Smaller LTE Data Icon Android P - Google Pixel 2 Themes, Apps, and Mods

Flash these in TWRP if you want a smaller LTE Data Icon. I also have one for removing it completely. These will also be in my next updated Aroma installers.

Looks more natural, not so much, in your face Maybe they will fix the final version.

Is there a way to flash without losing my other mods? (Clock shift and Data Speed)

Anyone got this working on the latest P beta?

I can't get the dp3 to flash in magisk anyone else getting installation failed?

I've uploaded new ones. Everything is flashed in twrp. This is not a module.

would it be possible to have in the top left corner of the signal bars? like in previous android versions?

After sense 6 ota, I dont get all of the screen

After latest OTA I got a very strange problem. It seems like my phone no longer uses the entire screen, it's almost like an extra bezel around it now. Everything is.. smaller.

That's weird.
But I'm willing to bet that it's caused by some software/modification that you have ( skin ? theme ? application ? ).

The only thing I use that could be considered a mod is Nova Launcher.

Uninstall it and see if your issue gets fixed.
If yes, you know which tree you have to go barking at.
If uninstalling doesn't fix it try a factory reset, most of the time that works

[Q] Status 6 Gapps-kk-20140606-signed.zip

I have not found any info on Atrix 2(MB865) and this error, have seen many with the error, just not the Atrix 2(MB865). Any thoughts?

After some further research, I installed "7-29_GApps_Minimal_4.4.4_signed". It was the only GApps version I could get working.

Status 6 means the updater script was written/edited improperly. Did you attempt to modify it?
No. No mods. I am far from that knowledge. Lol

Weird. Where did you find the gapps package that was giving that error? Are you sure it was status 6?

This one is too big for your system partition. That would explain why only the Banks minimal gapps worked.
Well, duh, that explains it. (Directed at me).How did I not see that. I could smack myself. Thank you very much. The minimal works fine, so I guess there was never a need for the bigger package.

MIUI 8

Miui 8 is available for our device (mi4i). Did any one download it. If yes, can you please tell on which android version is it based on?

Both are solved as far as I think. Battery lasts a day with mild usage. Doesn't get heated by WhatsApp and browsing. Might get heated with games.

Downgrading to android 9 - is it possible?

I've got the android 10 beta update, but i need to downgrade back to 9, because an app, which i use for work isn't working under the new system. I've downloaded, the oficial android 9 build from oneplus's site, and was about to use the local upgrade function, but it shows this message.

. I'd like to avoid to install custom recovery and custom rom, if possible.
Thanks!

the fastest way back with data loss is to msm the phone back to 9.
Go in the oneplus community beta thread and you will find the correct rom to downgrade.
you can but i twill wiped all of ur data. go to the oxygenos android q beta's thread on oneplus community. there's an instruction there.
It is basically a downgrade package which is installed using local upgrade.
Doesnt Format everything on TWRP and then the PIE works?
Whats the difficulty?

[Q] Question about GSI images

Hi, so I wanted to install GSI ROM, and when I went to the download page, I saw the image filename has "vndklite" on it and the other one don't have "vndklite" on it.

What are those? and what's the difference between them?
I find it online but my brain couldn't understand it.

use vndklite
basically it allows you to mess with system files after installing which fixes issues like encryption, not being able to access data in twrp etc etc
Oh, thank you!
