I am a new guy in this development world and just started working on this kernel, as i am learning these things there won't be much features available as of now, i'll add everything slowly and only necessary things which doesn't break stability will be added.
This isn't just another kernel, it's built from latest omni kernel sources(ofc with my additions), it's already rock stable and doesn't break anything.
Don't expect legendary battery life and blazing fast performance from this kernel, this is not the kernel you're looking for then, it's just an "enhanced stock" kernel from my point of view :}

Just a little announcement:

I have now very little time to work on my kernel, so expect slower updates.
Also i am planning to release 2 versions from now on, one will be minimal and other one will be feature packed so you can choose according to your requirements.

Along with that, can you add setns support for the mount namespace and Navigation bar option in Settings > Buttons (like on LOS 13), rework the device and kernel tree, unify the device tree and add improvements to it from @no_name's LOS 14.1 device tree (Link: https://github.com/ishantvivek/android_device_samsung_kyleproxx)?

Why dont you fork the united tree from @no_name ( It is united tree of kyleproxx , you can build ROM for both dev just from that tree )
And kernel reworked too ( There is also oreo kernel on it , but i dont think it is stable yet as some missed android binder commit , can you do it ? )

Secondly I insist upon extreme stability, I can't risk the stability of the device. I intend to produce a ROM as stable as the Samsung original one (newest version doesn't matter). Thirdly, I plan to limit changes to a minimum (I plan to look on https://cnet.com/security and whenever something really really major appears to fix it) in order to ensure absolute stability.

About the commit , it is from a6000 , the device has the most stablest oreo rom

I haven’t found any suitable kernel that supports Lineage-OS 14.1 (and likely other aosp nougat ROMs) for these variants of S5 though many custom kernels are available for many other devices with the same APQ8084 chipset (e.g.: shamu). So, I made one by simply picking a lot of good features from other existing APQ8084 kernels. I have a g906s. V7 seemed to work well even with the problematic LOS 14.1 Dec. 7 build although I didn't test wifi. I didn't dare flash V7 on the latest LOS build being that it's two versions behind now.
What do you need? I could test a new build if you're willing to push another one out; I'm running LOS 14.1, the latest build (12.14). I'd need a list and some guidance unless a basic "it works" or "x is broken / not working" will suffice. (I wish I knew how to compile a kernel but have zero coding skills.)

v.7.12 works perfectly with MK71.2-kccat6-171215-RELEASE. Especially Wifi has returned. Too early for judging battery life. Thanks a lot.
SmartPack-Kernel-lentislte-stable-v7.12-20171217 on LOS 14.1 (12.14 build). MTP for file transfer seems broken in windows 10; without smartpack it worked fine. I noticed the same problem with V7 as well.
With Mokee MTP is not broken. I have more battery drain than with v.5r1. which is not compatible to LOS based roms since 12/07/17.
I have a suggestion for the next version: you could add overclocking. The previous developer of this kernel wanted to add it, too. It was written in his future features list, but it seems not being included anymore in your new list.

On latest LineageOS/RR OS, WiFi is broken. It was working on previous LOS build but now on latest build, its gone. Please fix soon.

Hi folks, yes Android P is on the road for our device. I manage to boot first GSI without touching the kernel so that mean the next version of Android can be ported as well, after entire day of compiling on my VPS the ROM is not boot so quickly, in fact it boot up after keep stuck at "Your device is booting screen" from 4 to 8 minutes till see animation boot of Android. So most probably we need to changes some parameters in the ramdisk.img and kernel.img partitions to fix the bootloop issue but it is a good start to thinking about Android P developments.
Note: I didn't use any kind of Treble stuff, my own sources are created from scratch and actually are safe on Gitlab till finish from fixing.

Important information:
This thread is for official MoKee 9.0 builds for OnePlus 3/3T. The following will not be supported here:
Custom kernels
Mods
Xposed
We don't support Xposed and any logcat which includes a Xposed module will be ignored. You're kindly invited to not report bugs if you:
Flashed a custom kernel
Installed or did mods from untrusted sources
Modified system files
Tips:
You need at least OxygenOS 5.0 firmware, otherwise you'll get error 7 when installing the zip. Latest firmware is recommended.
Installation:
First time flashing MoKee 9.0 on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible Recovery (Latest official TWRP is highly recommended: https://twrp.me/oneplus/oneplusthree.html)
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash MoKee
Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package
Reboot

There are two builds daily, one for oreo and one for pie. No idea about stability, gonna try it this weekend but I'm sure it is stable enough (after all it is coming from Dian who is our LOS official maintainer since beginning)

Well, kernel and device tree is more or less same for all the roms of our device. Only initial bringup of the rom takes effort. He is also official maintainer for xiaomi note3 for both of these roms.

Ok, so I just flashed this rom and as of now it just seems to be copy of LOS. No mokee features or customisations are available yet. I only noticed different sound pack being used for ringtones and alarms. And unlike LOS, internet traffic indicators are working fine.
Pls add gaming mode ?

Being updated nightly.
Mokee is now my daily driver rom using nightly 02242019.

I point out that in the versions of 25-26 / 03/2019 there was a problem with the SIM cards that are not detected and consequently the data network does not work.
