That's because you don't have TWRP installed on your phone. You're looking at the stock Android recovery, which can only install official updates. This is the best advice that I can give you. If you have to ask why the stock recovery is not flashing zips, and doesn't look like TWRP, then you should not be attempting to flash anything. Please read up on custom recoveries, and the rooting process, and make sure that you fully understand what you're doing before you try to modify your phone. I hate seeing anyone turn their device into a brick, which is what will happen if you don't know what you're doing. I can't stress this enough.
But when I install Twrp it keeps showing me that message and don't let me install nothing

I have a Samsung galaxy Tab2 p3100,
Few dayz back I tried to install a custom rom in it thru CWM, but it was unsuccessfull.
Then I installed back that stock rom that I had backup.
Then I formatted my tab few times.
Then it shows some errorr;!!.
Then I used my phone, but when I opened SuperSU,
It is showing "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it,This is a problem"
So I flashed again that rooting file thru odin 3 times,
but still itz showing the same error.
So Dev's I kindly request u guyz to provide any solution to this problem.
Its really freaking me out .
Plzzz help me Guyszz....
You may need to flash a stock firmware, something may be borked in system, by updating your firmware and updating your custom recovery it will probably fix issue . After wards root update binary again and flash roms.
Pp.
any other solutions Bro
If something is borked due to a bad flash or bad or wrong download the only way to fix it is to reflash original stock firmware in order to fix it. You then start all over again.
I keep a folder on my pc with all the stuff I need incase this happens.
Pp.
Flash a custom recovery. Download latest SuperSU zip from SuperSu thread and flash in recovery

If have already installed old twrp and want to install a newer version you can install it by this zip file using the old recovery then reboot
And if you want to install it for the first time you must use odin
The newest version is now available for Galaxy j7

The file leads to a 404 link.
Hey developers!
Sorry, i am new here, sorry for any error, which i may do. So, about question i have Samsung Galaxy J500FN (j5nltexx) i want to get nougat update, i still wait and didnt get I have plan, how to install unofficial nougat on my phone. I already try it, but i "brick" my phone and i put it into repair center, and there they flash stock firmware (i havent access for original firmware directly from samsung sorted by imei and s/n, i can flash firmware). Then i have very big fear about my phone. I told myself "never do it again" XD. So i have newer plan how to install it. But dont know if will run it correctly.
1. Flash TWRP via Odin
2.I have android 7 for j5nltexx (J516 Serenity) from XDA
3. Wipe system.
4. Install J516Serenity.zip
5. After Instalation wait for system config
6. Flash Stock recovery back
When i do it for first, my phone turns on FRP and after restart i got screen "Custom Binary Blocked by FRP" Then i didnt know what do. I go to service center for original firmware. Now is on my phone stock firmware.
Now. I know that FRP doesnt support Custom Binary (TWRP). And this issue i want resolve by flash original recovery, but will phone run with unofficial android and stock recovery?? (I should to extract recovery.img from originalfirmware.tar). Please tell me for any better or safest step by you experience. I repeat again J516 Serenity has been already installed and worked excellently but FRP lock block restart phone with TWRP. And i dont know if i can flash stock recovery on unofficial system. Thank you soo much.

If you can not into recovery or download mode, try to flash TWRP again.
Or flash back stock firmware if that does not work. Keep in mind to use Home_CSC to boot wipe your data.

Just flash stock firmware through odin again then boot back into download mode then flash TWRP and untick "Auto-Reboot" option then when flashing is done, boot into recovery manually to verify if TWRP is installed properly then you could boot back up to OS from TWRP it shouldn't loop if all went well. Also make sure that before you flashed TWRP, you enabled OEM Unlock and USB Debugging option in developer options.

It's fine , Flashing TWRP first time wipes your data thus you get bootloop. You just need to Flash a custom rom and evertything will he fine.

Yes since TWRP needs internal storage and data wipe to properly work with these partitions when coming from stock ROM but flashing a custom ROM after a clean wipe of the partitions should work fine.
HERE IS THE SOLUTION :
after flashing twrp with odin open twrp and format data after then there is a bug for j7 devices sd card won't work so u need a pc to transfer no verify encryption file to.internal storage here is the file or you can flash magisk 22.1 to disable keneral encryption
(THIS PROBLEM OCCURS BCZ AFTER FLASHING YOUR KENERAL FORCE ENCRYPT YOU TO NOT BOOT IN ROM BCZ OF SECURITY FLASH THIS FILE TO COMPRAMIZE KENERAL SECURITY )
Just Flash the custom rom you have downloaded.
Same thing happened to me when i flash recovery for the first time stucked at the bootlogo.

Did you create a backup of your stock ROM before you flashed the custom ROM? If not, you should have. A prepared user always makes a backup via TWRP before making any kind of changes to the system and before flashing ROMs, that way they can restore the backup via TWRP if something goes wrong.
Can you boot into TWRP?

That is because you triggered Knox, you won't be able to flash anything custom now that Knox has been triggered. The firmware that you flashed, was it the same build number as what you had originally or is it a newer, updated firmware? If you flashed a newer firmware that has a bootloader that can't be unlocked, you will not be able to flash TWRP or custom ROMs.
