Question Allow app DND-notification in OOS12 - OnePlus 9

Hi all!
I seem to be stumped as how I can enable an "emergency app" to give notifications even if the phone is set to DND-mode.
In earlier versions of Android this was managed via "Apps and notifications --> Notifications --> Do not disturb" (or just long-press DND-tile in quick settings).
Now however, I can not find that setting anywhere!
Best regards
/Johan

What answer do you want here?
1. Your phone is NOT supported
2. Get a supported SAMSUNG phone
Have you enable notifications in security settings on phone ?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app

This. I had enabled everything except notification access for ATN Manager in settings.
Go to Settings > Security > Notification Access and check the box beside ATN manager.
On a side note, does anyone have a way to get apps made for Gear 2 Neo on Samsung Apps store on Nexus 5? These default apps are okay but dont really do much in long term use.

I just installed ATN manager and turned on the permission to access notifications and I see no change. I have Galaxy Gear and ATNManager allowed in the Notification settings. I have gone through and check marked all of the programs I want notifications from.

In Gear Manager go to Notification and uncheck "Limit notification" and "Keep screen off" but do enable "Preview message"
There should be a section in there called "1) Instant alerts for Gear)" you should see "incoming call" underneath it - enable it.
After this, there should be another section underneath the first one "1)Notification for Gear apps", you will see ATN Manager in it - enable that. and below all of this should be "9) More notification". Select apps you want notifications from, for texting I use a third party app called EvolveSMS so therefore I had to enable notification for that app instead of Hangouts.
Good luck!

For "Notification for Gear apps" there is nothing there. But once I tapped on "More Notifications" it gave me a TOS prompt and once I agreed to it then it started working. I'm currently having other issues with ATN manager but I will open a new thread for that.

[Q] One accessibility service per feedback type?

Hi!
I've a problem, I downloaded the app called pushbullet, It tells me that I need to enable it on Accessibility settings (Is needed for the feature called "Mirroring notification service"). After I enable it everything works perfect.
The problem is when I download a second app called Heads-Up notifications, when I enable that in the accessibility settings, neither pushbullet or Heads-up works. If I enable only Heads-up (disabling pushbullet) it works OK.
I downloaded many other apps similar to Heads-up and the same thing is happening.
I sent an E-mail to the developer and he responded me with this:
" Hi! This is a problem with some phones (especially Samsung's) being "smart", and only allow one accessibility service per feedback type. Since Heads-up definitely is within the "visual feedback" type, I decided to stick to that type. Another reason to use the "visual" type is that it reduces the so-called "talkback bug". --Simen "
Question: Is there anyway to "Tweak" android and allow more than "one accessibility service per feedback type" ???
Sorry for my horrible english, I'm Italian

Notification Pop Up Application.

Being Quick settings accessible from the bottom only, a lot of applications are not able to access notification area , like "popup notification app" is unable to give "pop up notification" at all. Any suggestions or help..

Settings > Notification center > Notice management > (App) > Set to important notice
I just watched review on Phone Dog and his phone has regular android quick setting bar on top. Was it different in review models and they changed it afterwards ?
Actually other reviews have it that way as well. Is there a way to enable that ?

I think you need to enable the " draw over other apps" under app permissions in settings

Thanks for the response. But I can't find " draw over other apps" under app permission under settings. All I can find under the app permission is toggle for camera, phone, location, storage etc. I found "multi window mode" in the developers option and I enabled it but that didn't solve my problem either. Tried googling, but got no solution. Some said that "display floating window" has been dropped by google in android 6 due to security reasons. Is that true?
Edit: Thanks. Solved my problems. Many thanks.
Settings - notifications - manage notifications - select desired app and turn on floating window
There is a multi-window option under developer settings. Just saying. I know it is not the same as floating windows.

How to disable LED notification for delivery report?

So after upgrading to oreo yesterday, LED is blinking for delivery report, which is retarded because i always think someone replied right away. Is there any way to disable this without disable delivery report? I tried search for that specific option in SMS app notifications, but had no luck. Thanks!
Yes, you can turn it off in notification channel settings.
