S6 safe mode - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello.
I dropped my G925F and volume down key got stuck.
I had to reboot the phone and now it's in Safe Mode.
I tried rebooting it a few times with volume up key pressed, but still boots in safe mode.
I can't use any if my aps. Is there any way to delete safe mode or boot the phone normally with volume down key stucked?

Stuck in boot screen. Can't into Download mode.

I have a rooted S6 (G920F) and I used TWRP Manager to install TWRP on it. I wasn't careful with verifying the directory and apparently it installed on the wrong one, and after rebooting it's been stuck in the boot screen with the "RECOVERY NOT SELINUX ENFORCING" message at the top left.
Using Vol- + Power to get into Download mode causes it to boot back into the same screen. Holding down Power by itself or Power+Vol+ doesn't do anything at all.
Is there any fix for this?
try to hold vol- + power + home
i have the same problem.won't work with vol-+power+home
first use volume down and power for soft reset, when screen goes black
use volume up , home and power for recovery or
use volume down, home and power for download mode.

(HELP) Stuck in Boot Loop, Can't access factory or recovery mode

I tried rooting Cloudfone ThrillHD (android 6.0) via manual, when process was done. My device is now stuck in this endless boot loop, i tried pressing key combinations simultaneously (power + volume up & down), it shows 2 options (factory = volume down and recovery mode = volume up) and the device would stuck in this state, but when i press any volume keys the boot loop starts.
Is there anything I could from this?
any help would be very very appreciated.
this may sound unrelated.

does taking out the battery, putting it back, holding volume down button before pressing power button (while holding down volume down) works? i faced a similar experience with my note 3 back then when i'm rooting. mine worked. hope your phone responds the same as well.

Anyone got links to the original firmware KD7-H6211FQRSTU-Q-GL-200429V276?

Volume down stuck on my hammerhead, Can't get out of safe mode

The other day I realized my volume down button was stuck. So I rebooted and it booted to the bootloader and just cycled through the options. I finally got it to boot but its stuck in safe mode, can't get out of safemode. The phone hasent been exposed to any liquid at all.
Is there a quick fix for this problem? Can I remove the button completely and not even have a volume down button? Thanks

Hardware button combination for Fastboot/Bootloader Mode?

I know that I can go in and enable the Advanced Reboot toggle in Developer Options to get quick access to Fastboot Mode.
I also know that I can boot into Fastboot Mode by boot into Recovery Mode first and then going through the menu to switch over.
However, I am curious if there is a way to use hardware buttons in order to boot the OP7 Pro into Fastboot Mode/Bootloader Mode.
Getting into Recovery Mode is the Power + Volume Down buttons at the same time during the boot cycle.
This normally means Power + Volume Up at the same time during the boot cycle will take you into Fastboot/Bootloader Mode.
However, that just forces a reboot for me. Letting go of these two buttons when I see the OnePlus splash screen and then pressing them again results in a boot into OOS. And just holding the Volume Up button during the boot cycle takes me into Safe Mode.
So I'm curious, is there a way to use the hardware buttons during the boot cycle to get this smartphone into Fastboot/Bootloader Mode?
I believe it's volume up + volume down + power, all at the same time

SM-G930F refuses to start into Download Mode, starts into Safe Mode instead

Hi there,
I was trying to flash TWRP on my S7, but I cannot get into download mode. Here's what happened so far.
installed Samsung drivers and Odin
unlocked OEM
got phone into download mode by pressing Vol Down and Home buttons during reboot
connected phone, but Odin wouldn't recognize it
left download mode by pressing and holding Vol Down and Power
phone was recognized after rebooting PC
tried to get back into download mode with Vol Down and Home
Phone boots into safe mode, exits safe mode without problems, but no Download mode to be entered
tried wipe cache and factory reset, problem persists
tried Vol Up and Home just for ****s and giggles, same deal
any ideas? :crying:
thank yooouuuu!

So for clarity download mode is, when the phone is off press, vol down+home+power, in that sequence.
To exit safe mode, long press the power button and choose restart from the popup. If this does not work power off the phone and wait a minute before powering on.
To prevent problems with Odin, debugging should be enabled in developer options menu.
