I don't have this device but, I believe that the following should also work for your device as well.
In order to Fake a GPS, the "Mock Location" option needs to be turned on and that option is located within the Developer Options.
It can be a little tricky...
Go into the device settings menu, scroll and enter the "about" area.
Within the about area, locate the "Build" information and then just keep tapping it (multiple times) and then a toast message will appear stating something that will indicate that the Developer Options were turned on or activated.
Now go back 1 (to the device Settings Menu) and you should see the Developer Options there just above the About (where you were just at).
Enter the Developer Options and scroll down to the Mock Location and turn it on.
I hope that I had explained this okay via text...
Good Luck!

Being Quick settings accessible from the bottom only, a lot of applications are not able to access notification area , like "popup notification app" is unable to give "pop up notification" at all. Any suggestions or help..

Settings > Notification center > Notice management > (App) > Set to important notice
I just watched review on Phone Dog and his phone has regular android quick setting bar on top. Was it different in review models and they changed it afterwards ?
Actually other reviews have it that way as well. Is there a way to enable that ?

How to disable LED notification for delivery report?

So after upgrading to oreo yesterday, LED is blinking for delivery report, which is retarded because i always think someone replied right away. Is there any way to disable this without disable delivery report? I tried search for that specific option in SMS app notifications, but had no luck. Thanks!
Yes, you can turn it off in notification channel settings.

Enabling Developer Options

I want to keep my Developer Options enabled so as to speed up the transitions and window animations scale, BUT WHENEVER I DO SO NOTIFICATION BAR BECOMES RED AND DISPLAYS A MESSAGE . Thus I disable the Developer Options.
Can someone please help me to keep Developer Options ON without that red notification bar.

That's a good work around.
But I want a proper solution to this, in some other post someone told me that disabling vivo service app might do the job , but there is no option to disable that app.
Edit: tried your method, working great as of now.

But disabling it will break AOD functionality.
Just go in to all applications find for instance on my phone (vivo service) and clear everything in there, it will remove the red bar in status bar and development options will still be running.. Happy.. ?

This works for me too..best solution right now if you dont want to rely on a 3rd party app that gets system access.

This is working for me. With people using Android 9, go to Settings > More Settings > App manager > click More on the upper right and look for vivoService > click Storage to Clear Data

help!

What is this? And why does it pop up in my input bar??
Found this on another forum.
Located the issue. It was in Language and Input>Input Assistance>Autofill Service Google> Settings>Debug Settings> Show Detection Fill Option. It was turned on. Appreciate all the assistance and suggestions.

Question Allow app DND-notification in OOS12

Hi all!
I seem to be stumped as how I can enable an "emergency app" to give notifications even if the phone is set to DND-mode.
In earlier versions of Android this was managed via "Apps and notifications --> Notifications --> Do not disturb" (or just long-press DND-tile in quick settings).
Now however, I can not find that setting anywhere!
Best regards
/Johan
