Has anyone else had an issue buying the oneplus 6 from their website. It won't let me go to checkout and keeps telling me to add to cart. And nothing else

"Uh oh... there was an error with your payment
service busy" is the message I keep getting. Its been over 20 minutes since I first tried to pay and I'm not getting any further than that message.

i just kept hitting the Pay Now button. The first times i got an odd message about a spaceship not being down to earth yet

Ive been hitting it for 50 minutes. All i get now is secure-gateway.hipay-tpp.com is currently unable to handle this request.

Nah when I ordered the phone it went through easy but then when I ordered a case 2 minutes later it really struggled had to try 3 or 4 times before it would let me pay.

Looks like there are 2 phones ordered on my account. One is paid for but the other has a Pay Now button. Guess the server messed up. Don't mind too much as long as they don't hold the order for the one that was paid

Has any of you guys paid for order and still says pay now on account ? i have checked bank ac and they have taken payment out

In Spain website you can purchase OnePlus 6 without any problem. Fast and accuracy. Tested 2 minutes ago.

Logged a ticket with them as phoning them you get two rounds of finding an agent and calls maybe logged then it hangs up

Can't even order yet till edt 10 in one hour. Can't wait.

[Q] USPS might of lost my phone I sent back to At&t, What you think?

So yea, I had gotten my replacement last Friday and mailed back my old phone the same day. They weren't very specific on where the package should be dropped whether it be at the Post Office or In a Blue Collection Box. I stuck my package in the Blue USPS Collection Box, been tracking this return tracking number for the phone being sent back and still says "Not Received" nor any information was updated. Did USPS lose my package or was I not suppose to drop it in a Blue USPS Collection Box? Either way the phone weighs only 4.9 ounces plus the box is probably another 5 ounces, Definitely doesn't weigh more than 13 ounces, Even if I did make a mistake I figured they would send it back. Just a little nervous, Don't wanna end up owing $400 if they did lost it. They were suppose to send my phone last Thursday but the ***** never knocked on my door to deliver it, they stuck phone batteries I bought in my mailbox when it shoulda been dropped at my door, put my phone case I bought in my neighbors mailbox, and I usually receive smashed packages, This company is horrible and I do fear they did something stupid.
Edit: Did anyone else send their phone back by sending it in the Blue USPS collection box without any issues? Honestly think At&t should switch there mailing service to UPS, not USPS. FedEx would be 2nd best choice.

Quote on Quote could it be they forgot to scan it while mailing it out? I do understand the mail gets seperated when it gets to the Post Office, But mistakes do happen, and the returning label does not need a stamp cause it's already paid for by the company.

Thanks Guys, I did exactly that. I called and spoke to someone and she said she would put on my acct that the phone was sent back. Doing some searching around and etc I found my original packaging labels when I got my phone 4 months ago. On the mailing back receipt label it says "Remove any original labels. Apply Label to return package and place in ANY US Postal Service drop box/Post office location'. Upon finding this I was relieved. Cause I stuck it in a drop box rather than going to the Post office.
Edit: As I said USPS isn't a service ppl should be using other than sending and receiving regular mail...... NOT PACKAGES!
I checked the site when my phone was suppose to arrive, The ***** never knocked on my door, And the very next day I had to go to her truck to get my package cause she didn't even know I had one..... REALLY! I mean Wtf! They stuck the phone case I bought in my neighbors mailbox, and They Stuff **** in my mailbox trying to make it fit rather than just bringing it to my house but instead smash my package to make it fit. This company is some real ****ed up ****. If they did lose my package NOT MY FAULT! I Agree!

AT&T Shipments

Anyone think they will ship out the phones before Wednesday ? I keep checking hoping that my status will change to shipped. I know wishful thinking.
I highly doubt it, they don't really have any reason to need to do so since the phone isn't launching until Sunday. They are already giving plenty of time to get delivered if it is shipped Wednesday.

Just a note, most of the lumia 900's actually didn't ship until Thusday afternoon. I believe they will ship out Thursday with overnight shipping if they are following how they shipped the lumias (AT&T's last Sunday phone launch).

Yes, this ^^^ is what happened with the Atrix and possibly the Captivate as well...
It won't happen early sadly. But expect it on friday.

I haven't had to sign for something from Fedex in a long time. I'm guessing they're just going to leave it at your door step.
That's why I'll be checking the status religiously and leave work when I see that it has been delivered.
A signature is required when it's over like 700 bucks or something

Ever since FedEX and UPS started charging for requiring signatures, no one is willing to pay the extra amount unless the customer is willing to.

Don't know how true that is. I've had season tickets to both the Saints and to the Hornets here in New Orleans with tickets valued at more than $1,000 (the Saints over $2K). Every year I've come home cussing because they would be just sitting there in front my door for anyone to come pick up. Luckily I live in a good neighborhood.

Being an ex employee of UPS, leaving the parcel at the door is the drivers choice. If you live in a shady place...hells no...if its a good area...sure thing.

Your definitely gonna have to sign for it. Last time I had a phone delivered (from Negri) I tried printing the tracking info and signing that/taping it to the door. Thats worked before, but it didn't work this time.
I had to use the Fedex tracking site to have them deliver it to a location near my work so I could go pick it up.
i hope fedex is delivering it. you can pick it up from a location the same day with them whereas with UPS you have to wait a day

AT&T uses Fedex.

So , as the topic says , ordered the nexus 5 through someone in ltaly only to find out that the phone is missing at delivery . The box only had the receipt inside . The person that helped me out called google and UPS and was told that they are going to get hold of him by tomorrow .
My question is : Could i get a replacement phone without paying another 400 euros ? What could he possibly do ? Just sit and wait ? Could Google refund us or maybe let us make a free purchase of the same device ?

Latest news is : UPS requested a replacement from the deposit in Amsterdam .
Story told by short . Someone (my dad) bought a Nexus 5 from Play Store , in order to test it and send it to me in another country if it is functional . He got and empty shipping box . Filed a complaint at Google and UPS . Google only answered with something like "we are going to look in to that" , UPS has done the same . Google has not responded again to the situation , UPS came and got the empty package , got a new status in shipping details saying that the phone is missing and they are contacting the sender(The Google deposit in Amsterdam , Holland).
Questions :
1. Has anyone else been through this ?
2. What is happening and what do they mean by calling the sender for more details ? (I am realy loosing my patience right now since i ordered mine 31 OCT , at about 27minutes in , and had to have the phone by 5th of november)
3.How long is it going to take to get a damned replacement ?
P.S.-Sorry for my rusty english .

So did the phone come to you or just the "random guy" you ordered it from. Guy might be trying to scam you.
You ask us as if we deal with this stuff everyday. To be honest I do not believe anybody that claims phone was broke upon arrival or even you that says had receipt but no box.

If your dad ordered it for you, he should probably be the point of contact for the shipper or Google to get a replacement. Can't hurt to ask.

I wanted to know if he could get a replacement or a refund (preferably a replacement) without paying another 400 euros (I told him to buy it for me from there cause it's 100 euros cheaper then where i live and he should have sent it to me after he received it) and if the procedure is going to take a lot of time or is complicated.

There's a lot of factors in that. Your best bet is to start making some phone calls. Call the courier that was supposed to deliver, call Google, see what they can do. Good luck, mate.

You fail to mention the most important thing, was box opened/damaged? Any signs or that? Also did he take the package as soon as it was dropped off or he found it a couple of hours later.

He only mentioned that the box only had the receipt inside , don;t really know about damage or if it seemed opened before that . He took the package from the delivery guy but by the time he noticed the box was too easy the delivery guy was driving his car ~100m away .
P.S - I am only asuming he took it from the guys hands ... i was not given this information . I'll keep you updated and tell you more tomorrow wen i find out more.

If your dad ordered it and it was delivered to him, then he separately shipped it to you and it's missing. That's on your dad/ups. Google is out of the picture by then.
This also happened to me. I was expecting it Nov 5 (my birthday, too!). Never came. Last thing was it was out for delivery, then a notice that says customer will pick it up *will call". I never got the call. I called for an update but they said they can't find it.
I got the same email from Google - gonna have to burn that IMEI number and order another one. 3-4 weeks it says for me. Why do I even bother ordering things on the first day. I always get disappointed one way or another.
Does this mean the phone won't work with any carrier? Or just the US? Does this mean they can't activate it, or just work work even with an already activated SIM card?

My N5 is also Lost and I didn't want to wait for Google to figure it out, so I placed another order Tuesday for White 32Gb and it said 2-3 weeks. This morning I got shipment confirmation and tracking number. Will ariive to my work tomorrow.
Google will Ban the IMEI definitely for USA. Not sure if they can ban for worldwide GSM. They probably can brick the device too, like how Apple didbeith the iPhone 4 lost at a bar.

He ordered it to his adress , he got the empty box . If he would have got the device he should have tested it and send it to me after . The phone got lost in between sending it from google to de delivery adress specified to google.

Well that's a bummer. Have you called UPS again? Maybe it was still on the truck or just temporarily lost in the shuffle. UPS is generally very good about keeping track of packages.

Looks like it's gone for good. They say they have too many trucks to search for. That's a good runaround because they could probably narrow down to just the one or two that service my area.

yeah because it accidently fell out of the box, while the receipt stayed in there? remember that the *package* arrived, it's the contents thats missing... face it, some dip**** took it. complain with google, shipping should be insured, hopefully will get a new one.

I wasn't responding to the OP. The poster I responded to just never got the package. UPS lost it.

Problems redeeming free VR with Verizon

I'm trying to redeem the free VR promotion with Verizon, but I'm having trouble at the "Upload your Receipt" page. I've tried Chrome and IE, and both simply say "unknown error" when I try to upload any file, regardless of file type or size. Has anyone had any success?
I tried the last few days and I get either an error or bad request. I'm going to chat with them now, thanks for reminding me.

I went on chat to let them know I was having errors. I tried submitting my claim again right after and it worked fine. Ive got my submission number and we're all good to go.

I too was having this issue all of yesterday, and they were aware of it. Submission database was being maintenanced most of that day. I tried a 5th time about 2 hours ago and it worked finally.

Awesome! Yeah, I was worried that submitting later would kinda put us at the back of the queue. But my brother did it the hour he got the phone on the 20th, I did mine today. But both estimate November 6th.
PSA; The networks that connect the internet has been under ddos and may or may not have affected recent failed internet activity. Personally have had several transactions and pages fail all over the place, Comcast, Cricket Wireless, even the Google store.

I got Amazon to remove the Special Offers for free

Hey all,
I wanted to share this. I bought a HD 8 2017 for prime day. I had ordered the one with the Special offers and before it arrived I had a change of mind and figured I'd pay the extra $15 for the non-Special offers version. Before I started the return process I chatted in with Amazon and told them that I ordered the Special Offers one by mistake and asked if my only option to get one without the offers was to return the one with the offers and then rebuy the one without. He told me that I wouldn't have to return it and asked me to hold on. A few minutes later he came back and said that they normally would charge $20 to remove the Special Offers (not really sure why they charge $5 more than if you bought it without the SO) but he removed the special offers as a courtesy. So YMMV but if you chat in, and ask nicely, they may disable them for free like they did for me. I have read somewhere else of someone doing this which is why I gave it a shot before I did the return. Glad I did as it saved me an extra $15 on top of the $30 off for Prime Day
Yeah I did the same yesterday via the webchat. Basically just said I'm a loyal customer how about a gesture of goodwill. 2-3mins later they confirmed they would remove for free. Saved myself £10 so definitely worth a try.
Just did this this morning. Asked to have them removed and they just did it no questions.

I used the webchat as well. All done in about 10 minutes. Rep asked for device name and/or serial number.
I just had them remove the ads for me too. Thanks for the heads up.
I bought one on prime day too with the stupid special offers. I called them to unsubscribe and they did it for me for free. I was thinking I would install a custom rom anyway.
They were going to charge me £10 so I asked outright if they could do it for free as a courtesy. Manager said yes. Sorted

Tablet wakes up by itself from standby and does a slideshow of photos?

I was told that it would be done for free in a chat but got a email a few hours later that my credit card was charged. When I chatted with them again, I was told that they charge you automatically when you ask for it for free. They did reverse the charge when I asked them to.
Same with me. They accidently sent me a defect Fire HD 8, so when we asked for a replacement, we got our SO disabled too.
I did online chat and had asked if it was possible to remove the ads since I hadn't noticed I bought the wrong one. The Tech guy removed them at no cost to me. And I got the notification on the tablet verifying ads were removed. Super Simple!

Is this normal when the 'special offers' are removed as described in this thread? Are you not able to just set a wallpaper?

I was able to set wallpaper okay.
I think my issue was due to greenify actually. Once I uninstalled that my tablet stopped waking up by itself.

I just chatted here in Italy and the operator was scandalized as I ask him to make love with me! "nonono, here we don't give away the offer remove for customer like you that make 61 order in 60 days!"Next time they will take a week for a 24hours prime delivery I will ask again as refund.Consider that they ask you €15 that is almost $18 and that-compared to 7' one, the 8 one is not even SO economic.
Anyhow, I'll prefer a slim rom that will resolve everything and that's free.
