own music player. So, Terse music play is born.:highfive:
Hope you guys enjoy it!

Idea with shaking is interesting, and UI is neat
But it's way too minimal: no playlists, grouping by artist or album, and album arts. Also, notification while playing is not a native player notification, so it doesn't shows up on a lockscreen

Hi,
i am looking for a music player that is capable of logging my played songs to send them to lastfm upon the next sync, AND has something like apples coverflow to scroll through my albums.
i hate looking at xy.mp3 or just dirs.
So far i tried pocket tunes (no lastfm logging, no real scrollable albumart-view)
and
conduits pocket player (nice lastfm logging, albumart is accessable, but not scrollable).
and
the built-in htc player (lastfm possible through custom audioscrobbler, albumart scrollable track by track (this is a pain...)
i wonder if my idea of a good player really is that extraordinary, and hope someone got a hint for me.
thanks in advance guys
I'm looking for a music app like Samsung's music player for the sole purpose of Music Squares. Is there any other music app that has something like Music Squares where you can choose the type of music you want to listen to (passionate, calm, excited, ect) and it will make a playlist? Or is it possible to flash an apk of Samsung's music app?
I'm not sure if this feature has been suggested, or if it already exists (being unable to find it), but I would really like the ability to build and manage playlists in MX Player.
I really do love how MX Player can run independent of playlists, jumping to the next file in a local folder (or shuffling if enabled), but sometimes I'm keen to watch or listen to a specific series of media, even web media and streams.
Now that WinAmp is dead, I do hope that some of the features found in WinAmp will find their way into MX Player. That includes:
Playlists
Shoutcast streams
More prominent Shuffle and Loop buttons (took me a long time to find this hidden feature).
Also, I would really love the ability to copy or bookmark the address of streaming media. For instance, if I choose MX Player to play a .pls or .m3u link, that media opens in MX Player, but I have no means of copying or bookmarking it to play again later.
Thanks bleu8888.

Already on the feature list from a long time ago. (high priority #8). Ctrl+F in the "feature requests" sticky post next time
Also if you are looking for a dedicated, feature-rich music app, I would recommend PowerAmp.
New to android, please can someone recommend a half decent music player that uses folders rather than album/ songs/ artists etc.
Rocket Music Player is fantastic in my opinions. It supports folders as well the conventional way of using artists/song etc.
I use the default music player, or MXPlayer for most local music.
Thanks for the info guys I shall try now.
